Chapter 58: The Extent Of Bianca’s Restoration Superpower
Unbeknownst to Ayame, Weiss had rooted for her to complete Zombie Survival Online so that he could obtain another game slot to create another game.

It has already been a month since Ayame, Bianca, and Winston were traveling the city-state. The survivor count in the game was currently at 74 and the three of them had only two weeks until the awakening of the SS-rank Zombie.

Time was of the essence and three of them did their best to hasten their journey. They had visited several laboratories in the city-state during the past month but none of those laboratories contained the secret behind the zombie virus.

A month has already passed in Zombie Survival Online which means that a day has passed in the real world. Despite that, Ayame’s live stream viewer count didn’t decrease but instead, it increased to 300 million.

Ayame already received hundreds of millions of Phoenix dollars just from the live stream gifts alone but she barely paid attention to it. Of course, she didn’t forget to thank her fans for the gifts but her attention was mostly focused on finding the zombie virus laboratory.

Currently, the three of them were driving a military armored car that they had stolen from a research laboratory’s parking lot. It was the branch of the main zombie virus laboratory so they found a few clues about the zombie virus laboratory.

This time, it was Bianca who was driving the armored car while Ayame was sitting in the passenger seat. Winston was on the armored car’s roof as he acted as the car’s turret.

Whenever zombies were blocking the car’s path, Winston would shoot them to death with volleys of fire and ice elemental bullets.

It was worth noting that the three of them didn’t have to worry about fuel or even repairing the armored car since Bianca’s restoration superpower took care of that. Restoring fuel or repairing the damage to the armored car was within the scope of Bianca’s restoration superpower.

Her restoration superpower was almost within the scope of creation but it was limited to recovering lost objects. She couldn’t create something out of nothing, unlike Weiss’ reality manipulation. Weiss could easily create a bottle of water but Bianca could only restore the water of an empty water bottle.

Nonetheless, Bianca’s restoration superpower was very useful in the apocalypse as it could not only “cure” zombie bites, but it could also restore lost resources such as food and water. Even “purifying” contaminated tap water or food was also possible by restoring it to normal.

“Damn! There are hordes of zombies gathered across the street! A B-rank Zombie must have gathered its army to protect itself during its evolution to A-rank!”

Hearing Winston’s words that came from the armored car’s roof, Bianca continued driving the car while Ayame opened the car door and flew beside the car.

As soon as Ayame left the car, she saw countless zombies gathered three streets away in front of them. Those zombies consisted of C-rank to E-rank zombies which meant that it was a horde likely controlled by a B-rank zombie.

Regardless of the absurd amount of zombies, Winston didn’t stop shooting them in hopes of reducing their number.

Winston’s action undoubtedly caught the attention of those zombies but they seemed to not leave that certain street as if they were guarding something.

“It seems you are right. The leader of that zombie horde should be attempting to evolve into A-rank.”

Ayame confirmed Winston’s words after taking a look at the hordes of zombies blocking the street.

Eventually, the armored car arrived a street away from the hordes of zombies which prompted Bianca to stop driving. No matter how durable the armored car was, it couldn’t withstand the attacks of several C-rank and D-rank zombies.

Parking the armored car, Bianca didn’t leave the armored car since she had the least combat capability among the two of them. The same went for Winston as he stayed on the armored car roof, acting as its turret.

As usual, Winston would provide support from the back so Ayame no longer hesitated and dived straight towards those hordes of zombies from above.

Several violet orbs appeared beside Ayame and it bombarded those zombies who attempted to attack her. Whenever a violet orb was consumed, another one would appear beside Ayame.

Flying unobstructed, Ayame arrived at the center of the zombie horde where Ayame saw a B-rank zombie meditating on the street.

However, Ayame was one step behind since as soon as she arrived, the B-rank zombie evolved to A-rank!

After successfully evolving to A-rank, the zombie glared at Ayame and didn’t hesitate to attack first.

The zombie’s ability was body enhancement so its fighting style was very straightforward. Increasing its speed, it approached Ayame and greeted her with its fist!

In response, Ayame increased her body’s weight using gravity, and her right fist connected with the zombie’s fist!

When both of their fists collided, it seemed to be at a stalemate as both of the power generated by their fist neutralized each other. However, it caused the surrounding street to crack and a crater to appear, with Ayame and the A-rank zombie at the center.

Winston didn’t even have to clean up those miscellaneous zombies since the force generated by Ayame and the A-rank zombie’s attack wiped out those C-rank to E-rank zombies!

“A bunch of trash!”

Noticing the death of his subordinates just in the aftermath of his collision with Ayame, the A-rank zombie was angered by their weakness.

But the A-rank zombie didn’t care about the death of its subordinate as he only used them as his pawns. After successfully evolving to A-rank, the A-rank zombie no longer needed them since they were too weak to be useful to him.

However, much to the surprise of the A-rank zombie, Ayame soon got the upper hand in their fistfight as Ayame pushed back the A-rank zombie with her fist.

Catching the A-rank zombie off-guard, Ayame took this opportunity to cover her hand with space severance power and swiped it toward the A-rank zombie’s neck, decapitating him!
