She made clear their expectations as Achilles and Rose arrived near the massive purple crystal as tall as a building.

When Achilles looked at this so called Aeonic Evolutius Vein Core, his body felt like he wanted to swallow it all up right away as he could not help but ask.

“With this Vein Core, we can absorb as much as we want in the one hour period?”

His eyes shone sharply as he asked, intending to test the limits of these new people he would be working with as towards his question, Luna smiled while Selene watching in the back voiced out.

“You aren’t the only Transcendent to think that you could absorb too much and drain the Aeonic Evolutius Vein Core dry. The last one who asked this asked twice that he wouldn’t be liable if he absorbed too much and the Vein Core was destroyed, but by the end of it…he was only able to dim its brilliance slightly! This isn’t something you can think of with common knowledge. So just absorb as much as you can to see if you can unlock enough Meridian to establish your Physiology.”

But Achilles knew himself well as after he nodded at Selene, he looked at Luna to confirm once more.

“Even if we absorb everything, that is more than okay? It will not be held against us?”

“In this Encampment Research Building, I am the highest authority. I promise you that you can try absorbing as much as you can, and it will feel like a drop of water in a vast ocean. Absorb as much as you can without reservations.”

They didn’t know anything about him as they gave such dangerous assurances.

Luna and Selene blinked at each other when they heard this before they shook their heads.

They didn’t know how he was doing it, but they could only watch in a stupor as a fourth of the Aeonic Evolutius Vein Core disappeared in just a second!

Luna’s expression lost its color as she was just about to open her mouth to say the word ‘wait’, but an instant later, the massive crystal seemingly turned into a blur of liquid light that entirely became absorbed into the small body of Achilles!
