Chapter 182: Weiss’ Bragging Being Stated As Facts
Weiss shrugged, “Even if they can discover my power, they wouldn’t be able to defeat me. That’s how powerful I am.”

“I don’t have any weakness so even if my powers are revealed to the public, no one can defeat me. Just so you know, those beta testers know about all my powers.”

“They challenged me to a 1 vs 9 and it ended up in my victory. They didn’t even manage to wound me let alone make me lose HP.”

When Weiss bragged about that, none of Ayame’s team doubted his bragging.

After all, the beta testers that they met had always mentioned that Wan was stronger than all of them combined.

Furthermore, they had witnessed Weiss’ display of power in the television news. Even Weiss’ display of power was often reuploaded on the internet so it was impossible to miss it.

Because of the feats that Weiss had shown as well as the beta testers’ words verifying Weiss’ power, Weiss was dubbed as the “Strongest on Blue Star”.

Weiss added, “My superpower in Zombie Survival Online is reality manipulation. It’s the strongest superpower that one could ever have. I literally have no weakness because of it since it’s the strongest and most versatile superpower.”

“It literally allows me to have godlike powers in the world since I can shape reality into whatever I see fit. The only way to defeat me is to have a stronger power level than me or consume my energy.”

“Those who have the same power level as me can never be me. I am invincible in the same power level since even all nine of those beta testers teaming up against me can’t defeat me.”

Hearing Weiss’ bragging in a way that Weiss was bragging yet stating it as if it was a matter of fact, Ayame sighed and she slightly regretted being concerned about Weiss’ revealing his power.

The same went for Kayden who asked Weiss that question out of concern. Although he expected Weiss to be prideful and confident about his power, Kayden never expected that it was to this extent.

But Kayden and the rest of Ayame’s teammates could understand since the rest of them might not be the strongest in Blue Star, they were still the strongest or one of the strongest in their respective nations.

They knew the feeling of being deemed as the “strongest”. After all, those who were on Ayame’s team were the finest players in Blue Star.

Ayame asked for clarification, “Brother, does that mean you won’t mind if your authorities and superpowers are revealed to the public?”

In response, Weiss shrugged, “Sooner or later, it will be revealed. If you don’t want it to be revealed, it’s only logical that you’d hide it so that no one else can see it.”

“If I was hellbent on hiding myself, I wouldn’t have revealed my status as the strongest beta tester. Instead, I would have spent the advent of the player era holed up in my room. I would have only gone out after I became the strongest.”

“However, at the advent of the player era, I was already the strongest so I don’t see the reason why I should hide my power.”

“If ever there is an otherworld invader stronger than you guys as well as the rest of the beta testers, then I’d be forced to reveal myself at that time. Either way, it’s more convenient for me to reveal myself now and start building up my reputation and status.”

Winston agreed, “That’s true. Those perceptive people had already discovered my identity as a Special NPC since some people remembered me in Zombie Survival Online.”

“If I also didn’t want other people to know about my identity as a Special NPC, I wouldn’t have gone out to deal with the dimensional gate at Flame City. But as Weiss said, it’s inevitable to be discovered when we’re all out in the open.”

Kayden nodded, “I don’t see the reason why we should even hide ourselves. We already have enough power to come out on top even if the entire world is against us. Only those weak-minded people will hide themselves even after being the strongest.”

“We shouldn’t worry about being forced by the government and the leaders of those top nations to their bidding. Instead, they should be worried whether some idiot amongst them offended us which would cause us to eliminate them.”

Hearing Kayden’s words, Weiss shrugged, “That’s literally the reason why the Phoenix Emperor always does his best to be on my good books. He even conferred the duke title to me just so that those idiots won’t offend me.”

Kayden sighed, “I have to admit. Having power can make someone drunk in it. I try my best to not let my power have control over me since I should be the one controlling my power.”

In response to their words, Kenshi suggested, “You all should perform meditation. It works wonders. I’ve already achieved enlightenment in the sword path and my mind and heart are as stable and sharp as a sword.”

Winston disagreed, “Nah, that’s too boring. If you ever feel wanting to release the pent-up stress, just shoot someone.”

ProGamerXD retorted, “That’s the worst advice I ever heard. But then again, I can’t expect that much from a twelve-year-old. If not for being from a zombie-apocalyptic world, you shouldn’t be holding a gun at this early age.”

Winston replied, “Touché.”

After their conversation digressed, Ayame sighed, “It seems that none of you guys complained about starting the live stream. So I’ll start the live stream as early as we meet up in the atrium at the luxury cruise ship.”

“Is this final?”

Hearing Ayame’s question, Weiss nodded, “Yes, I don’t mind.”

The rest of the members of Ayame’s team also nodded their heads in agreement.

Seeing as none of them disagreed with her starting a live stream, Ayame pressed the start button in the game screen’s menu tab which promoted a game notification to appear in the private lobby.

[Time Until The Game Starts: 10 seconds…]

With a countdown from ten to one, all ten of the players inside Ayame’s private lobby experienced blackouts after the countdown hit zero!

Opening his eyes, Weiss saw an unfamiliar ceiling. He found himself currently lying on the bed.

“Morning again, Weiss.”

Hearing Alice’s voice greeting him, Weiss smiled, “Good morning, Alice.”

As usual, Alice exited the admin spectator mode so that she could spend her alone time with Weiss.

After enduring several hundred million years without Weiss, Alice didn’t want to part with Weiss again. She wanted to spend as much time as possible with Weiss.

After hugging Alice on the bed, Weiss soon stood up and started preparing.

As much as he wanted to spend time with Alice, Weiss knew that he had work to do. He needed to complete Cozy Vacation Life as soon as possible so that he could create a new game or at least update Zombie Survival Online to the second version.

With that in mind, Weiss left his room and headed to the atrium.

Arriving at the atrium, Weiss rendezvous with the rest of the team at the luxury cruise ship’s atrium.

When he arrived at the atrium, Weiss told Ayame and her team, “Do we start the live stream now or do it at Vacation Paradise Island?”

Receiving Weiss’ question, Ayame replied, “We can start our live stream now. The sooner we do it, the better.”

“Even if those viewers were to discover the secrets of Cozy Vacation Life in the live stream, they still can’t use that information since the Game AI will block their memories regarding it. Only information obtained by them in the game session they were part of would be usable to them and any information other than that would be blocked by the Game AI.”

Kayden nodded, “Yeah, that’s right. Even if those players were to learn about the Special West Compass’ location, they wouldn’t be able to make use of that information.”

“Furthermore, even if they could, we have already secured the authorities so it doesn’t matter much.”

Bianca pondered, “Now that I think about it, what’s Lily going to give us if we find Hex? She gave us the Balloon Authority in the previous game sessions but now that Winston had brought the Balloon Authority to the real world, Lily wouldn’t be able to possess the Balloon Authority anymore.”

In response to their questions, Weiss replied, “Lily has already fulfilled her role so she won’t appear in the underground room at the library anymore. Unlike those Special Event NPCs that have both a game item and an authority to offer, Lily only has the Balloon Authority to offer to the players.”

“Since Lily already gave the Balloon Authority to Winston, you guys wouldn’t be able to meet her again.”

After receiving Weiss’ reply, Ayame and her team didn’t doubt his words since Weiss was a beta tester so he knew the game more than them.

Ayame changed the subject, “Well, let’s start the live stream.”
