Chapter 210: PTTGF 11 – Michael And Lucifer Vs Azazel
Lilith and Fang Hua flanked them, ready to support their allies. Lilith’s eyes flashed with defiance. “Michael has defeated you once, Azazel. We can do it again.”
Fang Hua’s gaze was steely, her power swirling around her. “You may have grown stronger, but we are not to be trifle with.”
Azazel’s laughter was a chilling sound, filled with dark promise. “Then let us see who will prevail.”
The battle began with a deafening clash of powers. Azazel unleashed torrents of dark energy, warping the space around them. Michael and Lucifer countered with blasts of divine light and hellfire, the forces colliding in a spectacular display of raw power.
Lilith summoned ancient magics, her spells weaving through the battlefield, targeting Azazel’s weak points. Fang Hua, with her unique abilities, manipulated the shadows themselves, striking at Azazel from every angle.
Despite their combined efforts, Azazel’s new power was formidable. He moved with terrifying speed and strength, his attacks relentless. He struck Michael with a blow that sent him crashing into the ground, creating a massive crater. Lucifer barely managed to dodge a follow-up strike, retaliating with a wave of infernal flames.
The battle raged on, the landscape around them shattered and reshaped by the titanic forces in play. Michael struggled to his feet, his divine energy flaring as he rejoined the fight. “We cannot let him win,” he shouted, rallying his allies.
Azazel sneered. “You fight for a lost cause, Michael. Submit, and perhaps I will spare your miserable existence.”
Michael’s response was a surge of holy light, driving Azazel back momentarily. “We will never submit to darkness.”
Azazel roared in fury, summoning even more dark energy. He directed it into a concentrated beam aimed at Michael, who barely managed to deflect it with his sword of divine light. The ground beneath them cracked and splintered, fissures opening and closing as the very fabric of reality seemed to tremble under the strain of their clash.
Lucifer, seizing the moment, unleashed a barrage of infernal flames, their searing heat pushing Azazel back. “Your power may be great, Azazel, but it is not without limits.”
Lilith, her eyes glowing with arcane power, chanted ancient incantations. Symbols of power appeared in the air, forming a protective barrier around her allies and weakening Azazel’s attacks. “And your time is numbered.”
Fang Hua, with her unique ability to manipulate shadows, created a vortex of darkness that enveloped Azazel. The shadows constricted around him, attempting to hold him in place. “Your arrogance will be your downfall, Azazel. We fight not just for ourselves, but for the balance of all realms.”
Azazel, though momentarily restrained, exerted his immense strength, shattering the shadowy bonds. His eyes blazed with a mixture of rage and malevolent glee. “You are mere insects before a god,” he hissed, his form expanding with raw power. “Feel the true extent of my might!”
He unleashed a devastating wave of dark energy, sending everyone sprawling. The ground quaked violently, and the sky darkened further, as if the heavens themselves were recoiling from Azazel’s presence.
Michael, his resolve unbroken, rose once more. His wings spread wide, glowing with a divine radiance that pushed back the encroaching darkness. “You are no god, you are nothing but a pawn in a much larger scheme, I wonder how much of that power your body can hold”
The angelic general charged forward, his sword blazing. Lucifer joined him, his own blade wreathed in hellfire. Lilith and Fang Hua followed, their combined powers a whirlwind of magic and shadow. Together, they launched a coordinated assault, each strike precise and powerful.
Azazel, despite his overwhelming strength, found himself hard-pressed. The alliance’s unity and determination began to turn the tide. Every strike from Michael’s sword cut through his defenses, every blast of Lucifer’s flames scorched his dark essence, every spell from Lilith weakened him, and every shadow strike from Fang Hua disoriented him.
Yet, Azazel was not defeated. His resilience was formidable, his will unyielding. He fought with renewed ferocity, his dark energy swirling around him like a tempest. “A pawn I will gladly accept to be, at least they are going to win this war. You cannot stop what has already been set in motion!” he bellowed, his voice reverberating through the shattered landscape.
Michael, drawing on the last reserves of his divine strength, locked eyes with Azazel. “We will do whatever it takes to protect this world,” he vowed, his voice steady and resolute. With a mighty swing, he aimed his sword directly at Azazel’s heart.
Lucifer, his hellfire burning brighter than ever, coordinated his attacks with Michael’s. “You may be powerful, Azazel, but you are not invincible.” He launched a torrent of flames that converged with Michael’s divine light, creating a searing beam of pure energy.
Lilith, channeling her ancient magics, cast a binding spell that intertwined with the light and fire, forming ethereal chains that sought to immobilize Azazel. “Your tyranny ends here,” she declared, her eyes blazing with determination.
Fang Hua, utilizing the full extent of her shadow manipulation, created a vortex of darkness around Azazel, compressing it to restrict his movements. “This is for all the lives you’ve destroyed,” she whispered, her voice filled with steely resolve.
The combined might of their attacks struck Azazel with devastating force. He roared in agony as the energy pierced his defenses, the ethereal chains binding him tighter and the shadows constricting around him. For a moment, it seemed as though they might prevail.
But Azazel’s power was far from spent. With a surge of dark energy, he shattered the bindings and dispersed the shadows. His form, though battered and weakened, still radiated an aura of immense power. “You are strong,” he admitted, his voice filled with grudging respect. “But strength alone will not be enough to stop me.”
Michael, panting from the exertion, readied himself for another attack. “We will not give up. We will fight until our last breath.”
Azazel’s eyes narrowed. “So be it,” he said, his voice a low growl. He gathered his energy for a final, cataclysmic strike, intending to obliterate his enemies once and for all.
Before he could unleash his attack, a blinding light descended from the heavens, enveloping the battlefield in a radiant glow. The ground shook, and a sense of profound peace and power washed over everyone present.
