Chapter 99: Tree Of Knowledge Of Good And Evil And The First Sin
Serpent Lilith finally managed to enter the Garden undetected thanks to Lucifer who made her invisible to the Angels.

“Great, I thought I would like it back here but being here just makes me want to vomit” said Lilith with disgust, she could not linger around anymore, so she began searching for Adam to do what brought her here, annoy him and tell him she was now free of him and her leaving the Garden was a good thing for her.

After searching of about an hour, she still couldn’t find Adam, so she decided to take a little rest on one of the trees around that’s when she saw a strange tree bearing diverse fruits.

“That’s weird, I have never seen such a tree before” said Lilith wondering when did a tree like that appeared.

She looked around her trying to see if there will be another tree like that but discovered that there was none so she decided to rest on that tree since she could pick any fruit she wants from there.

She climbed the tree easily thanks to her serpentine body “I’m beginning to like this new form, maybe I can tell Lucifer to make it so that I can use it anytime I want” she said before picking a heart shaped like fruit and ate it.

Meanwhile, Lucifer who was outside watching the show while glancing at Lilith’s sleeping body smirked as he knew what was about to happen next.

The moment she finished the fruit, it was as if her eyes were happened and knowledge filled her brain as she could no differentiate good and bad, wrong and right.

She became full of wisdom to even know that her original body was laying naked out there with Lucifer.

“That bastard, he knew all along and he didn’t say anything?” Said Lilith clearly angry as she decided to return back to her body to cover it up and teach that bastard a lesson.

As Lilith was about to cancel her connection with the serpent, she saw something that interest her “now that’s interesting, he has already created a replacement of me for him” she said as she saw a woman with a curly brunette hair, brown eyes and fine smooth skin.

She saw how the woman was looking at the tree with curiosity “hmm, I guess I am not the only one who found this tree to be weird” she said and decided to leave and come back later and observe her replacement because currently covering her body is more important than that.

But once again she stopped, it was as if the world was telling her to stay here in the Garden.

When she was about to leave, she heard the woman speak.

“Why did God forbid us to eat from the tree? I wonder what so special about this tree” the woman said as she stared at the diverse fruits on the tree.

“And why would God say so”

The woman was shocked to hear the voice of someone else other than her.

She jumped in fear before turning at the direction in which she heard the voice and there she saw a serpent that could speak.

“You can talk?” She asked wanting to be sure of what she heard.

“Of course I can speak, who do you think I am? I am the great….”

Lilith paused before looking at the woman and smirked “I am the great son of God, in the body of a serpent but I am to tell you what God has been hiding from you”

Lilith said while smiling as she saw the woman’s curiosity spiked [fool, you don’t know what you are about to do] she said in her heart.

“What is it that God is hiding from us?”

“If you want to know, then you have to tell me what God said about this tree”

Lilith said cause she wanted to know what was the deal about this tree that he forbade them from eating the fruits from it.

From what she has experienced from eating the fruit, it was actually a good thing so she did not understand why he would impose that law on them.

“Adam, my husband said that God told him that we could eat from all the tress in the Garden except of the one in the midst of the Garden and that if any of us should eat from it, we would die”

Lilith burst out laughing when she heard that, she could not believe what she was just told right now, die? Heck she is even more alive than before.

“Why are you laughing? What’s funny?” The woman asked while frowning as it was weird seeing a serpent laugh so loud. It was creeping.

“What you said was truly hilarious, you die if you eat the fruits from the tree, that’s bullocks” said Lilith as she smirked inwardly seeing as the woman was very invested in her “God lied, you are not going to die, instead you will become like him, wise, powerful and be his equal, he does not what that, that’s why he said you are going to die if you ate from the tree”

Lilith said as she plucked an oblong shape fruit and passed it to the woman “take it and let your eyes open to see the truth and see what God has been hiding from you”

The woman reluctantly took the fruit from Lilith after much persuasion from her.

As soon as she took a bite, a man with a striking handsome face, blonde hair, oceanic blue eyes, athletic build walked in on them.

“What are you doing and what fruit are you eating?” He asked when he saw her close to the woman was to the tree.

“God lied, we won’t die if we eat from the tree, come try it, he just did not want us to be like him, his equals” said the woman as she offered the man the fruit.

“Woman, what have you done? God gave us a clear instruction and you went against it, do you want to condemn us to death?” The man furious he quest the woman.

Lilith just sighed which came out as a hiss as she was still currently in possession of the serpent [always God’s pet, always listening to what he says, not being capable of making his own decision, that’s why I don’t see a future together with him] Lilith said in her heart before she faced Adam.

“Don’t be a fool, you won’t die if you eat from the tree instead you will be reborn, you will become as powerful as God and in your case, make decisions for yourself, you won’t have to listen to anyone anymore and as you can see, she is very much alive, so you don’t have to be afraid of death” said Lilith.

Adam turned to look at the talking serpent and frowned as there is no such animal in the Garden, much less a talking one.

But there was something about the voice of the serpent, it sounded familiar but he knew that it cannot be her as there was no way she could come inside the Garden and in the form of a snake, she can’t do that.

“Come on, eat, then you will see what we are talking about” the woman said.

Adam took the fruit from the woman and ate it and as soon as he did, his eyes and that of the woman opened and they knew that they were naked.

Lilith laughed in her heart as she has finally achieved what she came here to do even if it was not what she intended in doing, she made the man who complained to God because she refused to submit to him and her replacement to disobey God.

She cut off her connection to the serpent as she returned to her original body.

“That was so satisfying, I wish I could see their face once more when they realized that they were naked, it was hilarious” said Lilith as soon as she opened her eyes, she laughed out loud before frowning the next minute “speaking of make, you knew all these while that I was naked but you didn’t say anything and instead feast on my body”

She said as she glared at Lucifer who was simply just paying attention to the projection created through the eyes of the serpent as he spied on the Garden to witness how go punished them and chased them out of the Garden.

Getting no response from Lucifer, Lilith got angry and tried to hit him, that’s when she noticed that she was not naked anymore but she was clothed in an dazzling black gown made for royals, she smirked as she found it really fitting for her taste.

“Hundred more of these and I will forget about you not telling me I was naked” said Lilith.

Lucifer didn’t answer her as he felt the presence of God on earth “it is showtime”
