Chapter 939: Chapter 477: Return to Seven Stars_3

Li Yuan reflected inwardly: once he entered the Chaos Divine Court’s core, purchasing one or two life planets within its territory shouldn’t be difficult.

“Alright.” Liu Bing nodded; she too understood Li Yuan’s concerns.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

While Li Yuan and Liu Bing exchanged words, they had already arrived at the Starfire Martial Hall Headquarters.

This colossal building was even livelier than fifteen years ago.

Li Yuan stepped directly through the grand entrance.

The Prime Warriors stationed along the path, as well as various technological instruments, failed to detect him entirely.

“Big Brother.”

“The number of strong individuals seems greater than it was fifteen years ago.” Liu Bing transmitted her thoughts; her soul, at Pseudo-God Level, had astonishing perception abilities: “I can sense that the headquarters houses quite a few demigods.”

“Is the principal here?” Li Yuan’s Divine Sense scanned the area instantly.

He directly attempted infiltration.

The numerous Seven Stars Civilization demigods hardly sensed it, for Li Yuan’s Divine Sense was overwhelmingly powerful, completely dwarfing theirs by orders of magnitude.

Deep within the Martial Hall Headquarters.

Inside a certain chamber.

“Fang Hai, are you still thinking about Li Yuan?” The San Ye Semi-Divine sighed lightly: “It’s been fifteen years—it’s time to face reality. If he hadn’t fallen, he would have returned by now.”

“Neither you nor the Dongfang Alliance Leader has ventured into the Nine Leaves for over a decade and remained missing.” The San Ye Semi-Divine shook her head.

“I understand.” Fang Hai, clad in black, gazed forward with knife-like eyes, radiating an endless edge.

Compared to fifteen years ago, his aura had grown even more terrifying and fierce.

“I simply can’t fathom it… Even the teacher believed Li Yuan was destined to surpass him,” Fang Hai spoke solemnly: “To think he would fall in the Nine Leaves Nine Mountains.”

The San Ye Semi-Divine sighed again softly, gently embracing Fang Hai’s arm, whispering, “Don’t put too much pressure on yourself.”

She understood well.

Over the years, Dongfang Alliance Leader and Li Yuan had remained distant realities, with the higher echelons of the civilization spreading the belief that Li Yuan had perished.

Coupled with the myriad changes in the Star Realm, many Foreign Civilizations began to cast covetous eyes.

The Immortal Ruins Civilization had also quietly tested their defenses repeatedly.

Her husband bore a crushing burden.

Fortunately, during the Feixing battle back then, the Dongfang Alliance Leader had slain over a hundred demigods, wiping out the elite demigod forces of the Myriad Demons Civilization, delivering a strong deterrent to all sides.

Yet the deterrence was fading over time, growing weaker if Dongfang Ji and Li Yuan continued to remain absent.

“If worse comes to worst, I’ll have no choice but to break through to Pseudo-God,” Fang Hai murmured: “Entering the Void God Realm would ensure that no faction dares harbor further ambitions.”

Fifteen years on, Fang Hai’s cultivation level had clearly advanced significantly.

“Becoming a Pseudo-God?”

“But if you do that, you won’t be able to enter the Nine Mountains World anymore,” the San Ye Semi-Divine said hesitantly.

She knew her husband’s dream.

The Nine Mountains World held immense opportunities and treasures…

But for the safety of their civilization, he hadn’t dared venture into the Nine Mountains World or leave the Seven Stars Civilization for the past fifteen years.

Suddenly.

“Hmm?” Fang Hai sensed something faint, his expression subtly shifting; the Starfire Martial Hall Headquarters itself was, in essence, a powerful Divine Artifact.

Through its conduit, his soul, which had crossed into the Void God Realm a year ago, felt an incomparably vast and terrifying Divine Sense crashing over.

Unimaginably powerful!

The sheer magnitude of this Divine Sense caused Fang Hai’s heart to tremble involuntarily—it seemed stronger even than his teacher Dongfang Ji’s Divine Sense in his prime.

“Who is it?”

“Is it someone at Pseudo-God Peak?” Fang Hai first felt shock in his heart, followed by a hint of delight.

“Fang Hai? What’s wrong?” The San Ye Semi-Divine noticed her husband’s abnormality.

She was entirely unable to sense Li Yuan’s Divine Sense sweep.

“Good news.”

Fang Hai’s face broke into a smile, including a rare trace of relief: “From today onward, we’ll no longer have such heavy burdens. I should be able to head to the Nine Mountains World without hesitation.”

“Ah? Why?” The San Ye Semi-Divine was taken aback.

“Li Yuan has returned.” Fang Hai smiled warmly.

The San Ye Semi-Divine widened her eyes, her heart struggling to believe.

“However, we’ll meet him later,” Fang Hai added with a chuckle: “Right now, he has someone far more important to see.”

The San Ye Semi-Divine’s heart stirred; she immediately understood whom Fang Hai meant.

…

Starfire Martial Hall Headquarters.

Inside a certain chamber, a woman dressed in fiery red robes was instructing three Flying Heaven Warriors on their cultivation.

“Swordsmanship!”

“What we call the Mysteries of the Law.”

“It entails a profound understanding of the cosmic mysteries, piercing through the surface of all things in heaven and earth, until one senses the elusive source of the Heaven and Earth Laws.” The fiery red-robed woman said softly: “Among these, the soul is fundamental.”

“The stronger the soul, the sharper one’s perception of all things.”

“And a strong soul depends not only on external enhancements but also on training the heart.” The fiery red-robed woman explained.

Swish! Swish! Swish!

Streams of sword light blossomed in the chamber, resembling fiery serpents that sent shivers through the three Flying Heaven Warriors.

“So amazing.”

“Lanyue the Demigod—she’s said to be one of the youngest Demigods in the alliance, having cultivated for only forty-something years.”

“This swordsmanship is something I could dedicate my entire life to comprehending.” The Flying Heaven Warriors were all mesmerized.

Swish!

The final streak of sword light descended.

Lin Lanyue turned around and was about to speak when her body trembled suddenly, a glimmer of disbelief flashing in her eyes.

But she quickly regained her composure.

“Alright, that’s all for today’s instruction—you may return and continue pondering this swordsmanship.” Lin Lanyue said.

The three Flying Heaven Warriors paused, surprised—they had just arrived.

Nevertheless, they dared not hesitate and quickly stood up, bowing respectfully: “Understood, Demigod.”

And so, the three swiftly left the chamber.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

As they walked out, they inadvertently passed straight through a black-robed figure stationed by the entrance, entirely unaware of his presence.

The two sides existed as though in separate layers of reality.

The chamber quieted.

Lin Lanyue grasped the sword in her hand, gazing at the black-robed figure still standing at the doorway. Her eyes blurred slightly, and her face expressed a trace of excitement: “Li Yuan, is it truly you? Have you returned?”

Having ascended to Demigod status.

Lin Lanyue, now a member of the Seven Stars Civilization’s leadership, held knowledge of many secrets, including that Li Yuan had ventured to the Nine Leaves World years ago.

“I’ve returned.” Li Yuan smiled: “After all these years, Lanyue, you’ve become a Demigod.”
