I 3 Middle Tier Evolutius Crystals were assimilated along with 1 body of a Middle Tier Evolutius Beast- the Lightning Treant.

The results…were wondrous ones as alongside the surging heat, Achilles looked at what changes were coming on the panel only he could see!

[Achilles Maxwell] [Assimilation]:: Organic Arachnida Lifeform Echelon 1- Gained qualities of Poison Generation, Appendage Generation, Exoskeletal Armor, Physical Adherence, and Thermoreception Organic Crystal(Evolutius Crystals)(18%)- Obtained qualities of Regeneration, Energy Conversion, Flexibility, and Light Manipulation.  Organic Phanerogam Lifeform(Lightning Treant)(20%)- Obtained qualities of Dermal Armor, Regeneration, Photosynthetic, and Lightning Physiology  [Existence Corruption Value]:: 8% [Complexity]:: Negligible The three Middle Tier Evolutius Crystals brought his Corruption Value down to 6%, and it was then raised by 2% to come to 8% due to him assimilating a second object at the same time!

But this second object was astounding as the corpse of the Lightning Treant gave him the assimilation of the Phanerogam Lifeform.

Phanerogam!

A type of plant that held seeds!

Many plants fell under this category, and Achilles now gained their qualities as he obtained Dermal Armor, his skin feeling thick and nigh impenetrable as he did not know how tremendous his defenses became.

He gained another quality of Regeneration that only seemed to stack on the same quality from the Arachnida Lifeform, alongside the quality of Photosynthetic!

Photosynthetic.

It meant he could potentially convert light energy into chemical energy in his own body.

He could empower himself through light, and even likely produce oxygen with his own body!

Likely… He marveled at these possibilities as the last one was the most astounding one.

Lightning Physiology.

He closed his eyes as he genuinely felt within his body…currents of lightning.

Waves of vibrant and explosive lightning as it felt like moving new fingers he didn’t know he had, and when he raised his hand… WU!

A buzz echoed out as his hands crackled with blue lightning.

“No way…” Rose came before him and nearly jumped up and down with excitement!

And yet… SKEE!

Two booming roars echoed out from the distance as two more Lightning Treants rushed out.

Rose looked towards them with a fiery expression as she called out.

“I’ll target the right one, Little Fatty; let me see just how effective my flames are!” She wanted to test out her own power as the moment the ferocious Lightning Treants showed themselves, she raised her hand and threw off a flicker of green flames that instantly latched onto the Treant before they instantly turned into a blaze around it.

A cry of pain echoed out as Lightning crackled around it, Achilles looking at the other Treant that still rushed forth madly as just like when he grew Appendages with his thoughts or called out Poison, he wanted to continue commanding his new powers with his thoughts alone as he…began walking towards the rushing Lightning Treant while making a command in his mind.

He imagined the currents of lightning contained inside of him.

And he imagined them forming a heavy and thick bolt of lightning that flung itself towards the Treant!

And… BOOM!

The purple cave was lit up brightly with the color blue as a thick bolt of lightning the size of Achilles’ body smashed into the Treant, flinging it backwards like a rag doll as it hit the sides of the cavernous space multiple times before it became entranched in one side- twitching heavily!

Barely alive.

“Hoo…” Holy shit.

His whole body felt the exhilaration of throwing out lightning as he looked at Rose.

She was also laughing while pumping her fist up as the Treant she targeted had already fallen down while burning to a crisp.

Her verdant flames were truly too powerful, even at their current stage.

“Little Fatty!

I can take down a Middle Tier Evolutius Beast!” She came up and hugged Achilles with pride before her expression slowly turned serious.

“If we can keep doing this, Little Fatty, we may not have to worry about that guy.” She still remembered the threat outside of these Catacombs.

The man who had shot out a similar lightning bolt that flung Johnny Riker away in the same manner.

Achilles nodded while going ahead, being strong enough at this moment that he didn’t even feel the weight of Rose, who wrapped her hands on his back.

“No…we will make sure he isn’t someone we have to worry about!” He arrived before the Treant twitching but still alive after taking his lightning bolt, his extra Appendages sinking into it to end its life before in the next moment, it turned into liquid goo that floated into his body- alongside the purple goo of its three Evolutius Crystals!

He went up at the Treant scorched by Rose and did the same as quickly, the assimilation of Organic Crystals reached 36%, and Organic Phanerogam Lifeform became 60% Existence corruption came to 6% from 8% after it came down by 6 due to the 6 Middle Tier Evolutius Crystals, but was brought up by 4 due to the 40% gain in the Phanerogam Lifeform.

So far…it was being kept low!

He felt the vibrant source of heat inside of him get even stronger, while the currents of lightning inside of his body became thicker and thicker.

He felt as if he was a safe- a box holding in waves of lightning that were only becoming more and more concentrated.

When he released them with their increased concentration…they were bound to be extremely heavy!

“Let’s keep going!” He felt the exhilaration of it all as Rose climbed off of him while smiling.

“I’ll burn them, you tag them.

My flames seem to be particularly effective against them!” Her eyes burned with a wild light as Achilles couldn’t help but turn to her while they moved ahead speedily.

This girl…she didn’t like to burn things, did she?

She seemed to be having a lot of fun with her new flames as Achilles could only nod to himself at this.

He always knew Rose was just a tiny bit crazy when she wasn’t shy and holding back- she simply seemed to be coming back to her full self!
