Chapter 335: Chapter 333: Sani, The Saint
A few minutes later, the students were gathered in the gymnasium. Everyone had to go through a mana scanner,

The mana scanner was set up at the entrance of the gymnasium, standing tall like a security checkpoint. It looked like a large, metallic archway with glowing lines running along its frame. As each student stepped through it, a soft blue light passed over their body, scanning for any signs of unusual mana or abnormalities.

If everything was normal, the light turned green, and the student could proceed. If something unusual was detected, the light would turn red, and they would be flagged for further investigation.

The dean stood at the front, explaining the situation clearly. “We’ve had reports of these creatures called Siphon Wraiths. They look like mosquitoes with black, sticky wings and a large bump on their backs. They drain the life force and mana of their host. If you see anything like this, report it immediately.”

He paused and looked around at the students, his expression serious. “The symptoms to watch for are fever, always feeling tired, pale skin, and sudden weakness. These include headaches, dizziness, strange sensations of being drained, and even difficulty focusing. If you experience any of these symptoms, it could be a sign that something is wrong. If you or anyone else shows these signs, you must alert a professor right away.”

The gymnasium buzzed with murmurs as the students processed the dean’s words.

“Seriously? Isn’t that just the symptoms of a tired person?” one student whispered.

“What if we’re just tired?” another added, sounding skeptical.

“Shut up and just listen! Didn’t you see what happened in the field? If you see anyone or know someone like that, inform the professors!” a student snapped back, clearly shaken by the earlier events.

“Hey, chill, babe,” a boy said, trying to calm her down.

“Hmp!” she huffed, crossing her arms.

Meanwhile, Elshienne turned to Nathan, concern evident in her eyes. “Nathan, is your back okay?”

Nathan reached back, patting his shoulders and spine. He shook his head. “I don’t feel anything.”

Not far from them, Nayoung was biting her nails, her eyes darting around nervously as she muttered under her breath, “I think I saw Professor Jihoon… appearing from his shadow… Am I just hallucinating?”

Elshienne raised an eyebrow. “Huh? Did you say something? Nayoung?”

Nayoung snapped out of it and shook her head quickly. “N-Nothing, nothing! Anyway, what happened today is so sudden, right?”

Elshienne nodded, her gaze drifting back to the mana scanner, which continued to hum softly as students passed through. “Yeah… too sudden.”

The dean’s voice echoed through the gymnasium speakers. “All students who have completed the scanning can now return to your classes. Awakeners have been alerted through the Global System, so they are already aware of the situation.”

Nathan stretched his arms. “Let’s go,” he said, turning around.

But before they could take a step, Nayoung suddenly gasped. “Lady Sani! You’ve come!”

“Waaah! Wait, Elshienne, look who’s here!” Nayoung squealed, grabbing Elshienne’s arm and pointing excitedly toward the stage.

There, standing gracefully, was a beautiful woman with long, silvery hair that glimmered under the lights. Her presence seemed to radiate warmth and elegance.

Murmurs erupted among the students who were just about to leave. “The Saint!” someone whispered loudly.

Without hesitation, students who were heading for the door turned back and rushed toward the stage, but security guards immediately stepped in, forming a barrier to hold them back.

The sudden commotion caught Lady Sani’s attention. She turned to face the students, her serene eyes meeting theirs as she smiled gently.

Gasps spread through the crowd. “My gosh, the Saint smiled!” one student fanned herself dramatically. “I think I’m ready to die now.”

“She’s even more beautiful in person!”

“I can’t believe she’s really here!”

“Lady Sani! Over here! Please look this way!” shouted a boy, waving his arms wildly.

“Marry me, Lady Sani!” another one yelled, his friends laughing and cheering him on.

“Her smile is like a blessing itself!”

“She’s a real angel! My heart’s gonna explode!”

The security guards struggled to keep the line intact as more students tried to push forward, especially the boys, who were practically shouting over each other.

Nayoung was practically jumping up and down. “I can’t believe we get to see Lady Sani up close!”

Somewhere in the back, another student yelled, “Lady Sani, I’ll train hard! I promise!” followed by another roar of cheers.

Sani’s smile grew slightly, and she raised her hand gently in greeting. That small gesture alone caused another wave of cheers and shouts.

Nayoung grabbed Elshienne’s hands excitedly. “Look! She waved! She waved at us!”

Elshienne looked around in disbelief, seeing almost half the gymnasium now crowding toward the stage, their eyes sparkling with admiration.

One of the professor chuckled, whispering, “Looks like they completely forgot what just happened.”

Another professor laughed. “Well, things like this happen every day… but seeing the Saint? That’s a once-in-a-lifetime thing for most of them.”

“True enough,” another replied with a grin.

The dean, however, cleared his throat loudly and spoke through the microphone. “Please return to your classes! This is not a public event!”

A collective groan filled the gym.

“Let us stay a little more, Dean!” someone shouted.

“Come on, Dean! Don’t be selfish!” another one added, causing more students to laugh and nod in agreement.

“Yeah, share the blessing!” one more voice called out, earning a ripple of laughter.

Lady Sani laughed softly at their reactions, her voice as smooth as a bell. Her laughter alone seemed to calm the chaos just a little, drawing everyone’s attention back to her.

The dean’s face turned red, his mouth opening as if he was about to shout, but Lady Sani raised her hand gently and spoke in a soft, soothing tone. “Everyone, please return to your classes. I assure you… you’ll see me every day from now on.”

Her words sent a wave of surprised murmurs through the students.

“Did she just say every day?!”

“Her voice… it’s like a melody!”

“Ahh, I think I’m gonna faint!”

“An angel is going to be here every day?! This is heaven!”

The students, though reluctantly, started moving back toward the doors, their eyes still glued to Lady Sani as they left. Security guards maintained their lines, ushering them back gently.

Nayoung, still clutching Elshienne’s arm, practically sparkled with excitement. “Did you hear that? Every day! We get to see her every day!”

Elshienne just smiled, feeling the energy of the crowd slowly die down as they began heading back to class. “Yeah… I heard.”

Nathan, who had been watching silently, turned around, his expression unreadable. “Let’s go before we get left behind,” he said, starting to walk ahead.

Nayoung bounced happily as she followed. “I can’t believe it! Lady Sani… here… every day! I must be dreaming!”

Elshienne just laughed softly. “It’s real, Nayoung. Let’s just hope you don’t faint the next time you see her.”

Nayoung giggled. “I’m not making any promises!”
