A humanoid creature that seemed to be an Advanced Human by all aspects as he should be wearing a sort of mask!

And yet his head truly did seem akin to that of a goat as he even had crimson horns rising by his side.

But the way he carried himself.

The way he ignored everything but the two he was targeting!

The dazzling Meridians all over his body!

All of it stated this was an Advanced Human as why?

“WHY?!” In the distance, Major David had just begun to roar out while his body surged forward when a crackling bolt of crimson lightning erupted and smashed into him, his figure being smashed backward with a deadly force as his life and death were unknown.

The Goat Mask Man only kept his eyes on Achilles as the fact that he intervened and his target did not die…was something utterly unacceptable.

After all, Achilles did not even have a Meridian yet!

Against a Peak Meridian Transformation Advanced Human, even if he was just at the entry point, no Lesser Meridian Transformation Advanced Human should be able to survive, much less a Body Modification one.

So how?

One of the only possibilities made the Goat Mask Man feel an even greater sense of power and urgency as only a single answer existed as to why a newly awakened Advanced Human could display such power.

Could his son’s luck have truly led him to such a being?!

Lightning crackled as behind the Goat Mask Man, the illusory goat head began to form a crimson body of lightning with hooves, a tail, and wings as the pressure he radiated became more and more inhuman.

And yet somehow, the young man ahead still looked towards his was with unfathomable rage and malice.

“What good is any of that?” His voice was deep as he raised his hand, the illusory Goat Beast behind him doing the same as a massive, coiling tendril of crimson lightning the size of a building formed above and thundered down onto a single spot.

The eyes of the Goat Mask Man opened wide.

Achilles had his hand stretched out as around him and Rose, a faint green barrier could now be seen as it entirely stopped the tendril of lightning the size of a building from smashing into them!

On the outstretched hand of Achilles, what looked to be the beginning of a Meridian…was forming!

His feet were sunken into the earth below him as he greedily devoured from what seemed to be an endless sea!

As if he could continue swallowing and assimilating it, and he wouldn’t have even devoured a shred of it.

He felt his body explode with a terrifying depth and weight as he healed everything rapidly, the feeling of fullness reaching an unprecedented level as in the corner of his eyes, he saw something new flash as a brand new Echelon of something new was gained!

That was how much he had swallowed.

His intent was the very world below him as he absorbed so much that he went from 0 to 100% and entered an unknown Echelon right away!

As this occurred, the enemy ahead rained down lightning the size of a building as he roared out while commanding even more of the world below his feet to be swallowed, his hands raised up instinctively as a dazzling, impenetrable barrier seemingly formed around him.

A barrier that stopped the terrifying strike of crimson lightning that may have scorched the old him from a few seconds ago entirely.

In his rage, his eyes quickly looked at the panel in the corner of his eyes to make sure he understood the new tools he had gained in order to actually use them to survive and ensure that Rose would be safe!

It was something utterly unimaginable, but he conjured it as feeling the power of the lightning hitting it and the fact that it was doing absolutely nothing to this Forcefield, he calmed slightly while turning around.

He saw Rose’s terrified face and her tears, as well as her heavy injury as his hand touched her cheeks while activated…World Healing I!

An instant later, Rose’s muscles and skin regrew as she was healed entirely.

“It’s okay.” He held her cheek as he brought his forehead to hers.

“Do not cry anymore.

I will never be injured like that again, and nor will you.

Trust me.

Please.

I will never allow something like this to happen again!” He almost roared out towards the end as he opened his eyes to see Rose nodding fiercely.

She wiped her tears away as her face was replaced with utter fury, staring out towards the figure of the Goat Mask Man as she spoke.

“Little Fatty, I want to burn everything.

I want to burn him and everything else!” Her voice trembled as fear was still being fought against to bring up her courage, and Achilles nodded with a chilly light while gazing coldly towards the Goat Mask Man.

They wanted to take away the only thing the two of them had?

They wanted to destroy him and Rose?!

Today, he would show this Goat Mask Man and any others who had these thoughts just what would happen if such a thing occurred again!

Even though he seemingly had more than enough power.
