Chapter 69: Completing Zombie Survival Online!
Receiving the game notification, both Ayame and Bianca realized that they were only a step closer to completing Zombie Survival Online.

After receiving another game notification, Ayame and Bianca thought at the same time, ‘As expected, how can the game be easy to complete?’

‘Not only is it needed to complete one main objective to bring in-game items to reality, it even needs to complete all three main objectives to be considered as completing Zombie Survival Online.’

‘Most players can’t even complete the first main objective let alone the other two main objectives. Furthermore, the minority of players might be able to complete one main objective, but only three per server can have the achievement of completing the game.’

Ayame and Bianca realized that even if there were more than three players who discovered the secret of the zombie virus and had cooperated to defeat the mastermind, only three of them could complete the game.

It was likely the main reason why in the game lobby, players could only team up with two players at most, and including themselves, there would be three players in a team. Because of that, even if the game was completed, there wouldn’t be any internal conflict since they have the right amount of members to complete the first main objective.

Although, in this case, there were only two players and one special NPC in Ayame’s team.

Knowing that they still have to become one of the top 3 survivors in order to complete the game, Ayame and Bianca checked their player status screen and glanced at the surviving player count.

Checking the surviving player count, both Ayame and Bianca were relieved.

Ayame had already informed Bianca about her first playthrough and because of that, Bianca knew how long the players in Server 1’s death game had lasted.

Compared to the so-called death game in Server 1, the players in Server 4 in this game session weren’t that good.

After all, in the death game, the game had lasted long enough for zombies at SS-rank to spawn and wreak havoc in the city-state. Yet in this game session in Server 4, S-rank zombies still haven’t appeared, let alone SS-rank zombies. However, only nine players are left including Ayame and Bianca which was inferior to the death game.

Maybe it was the influence of human survival instinct after being told that Zombie Survival Online was a death game that the players were much more desperate for survival. Unlike in Server 4 where players treated Zombie Survival Online as just a game, they weren’t as desperate as those players who had played in the Server 1 death game incident.

But after knowing that they had to survive first, Ayame asked Lex, “Can we stay inside the underground laboratory?”

Hearing Ayame’s question, Lex was taken aback for a while before he immediately recovered and responded, “Of course! The boss is already dead and since you are the strongest here, you can command everyone here to do what you want as long as it doesn’t sacrifice our lives.”

“Otherwise, if you command us to seek death, then our previous deal would be invalid. But if it’s just to attend to your needs such as providing shelter, accommodation, food, etc., then it’s within our capabilities.”

Hearing Lex’s answer that didn’t have any hint of hesitation, Ayame took a glance at Winston. Only after she saw Winston nod his head that Ayame accept Lex’s words and tell him to prepare a separate room for them.

Both Ayame and Bianca decided to live in the same room that has two beds while Winston lived in a separate room with one bed.

However, after seeing the living conditions of the underground laboratory which was dull and lack of luxury, the three of them decided to live in the guest rooms in the skyscraper.

Due to living in the guest rooms in the skyscraper, the three of them could also see the situation in the outside world so they lived there.

Staying in the skyscraper, Ayame, Bianca, and Winston guarded it from zombies since Robert could no longer prevent zombies from attacking the skyscraper.

It has been several days since then and at this time, both Ayame and Bianca heard a game notification sound, and a notification screen popped right in front of them.

When the game notification for completing the S-rank main objective popped up, another one appeared in front of Ayame and Bianca.

[Since the game has been completed, the game will end. Player Ayame and Player Bianca will be sent back to the real world after choosing the rewards!]

After Ayame and Bianca received that game notification from the game AI, they were sent back to the game lobby. However, they were isolated from each other since not only them but the other third-ranking surviving player was also in the game lobby.

Despite the surviving players being present in the game lobby, the three of them couldn’t see nor interact with each other. The surviving players were met with the game AI who evaluated their game score.

However, unlike the third surviving player, Ayame and Bianca were met with the game AI who congratulated them for completing Zombie Survival Online.

Arriving at the game lobby, Ayame was already familiar with this and as she expected, the game AI appeared in front of her.
