The enormous fox’s head slowly emerged from the shimmering portal once more, its piercing eyes scanning the surroundings with cautious curiosity.
The scene had undergone a drastic transformation. The tension that had once hung thick in the air was now absent. The individuals who had been staring him down with killing intent just moments ago were nowhere to be seen. As for the massive serpent that had loomed like an unstoppable force of nature, it was no longer in the same spot.
After a quick survey of the area, Divos spotted the mighty beast in the far right corner, Durger was making its way toward the city at an almost comically slow pace, closely escorted by several Warlords who flanked it on all sides, ensuring it did not stray.
Near the portal, only two figures remained. One of them was a young man with striking white hair, moving his hands in deliberate, intricate motions. Beneath his feet, something remarkable was happening—the very earth itself seemed to be responding to his gestures. Grass was sprouting anew, roads were seamlessly mending their fractures, and long rows of trees that had been destroyed were rapidly reassembling, their leaves rustling as if untouched by destruction.
The other figure was none other than Caesar, standing directly in front of the portal with his arms crossed over his chest. His expression was one of unmistakable irritation as he gazed up at Divos, his brows knitted together tightly. “Do you think you can just decline an invitation whenever you feel like it?!” Caesar’s voice cut through the silence, sharp and unwavering.
“…..” Divos blinked, tilting his head slightly downward to look at Caesar, momentarily caught off guard by the sheer boldness of the statement. Compared to his towering form, the man below him was no more than an ant. Compared to his immense presence, Caesar’s aura felt insignificant. And yet, despite that, the young man stood his ground, not an ounce of fear in his stance. It was mildly amusing. But ultimately the fox responded with nothing, it was not worth any headache.

Two more figures emerged behind the fox, stepping forward with a composed yet urgent energy—Aro and Sandria. The moment they arrived, they positioned themselves on either side of Divos’s colossal head, as if acting as mediators.
“Please, proceed forward. You have my word—no one here will lay a hand on you,” Aro reassured, his tone firm yet diplomatic.
“Yes, exactly. What happened earlier with the serpent was nothing more than a misunderstanding. Everyone simply assumed it was attacking, and they reacted accordingly,” Sandria quickly added, her voice carrying an air of urgency, as if eager to prevent another unnecessary conflict.
“…Sigh~ Fine. Let’s just get this over with.” A heavy sigh left Divos as he muttered under his breath, clearly unamused by the situation. Then, without any further delay, he shifted his stance and moved forward.
The moment his massive claws touched the ground—

A faint surge of energy crackled through the air as he began pulling his enormous form forward, his sheer size causing the ground beneath him to tremble slightly.
“…..”
Caesar’s gaze followed the movement, tilting his head higher and higher as Divos’s full form gradually emerged. And when it did, the sheer scale of his presence was breathtaking.
The three-tailed fox’s body was so massive that it effortlessly blotted out the sun, casting an ominous shadow over the landscape. His pristine white fur shimmered, untouched by dirt or imperfection, and his piercing gaze carried an unshakable sense of arrogance, befitting his title as the Beast King.
“Beast King, Divos the Transcendent— You may take a side path like your counterpart so you don’t destroy the walkway meant for humans. And watch your step before moving, so you don’t accidentally crush anyone beneath you. Be a courteous guest until the ceremony ends. Besides that, you may do as you please.”
Divos let out a low, amused chuckle, though whether it was out of genuine amusement or mere sarcasm was unclear, “I get it, I get it. I’ll watch where I’m going—otherwise, I assume you’ll all just end up standing on my head next,” he muttered dryly, flicking his tails once before shifting his course. Instead of treading directly on the main path, he veered to the side, taking a less disruptive route.
“Don’t worry, your highness, I’ll accompany him all the way to the Grand Plaza,” Aro assured, casting a glance at Caesar.
Caesar gave a firm nod of acknowledgment before watching them leave. Aro followed closely behind Divos, keeping a watchful eye, while Sandria accompanied them, ensuring that no further incidents occurred.
BAM BAM
Whoosh Whoosh
The energy in the air was electric.
“Wooow…”
All across the grandstands, spectators were on their feet, eyes wide with exhilaration. Many leaned forward, stretching onto their tiptoes in a desperate attempt to catch a better glimpse of the unfolding spectacle.
If not for the strict prohibition on flight for ordinary citizens within the Imperial Capital, the skies would undoubtedly be swarming with people by now, all eager to witness the arrival of the legendary Beast Kings from the best vantage point possible.

