Chapter 81: Transferring An NPC To Real World Feature
After Weiss received the confirmation from his clone, he used his authority as a game developer to transfer Winston to the real world.

However, it also came at a price as it deducted ten thousand Dev points from Weiss. The cost of sending NPCs to the real world would vary depending on the power of the NPC.

At least, it would cost a lot more to send either VIRUS or ETERNITY to Blue Star than sending either Winston or Robert.

But Weiss didn’t care much about the cost since this feature allowed him to use his game characters to do his bidding. If he wanted to and as long as he had enough Dev points, he could literally create an army of game characters with a Type 5 power level.

However, this didn’t mean that Weiss didn’t need the assistance of the players in Blue Star when it came to dealing with the otherworld invasion. On the contrary, the players were very useful as their participation in his games allowed him to obtain Dev points. After earning Dev points, he could either choose to spend it on improving his power or using game characters to deal with the enemies.

In fact, it was even possible for a player to obtain the reward of allowing a game character to travel to the real world and become a real existence.

There was a secret minor objective that allowed that reward to be included. It was none other than the secret minor objective of leaving the city-state and reaching the end of the supercontinent.

At the end of the supercontinent was the game border so touching that game border would allow the player to obtain that achievement of that secret minor objective.

The secret minor objective was called {Game Escapism} and not only was {Game Escapism} needed to be achieved, but the completion of the three major objectives was also included.

If Ayame and Bianca had chosen to leave the city-state and find the “end of the world” which was the game border, the two of them could obtain the reward of bringing Winston to the real world.

However, only Weiss and special event NPCs knew about that secret minor objective. Even special NPCs like Winston, Robert, VIRUS, ETERNITY, etc., aren’t aware of that secret minor objective.

‘The cost of transferring Winston to the real world is negligible. I currently have 1.6 million Dev points and it’s still rising.’

‘I wouldn’t even be surprised that I’d have a hundred million Dev points after waking up tomorrow. As long as those people aren’t dumb, they would know that playing Zombie Survival Online and obtaining in-game items would change their life for the better.’

Thinking about the future, Weiss sighed as he lay on the bed with Alice beside him.

The two of them had already cleaned up the room and dressed up after they finished their love-making session.

Although Weiss was often busy with his game developer job, he didn’t have to attend college since he was a shut-in so he had a lot of free time which he could spend with Alice.

After obtaining her human form, Alice has been clingy to Weiss and doesn’t plan on leaving him. In that regard, Weiss didn’t refuse to spend time with Alice since he loved her company.

Furthermore, as his system spirit, Alice mostly stayed in his soul dimension so she wanted to spend time with him in the real world rather than staying in that desolate soul dimension.

In Weiss’ soul dimension, only Alice, the system, and his memories were in there. Alice couldn’t even access Weiss’ memories despite being in his soul dimension due to the system’s protection of Weiss’ soul and memories.

Normally, invading the soul dimension meant having access to that soul’s memories or even control over it. But the system acted as a firewall that prevented any invaders to Weiss’ soul and body which also made Weiss immune to mind control and such.

If not for Alice being the system spirit, the system would have kicked her out of Weiss’ soul dimension.

Despite being the system spirit, Alice and the system aren’t the same entity. Alice was Alice while the system was just a program.

Alice had already explained that to Weiss which made Weiss aware of that.

So after Alice had explained how desolate the soul dimension was and how much she wanted to stay with him, Weiss didn’t refuse and agreed to it. Furthermore, Alice could also choose to show up in the real world and have a physical body yet only allow Weiss to see and touch her.

After cuddling with Alice in his bed for an hour, Weiss decided to ask, “Alice, do you want to go out on a date with me?”

“Our deal before was to have a date with each other after you obtain your human form. However, at that time, I didn’t know you were Alicestria so I only expected a date. But what I got was a love-making session.”

Hearing Weiss’ words, Alice asked, “Do you regret it then?”

In response to Alice’s question, Weiss shook his head, “Of course not. Even if our relationship progressed too fast, it’s only a matter of time before we became lovers so I don’t mind doing it now. I also regretted not confessing my love to you in my past life.”

“I was indecisive before but now, I don’t want to regret anything in this second life of mine.”

Receiving Weiss’ answer, Alice became elated and she exclaimed, “I agree. Let’s have a date!”
