Chapter 323: Chapter 321: Not Qualified

Nayoung bounced with excitement as they walked toward the gate. “This place is so cool, Professor! The grass here sticks to the walls? That’s weird but awesome!” She pointed at the green grass growing along the tall walls. “It looks like the wall is alive!”

Elshienne and Nathan were also surprised by the sight. The walls had plants growing on them, shining a soft green, like they were part of the environment. It was something they hadn’t expected.

As they passed through the gate, it closed automatically behind them, making a soft thud as it locked into place.

Nayoung gasped. “Did you see that? The gate closed by itself! This place is definitely magic or something! Is it always like this?”

Seojun nodded without saying much. “It’s for privacy and focus. No distractions.”

Nayoung was still amazed. “So cool! I feel like we’re stepping into a whole new world here.”

They walked into the classroom area, and the scenery inside was even more impressive. It felt like they were entering a place that was meant for serious training. The classroom had a different atmosphere—quiet, calm, and full of potential.

They finally reached the registrar room. Above the door, it said “Profile Forms.” The door opened with a soft click.

Seojun pointed to the table on the side of the room. “Please fill out the profile forms there.”

Nayoung immediately dashed over. “Oh, forms! So official! Alright, I’ll fill this out first!” She took the nearest form and began writing with exaggerated care. “I hope I don’t mess up anything.”

Nathan just nodded, silent as usual, and took a form too.

Nayoung looked up from her form, still smiling. “You know, this place is like a dream! Can’t wait to start learning!”

Seojun took the forms from Nayoung, Elshienne, and Nathan, ready to add them to the official list. But before he could put them down, the System’s notification rang in his mind.

[Warning: Scan required. “Omnipotent Eye” activated. Monitoring the mana of selected individuals.]

‘It’s automatically activated ha”

Seojun’s eyes briefly glowed with a faint light as his Omnipotent Eye skill activated. The forms in his hands seemed to blur for a moment as his vision shifted, and he focused on Nayoung first.

Her mana was unstable, swirling like a storm inside her. He could feel the broken mana threads—fractured and damaged.

Ding!

[Analysis Complete: Mana condition unstable. Broken. Possible origin of instability: Uncontrolled emotional triggers or external interference.]

Ding!

[Warning: Nayoung is not qualified to be selected. Mana instability prevents further progress.]

Her mana wasn’t just weak—it was broken, like it had been shattered and not properly fixed.

He turned to Elshienne and Nathan.

[Target scan complete: 2 possible Seeds found nearby.]

[Estimated Awakening Rank: A (for both)]

[Note: Skill is not upgraded. Touch is needed to see full details.]

Elshienne’s mana was calm, controlled, and flowing well. Nathan’s mana, on the other hand, was deep and unshaken, but there was something hidden beneath the surface. Seojun couldn’t see everything yet, but it was more stable than Nayoung’s.

Seojun lowered his gaze back to the forms.

Nayoung was still bouncing, her usual energetic self. “So, Professor, what do we do now? Are we getting started?”

A boy with short dark hair and calm eyes peeked in from the back door. It was Minseok, Seojun’s quiet assistant and the first student to join his class.

“Professor, you’re here,” Minseok said as he stepped inside, giving a small bow.

Seojun nodded. “Yes. Lead them to the classroom, Minseok. I’ll follow in a moment.”

Minseok looked at the three students curiously, then gave them a polite smile. “New classmates! Yes Prof. Please follow me. The classroom is this way.”

Nayoung, full of energy as always, gave a small wave to Seojun. “See you there, Professor Jihoon! Don’t take too long!”

As she walked past Minseok, Nayoung leaned in close to Elshienne and whispered with a mischievous grin, “Is it just me, or is Professor Jihoon kinda hot? Hehehee.”

Elshienne immediately scrunched her face and took a step away. “Eww, gross! Stop it, Nayoung!”

Nayoung burst out laughing at her reaction. “What was that face?! You looked like you swallowed a bug! Why are you reacting like that?”

Elshienne crossed her arms and turned her head. “Because it’s weird!”

Still giggling, Nayoung nudged her with her elbow. “You’re acting like I said I was fantasizing about your brother or something—relax!”

That made Elshienne freeze for a second. Then she spun back and quickly said, “No! He’s not—!” She stopped herself mid-sentence, eyes wide, cheeks slightly pink. “He’s not my brother.”

Nayoung raised a brow, grin widening. “Oho? That’s a very specific denial, Miss Elshienne. I didn’t even say he was!”

Elshienne groaned and covered her face with her hands. “Ugh, you’re the worst.”

Nayoung just laughed louder, clearly enjoying herself. “Hehe, I live to annoy you. Let’s go before I say more things you’ll regret hearing!”

They walked out of the room, Elshienne still grumbling under her breath while Nayoung kept giggling the whole way.

As Seojun looked at Nayoung form, The system window appeared in front of him.

[SYSTEM NOTIFICATION – TASK UPDATE]

▶ Requirement: Recruit 10 Students

Status: Auto-Completed

Due to the registration of two high-ranking candidates:

– Elshienne Hamilton [Special Status: Potential Rank A]– Nathan Hamilton [Special Status: Potential Rank A]

These two individuals fulfill the hidden requirement for early completion.

Note: Candidate Bae Nayoung is not qualified due to unstable mana. Risk of future rejection from Awakening process is high.

[Well, that’s great news, Host! You don’t need to go hunting for more students. And even better—you’ve got a reason to reject Nayoung officially.Less stress, less work, and more time for yourself! You’re welcome~]

Seojun sighed as he closed the window. “…You’re way too cheerful about this.”

Seojun leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes for a moment. Then he whispered, “Shared Vision: Sui.”

At once, his view changed.

Now he could see through Sui’s eyes, who was quietly sitting in a corner of the classroom. The room was calm. Nayoung was sitting between two other girls—Hannah and Yoora. The three were chatting, Nayoung’s hands moving a lot as she talked.

Seojun focused on her. “Appraisal.”

A soft glow passed over Nayoung as the system responded.

[Appraisal Activated – Target: Bae Nayoung]

• Status: Unawakened• Mana Core: Damaged – Highly unstable• Awakening Rank Potential: Unclear• Risk Level: High (Rejection chance: 83%)

Seojun opened his eyes.

“System,” he said. “Check Nayoung’s background. Family, health, history—everything.”

[Done it, Host]

Seojun look at Nayoung background after system showed it and muttered “I see… she’s been through a lot and I’ll still add her to the class.”

[But Host…]

The automatic system’s voice interrupted. [Her mana core is unstable. She is not eligible based on current safety standards. Rejection is advised.]

Seojun replied calmly, “I know, but I’m the one teaching.”

[Host, Just listen to my Auto System.]
