Chapter 3692: Infiniverse VI

The Great Beyonder once again spoke with positivity.

And Noah heard it- and instantly, alarm bells rang in his mind.

Because the last time she had spoken with such optimism, it was right before another Gateway Domus had emerged, forcing itself upon the others already present, followed by a downpour of Dead Things.

And now she spoke in a similarly hopeful tone, even going so far as to mention that the dire nature of the Infinite Ravines had shifted because of him.

Noah glanced around as he heard this, his expression stern, as if bracing for an imminent shift the moment her words ended.

She noticed and harrumphed, rolling her eyes.

“Do you think I’m some kind of jinx? That every time I talk about things getting better, something comes crashing down to prove me wrong? The Weavings of Existence don’t work like that. There are coincidences, and then there are-…!”

She stopped.

Veyl’Aethra, who had been watching them both, suddenly froze.

His smile faded into something quiet. Something sorrowful.

The face of the Great Beyonder turned pale. Her eyes trembled with a mixture of shock and fury as both her gaze and the gaze of her Mythic Signature snapped toward the distance.

And Noah sighed.

He knew it had nothing to do with her words.

He knew.

But still, every time she made a positive comment, existence itself seemed determined to prove her wrong.

At that moment, all of them turned toward a distant region of the twisting, overlapping Gateway Domus.

From there… a pressure surged.

Terrifying and heavy, eclipsing even the Quasi-Resplendent Monad aura of the Great Beyonder.

And there was more than one.

Vile and saturated with the weavings of the dead.

Sensing it, Veyl’Aethra’s sorrow deepened. He shook his head solemnly- and then, his body flickered and distorted, as if his very existence were lagging or shifting into something else.

Noah caught this anomaly with his current perception just as his attention shifted toward the approaching auras- now becoming visible.

The veiled threshold of the Gateway Domus tore open with a thunderous hum.

A Dead Thing of horrifying complexity stepped through first.

Noah’s eyes flared with a blinding light, bursting with complex, exceedingly pure power as his distinction as the Weaver of Existence surged forth.

And above this newcomer, a name appeared:

[Veltraxis, the Smiling Empty Maw (Converged Architect)]

Clear and undeniable.

And it only made Noah’s expression harden further.

Veltraxis, the Smiling Empty Maw, strode forward like death incarnate clothed in splendor. His skeletal frame loomed tall, draped in shadow-threaded robes that rippled like liquefied void. A twisted halo of bone spires crowned his head, and his grinning maw revealed serrated teeth in an unending smile.

Behind him came the Fourteen Dead Things—monstrosities of ruin, from titanic worm-hives to void-armored husks, each pulsing with raw, unstable Dead True Sources.

They stood in a perfect, menacing semi-circle.

The air bent and bled around them, their presence rupturing the wild weavings of True Sources across the Domus.

Noah, Veyl’Aethra, and the Great Beyonder grew even more somber, their eyes narrowing.

Collapse itself had entered the battlefield-heralded by Veltraxis, whose cold, endless grin stretched as he calmly uttered…

“Hello.”

BOOM!

The sound echoed like a divine decree.

The Gateway Domus trembled violently. And then—suddenly—it surged upward, folding and unraveling across countless layers of existence.

It wasn’t that another region was being drawn into theirs.

It was their Gateway Domus…being forcibly merged into another.

A judgment had been made: the three of them alone weren’t enough to face what was coming.

And truly, when faced with fourteen Converged Architects, failed Resplendent Monads, and even a Harmonized Sourcebound Icon- what could the Wheel do but yield?

Noah kept his gaze fixed on the other Dead Things accompanying Veltraxis. Though their power was slightly less than his, it was still far too complex for even a Harmonized Sourcebound Icon-level being to stand against.

Even with his current complexity, Noah knew he could not harm their True Sources for now.

But that might not remain true even an hour from now, as the Infiniverse Megalos underwent a terrifying ascension.

BOOOM!

Reality split apart.

The Domus shattered and reformed with a loud, jarring bang—and when it reassembled, it was no longer in the same place.

Now, they were somewhere else entirely.

A place dominated by a single, terrifying aura.

Structures of fractured brilliance swirled around them.

Ten Wild True Sources flowed freely, clashing and weaving in chaotic majesty.

Crystal mountains glittered in one direction. Fiery hellscapes churned in another.

Colors and wonder bled through every crevice of the air.

And yet… most striking of all was an endless gray sea, its waters thick with ash.

There were no Dead Things here.

Only this ash-covered expanse, surrounded by hundreds of radiant gray pillars.

Floating above the gray sea was a solitary figure—a middle-aged man with dark hair and tan skin. A robe of smoke and shadow billowed around him, and he radiated nothing but calm and quiet awe.

Noah locked eyes with him.

And he remembered the words of the Witness—about a Resplendent Monad who had survived since the Eighth Breaking of the Wheel.

The holder of the True Source of Asche.

At that moment, their Gateway Domus had fully merged into his, bringing along fifteen Dead Things—most of them on par with Resplendent Monads.

“…”

Noah breathed through the chaos and turned inward.

To his own power.

Because no matter what the outer weavings did, he could count on himself.

On his weavings.

And now, with monstrosities arriving from every corner, he focused inwards—on the Infiniverse Megalos.

On his True Source Atlas of Existence, on Ruination, and the complex Dead Things of the Cradle of Purity that he would one day devour.

From deep within, the Infiniverse Megalos spoke to him.

“Through any Weavings of Existence… I will be here, Master.”

HUUM!

Her voice rang with serenity and solemn resolve.

She could see what he saw.

She understood what now stood before them.

And so, she accelerated her transformation.

Her voice echoed again, reassuring him:

“Master, others will gain their own boons from the True Frequencies of the Infiniverse Megalos. But you… you will have something else entirely.”

WAA!

“For you, the entire True Frequency of Entropy—newly constructed—is available to grasp and wield. It will allow you to channel its intricate weavings and the full complexity of the Infiniverse… into a single, focused point, expressed through the True Source of Entropy- through the Spoke of Entropy.”

“I will begin working on Continuity next… followed by Manadynamics, and all the rest… until the Infiniverse Megalos takes its final step- becoming the Infiniverse Wheel of Existence.”

…!
