Chapter 376: 376: Awakening · Endless Frost!
Orson sat, deep in thought, when suddenly a new realization dawned upon him. If Crimson Lizard King advanced to Stage 2 or Stage 3, would it be able to unleash even more devastating abilities? Could it completely transcend its limits? He couldn’t help but feel a little uneasy at the possibilities.
Meanwhile, under the leadership of the Silver Dragon Knight Denoka, the players were struggling to fend off the relentless attacks from the various Dragon Knight combat tactics. If it weren’t for Denoka’s ability to transfer space, which helped avoid some of the devastating damage from the attacking dragons, the players would have been easily wiped out.
Bynabert glanced down at the battlefield. One of the four Water Dragons was already dead, and the Dragon Knight forces were down to just two. It was only a matter of time before the Death God Dragon would feast on the rest.
“Dragon’s Breath!”
But Bynabert remained calm. He knew that Holy Silver Dragon Denoka’s Space Reversal couldn’t be used endlessly, so he rallied his forces again, urging the Dragon Knights and hybrid dragon beasts to focus their fire on the players.
Dozens of dragons combined their efforts, and a terrifying wave of elemental energy stirred the sky, darkening it to an ominous degree. It felt as though the heavens themselves were about to collapse.
“I knew there was a gap, but I didn’t expect it to be this huge! At this rate, our dragons and beasts might get wiped out here…”
“Maybe we should retreat. The drop rate for dragon bosses is high, but we still need to stay alive to collect the loot!”
The Dragon Knights began to grow cold, and a few of them hesitated, retreating in fear.
“Anyone who retreats, dies first!” The Empress of the Moon shouted, her voice chilling. She wielded her dragon spear, flames curling around it, and her battle armor glimmered in a red hue. Her face was filled with the determination to prevent anyone from abandoning their position. If someone retreated, the entire line would crumble.
“My wife!” Drunken Dream called out.
“Endless Divine Protection!”
Lilith raised her staff high, her expression full of compassion, as a dome of light formed before the players.
Dozens of dragon breaths slammed into the dome. The flames of the Dragon Breath were briefly held back, but it wasn’t long before the dome cracked, shattering into countless elemental fragments.
“Group Dragon Breath!”
Drunken Dream commanded. Thirty or so dragons began gathering their dragon breath, and he spoke again, “ShatteredCrown, buy us some time!”
“It’s coming!” ShatteredCrown’s eyes narrowed, completely different from when he first met Orgod. With BlackStockings feeding him power daily, he had gained a range of over three kilometers and was equipped with legendary gear at level 40.
He had also mastered an A-Rank awakened Ice Magic and a powerful S-Rank Fire Magic.
He now proudly called himself “Orgod’s little sidekick,” and had started to make a name for himself among the players!
Thanks to his furious output in the backline, they had barely managed to take down a Storm Dragon Knight and an unclaimed Inkfeather Dragon earlier.
“Awakening · Endless Frost!” ShatteredCrown said coldly.
Zzzzt!
Blue mist poured from ShatteredCrown’s staff, drawing a dazzling blue light in the air.
In the blue light was a world of absolute zero, forming dozens of jagged ice crystals, each more than a meter tall.
Dozens of dragon breaths collided with the ice crystals, the impact ringing out, and their flight speed slowed significantly.
While this wouldn’t stop the combined dragon breaths, it bought crucial time for the dragons and beasts in the backline to charge up their attacks.
In an instant, nearly a hundred dragon breaths collided with earth-shattering force.
The Wild Gale whipped through the Pondenorlin City area, causing the ground to crack and mountains to crumble!
Despite Drunken Dream and the Dragon Knight players pushing their limits,
the dragons, whose lowest level was above level 70, were far beyond the strength of the 40-level players and their dragon beasts.

“The gap is just too wide…” Drunken Dream sighed.
The violent clash of dragons and the Dragon Breaths exploded into the sky!
The brutal collision lasted less than three seconds. The players were almost instantly consumed by the light emitted by the dragon breaths!
In the blink of an eye, over ten Dragon Knights were killed, and their mounted dragons were heavily injured.
“Not good! My beast hasn’t been recalled yet!”
A Supreme Guild Dragon Knight screamed in desperation. He hadn’t managed to recall his Earth Dragon back into his Battle Space.
And many other Dragon Knights were in the same position — their beasts remained in the sky while the players fell.
It was only a matter of time before the Dragon Knights’ dragon breaths cooled down, and the NPC Dragon Knight forces would unleash another round of deadly attacks.
At that point, half of the precious dragon beasts carefully raised by major guilds would likely be destroyed!
“We’ve lost. We’re done for! Unless Triple Crown winner does something, we’re nothing more than cannon fodder!”
“Anyone who cooperates with Orgod, I’ll be the first to call them out!”
“He’s sitting pretty, but what about us?”
Even amidst the brutal battle in the sky, Orson remained seated, eyes closed, completely unfazed. His expression showed no signs of fear or concern.
This made the players who had been lured here by his “reassurance” furious, especially the guild leaders who had invested heavily in their dragons. Their minds were a jumbled mess of anxiety.
Countless eyes turned toward Orson.
After ten seconds of dead silence, Orson finally parted his lips and spoke calmly, “If any guild’s dragon beast dies, I Orgod, will level your ancestors’ tombs.”
“What is he even talking about? Could some big shot be sitting back and watching the fight?””Utter nonsense. Who could possibly handle this group of giant Dragon Knights? I’d bow down to him if he pulls this off. Don’t you see our Dragon Knights are like paper tigers?”
The players were utterly confused, not understanding what Orson was talking about.Given the current situation, even if he personally stepped in, he would just be throwing his life away against the massive dragon army.Individually, a Dragon Knight might still be taken down by the combined efforts of the players, but the Dragon Knight army in front of them had already been united under the iron grip of the imperial general Bynabert. It wasn’t just a matter of breaking through — there was no way they could do it!
