Chapter 195: {[(SSS-Rank) VoidWarper Skill Set (1st Part)]}
{[Quest Continuation Rewards]}
REWARD 3: [1st Part of the SSS-Rank ‘VoidWarper Skill Set’] – [Y/N]
REWARD 4: [Why do you need more rewards than that…!? Getting to live should be more than good enough for you, you lazy bum! Be grateful for what your beloved System offers you!] – [Y/N]
Cassius accepted all of the rewards with a twitching face, then watched his once-barren experience bar get filled to the brim in green, gooey, goodness!
Then, it arrived.
Another Level-up!
*Ding!*
[You leveled up!]
[All of your Main Attributes have increased by 2500 Stat Points!]
[Acquired 8000 AP!]
Following this level-up to 99 came the acquisition of a new Skill Set that he would have to add to his already hectic training regime:
[Acquired ‘SSS-Rank VoidWarper Skill Set’]
BING!
A purplish book with a pitch-black sphere in the middle silently appeared in Cassius’s hands. While the pouty yet oddly excited purple-haired beauty was distracted, he quickly flipped through the book’s pages and memorized everything within an instant.
Thinking she heard something, Viola looked over.
However, after seeing nothing of interest and once again viewing that irritatingly handsome face of his, she returned to brooding. She was just waiting for the government officials and country messengers to finish up whatever they were doing, then she would get out of here and away from that man as fast as she could!
That was what the illustrious Guild Leader told herself to stop her ushy, gushy, perverted side from overshadowing her quiet, elegant side…
It was a tough struggle. Both her mind and body were battling for dominance…
Cassius, oblivious to her internal turmoil, closed his eyes and perused the Skill details that had been transmitted directly to his mind.
{[(SSS-Rank) VoidWarper Skill Set (1st Part)]}
—[Thousands of years ago, prior to the dawn of modern civilization, a Void Master famed throughout the Ascension Tower of Humanity fell in battle against an Ancient Time User. When the Void Master died, her belongings were scattered throughout the Ascension Tower. One such belonging was the Spatial Manual that she wrote in her earlier years—the VoidWarper Manual.]
—[The full VoidWarper Skill Set was split into 3 parts. Only when one obtained all three parts could they unlock the utmost potential that the VoidWarper Skills had to offer.]
—[1st and 2nd VoidWarper Skills are available in the 1st Part of the Skill Set.]
—[Skill 1: ‘Teleport’ – (Instantaneous movement ability with a base movement range of ‘1 Meter’)]
—[Skill 2: ‘Void Port’ – (Instantaneous movement ability that conjures a spatial portal that transports items through the void and out a separate spatial portal. Base transportation range of ‘1 Meter’)]
WHOOOSH!
Cassius learned both Skills inside his mind and immediately saw two S+++ Rank Skills appear in his Skill list. Both started at the Practiced Proficiency Level, with the potential limit for them being extremely exceptional.
Testing the Skills right away, he used ‘Teleport’ and vanished from his spot on the rubble chunk to the other side of Viola’s rubble chunk. She looked at him in shock, but he was too absorbed in these new Skills to notice. That was especially the case when he saw System pop-ups appear:
*Ding!*
[Increased proficiency of |S+++ Rank ‘Teleport’| to 0.08%]

|—Skill Sets and Various Cases—|
When the Skill ‘Teleport’ reaches 100%, it will advance the Skill Set itself to the next proficiency stage of ‘Accomplished.’ After which, another proficiency indicator will appear, and the process will repeat. It was the same way for the Demon King Integration Art, the Fundamental Body Refinement Manual, and any other Techniques Cassius was currently improving the proficiency of.
One thing to note was that the Skill increasing in proficiency would cap at 100% if there was no special case like the ‘VoidWarper Skill Set,’ which was a Skill Set, and thus a Technique. For regular standalone Skills, this meant that one should attempt to rank up the Skill after it reaches 100% proficiency. For Skill Sets, on the other hand, the Skill’s rank was set in stone, unable to be advanced by typical methods. But with improvements in Skill Set proficiency, the Skills within the set would become better. This could be seen as indirect Skill advancements.
—————-
A few seconds passed, and Cassius had already teleported back and forth between his rubble chunk and Viola’s more than a thousand times.
His absurdly high MP amount was barely affected, with such short-distance teleports expending close to none of it. Though, it was from such minuscule expenditures that his VoidWarper Skill Set rocketed up the proficiency gauge and achieved the Accomplished stage. Moreover, it was even ascending the Accomplished stage at a rapid rate, with it already breaking past 10%!
What Cassius was doing could be considered as cheating, but did any of that really matter?
Life was not fair. Why should he play the same way as everyone else?
FWIP!
1 Meter → 3 Meters.
That was how much the Teleport and Void Port Skills had improved. The most incredible thing was that the latter Skill—one that Cassius had yet to even use—was improving without him actually having to do anything!
This method of Skill proficiency advancement was simply too OP!
‘…Just how,’ Viola muttered inside her mind. ‘I don’t understand how someone like him can exist! How is he using the Void and Space Elements!? I definitely didn’t feel a single ounce of either Element in him a few seconds ago, and yet now…’
The Voidling Guild Leader was stunned beyond belief. She was unable to comprehend how someone with no affinity in either Element was all of a sudden able to perfectly use them! Furthermore, from the spatial readings she was seeing, his Space and Void Elements were somehow increasing in proficiency!
How was any of that possible!? Common sense would tell her that it wasn’t! It shouldn’t have been!!
And yet it was…
‘This man… He’s so mysterious…’ A scarlet blush formed on her pretty face. ‘I wonder if the way he moves his hands is this mysterious as well… Hihi~…’
