Chapter 94: Adams 4
Year 2024

Its been five years now since Adams met Tamarakie, and their relationship has gone from just two random strangers to friends, to close friends and to lovers.

Because of her, Adams even goes to church, sometimes he hasn’t done since he was six, during the course of their relationship, he has come to know that, Tamarakie was a God fearing child, brought up from a Christian home.

She didn’t even let him touch her until they got married which greatly annoyed him but he just let it be as he also intend to settle down with her when the time is right.

She has come to know about his status as the leader of the Noble Demons, the most influential and no longer a secretive cult, the Noble Devil and she told him to change his ways to which he agreed and gave up his leadership position to his closet mate but how could he just give up on something he invested some much on easily.

After giving up his status as the leader of The Noble Demons, he became the shadow behind everything, the new Noble Devil now answer to him, and he deals with everything concerning the Noble Demons from the shadows.

Tamarakie was pleased as he listened to her, something even his mother was thankful of.

After a few weeks of going to Church with Tamarakie, he started having second thoughts about his way of life and decided to turn a new leaf but it wasn’t easy, no matter what he does, he was always drawn to sin, like a magnet to an iron.

It was his fate no matter what he did, he even believed that he was sin embodiment and nothing he can do can change that, he was already the spokesperson of the Devil right from his birth.

He delved into the study of mythologies f different cultures and beliefs, seeing if he could find a god there to serve but no of them interest him, and if anyone even picked his interest, he would be wondering how it will be good if they were his subordinates.

But he can’t let Tamarakie know that he cannot be save, he truly loved her and cannot even house the thought of leaving her.

He even ended his illicit relationship with his aunt so that he can please her even if she did not know and will never know about it.

His life was going smoothly just like he intended, he is currently 25 and he intend to marry Tamarakie in the next 3 years but all of that came crashing down when he got to his home he bought for himself in Abuja and found his fiancée dead, lying in a pool if what appeared to be her own blood.

Devastated, Adams ran to her to see if there was even a tiny chance she was alive but there was none.

He looked to the Heavens and begged her God to save her and prove that he exist but he didn’t get anything, all he got was silence.

Blood began flowing out of his eyes as he held his beloved, he vowed to make whoever did a lifetime of endless torment.

And from that day onward, the whole world witness the rebirth of the Noble Devil, one void of every human emotions with only one purpose in life, kill whoever kill his light.

Present Time

Adams was together with the elites of the elites of the Noble Demons as they waited for someone who was supposed to give him a piece of information.

The boys knew all too well to keep quiet and not provoke Adams with their silly talks.

Adams on the other hand was just puffing his cigar without any care in the world.

After a few minutes of waiting, the informant arrived with a hurried step as he has already delayed the Noble Devil for far too long.

“I’m sorry I was late, but you know how traffic in Lagos works, that’s why I was late” said the man as he handed Adams a file.

Adams did not even mind the man and just took the file before opening it.

What he saw next made him open his eyes wide before looking at the man “are you sure of this information you are giving me?” He asked.

The man nodded “I am very sure and as you can see from the pictures, I was part of the operation and for the sake of my family, I am willing to out myself, so everything you see on that file is the truth” said the man.

“That bitch, I should have know she was behind this” said Adams as he squeezed the picture in his hand before looking at the man “you outing yourself has nothing to do with me, you assisted in taking the one thing that made me smile, the light at the end if my tunnel, the woman that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with” he said as he took out his gun “And You Stand There And Talk About Family When You Robbed Me Of Mine!!! I won’t kill you now, that would be a mercy killing for you, I have something else in store for you”

Adams said as he used his gun and bash the man on his head rendering him unconscious “take this bastard back to base and track down all of his family members from his children and spouse down to his parents and look for this bastard for me, he and I have some unfinished business” said Adams as he walked away to take care of the one who betrayed him.

The boys did as they were told while pitying for the ones who made the boss this pissed.
