Luo Huian rolled her eyes and obliged, “Sorry.”

“Nicely,” Xiao Ba reprimanded her.

With a loud exhale, Luo Huian smiled at Duan Jingli before saying, “I am really sorry about scaring you just now. I did not want to do that, if you are still angry then you can hit me.”

She then turned to look at Xiao Bai and sarcastically remarked, “Okay, mom?”

Xiao Bai rolled her eyes and snorted. She sometimes forgot that Luo Huian could be a brat when she wanted to.