The massive serpent slithered into the city, its colossal body moving slowly and deliberately through the streets, encased in a solemn silence. Warlords flanked its sides, both ahead and behind, ensuring its controlled movement. Its head was lowered, not in submission, but in barely contained fury and humiliation. A dense, suffocating aura of bloodlust and menace surrounded it, so thick that merely standing in its presence sent shivers down the spines of those nearby. No one dared to meet its gaze for more than five seconds before their hearts clenched in terror, forcing them to avert their eyes as a primal instinct for survival took over.
On the other side, Divos entered the city as well, but unlike the seething, simmering rage of the serpent, the white fox moved with an air of grace and indifference. His elegant, slender head remained lifted, his every step perfectly measured, exuding an effortless nobility. Each motion was fluid and controlled, as if choreographed by an unseen force. Behind him, his three tails swayed in a mesmerizing rhythm, their ethereal movement forming a spectacle of untamed beauty. His presence was neither oppressive nor threatening, but rather otherworldly—distant, aloof, as if he were a divine entity temporarily gracing the mortal realm. Unlike the serpent, whose very aura repelled onlookers, Divos commanded attention effortlessly. Once a person laid eyes on him, they found it nearly impossible to look away. He was simply too entrancing, too magnificent to ignore.
BOOM! WHOOSH!
Eventually, the massive serpent reached the left side of the grandstands, its massive body coiling in upon itself like an unbreakable fortress of muscle and scales. The nobles and King-level figures who had occupied the area before its arrival fled without hesitation, scrambling into the stands with such frantic urgency that they didn’t even dare glance over their shoulders.
Meanwhile, Divos made his way to the right side of the stands. Unlike the serpent, he did not coil upon himself in a display of territorial dominance. Instead, with an air of refined elegance, he lowered himself onto his three tails, forming a makeshift throne. His head remained lifted, his gaze distant, as if refusing to acknowledge the presence of the humans around him. His mere posture radiated an unspoken message—he was not their guest; they were beneath his notice.
And in the center of the gathering, still lying beside the Huge War Ship, was Cryxus. Unlike the other two beasts, he had remained there the entire time, exuding an air of timeless majesty and dominance. Even in stillness, his presence was suffocating. A descendant of dragons—his very existence demanded reverence.
The invited guests could hardly believe what they were witnessing. Their hearts pounded as their eyes darted between the three legendary creatures. It was as if they had stepped into a mythical dream, an era of heroes and monsters. Three ancient, awe-inspiring beasts—watching alongside them. Surrounding them. Encircling them. Any one of these creatures possessed the power to obliterate the entire gathering in a single moment. And yet, paradoxically, the guests did not feel fear. Instead, their blood boiled with an intoxicating mix of exhilaration and awe.
Because standing among them were none other than Crown Prince Richard and the Supreme General Caesar.
WHOOSH!
On the balcony of the central platform, Caesar reappeared, now accompanied by his younger brother.
“Greetings, everyone,” Richard said smoothly, raising his hand in acknowledgment.
“Crown Prince!” Elizabeth, Billy, and the other generals immediately smiled, offering respectful bows. Meanwhile, Sakaar, Amon, and Aro simply nodded toward him, a silent yet firm display of recognition.
“Your Highness,” Emily spoke in her usual formal tone, adjusting her glasses as she addressed them, “with the Crown Prince present and the Beast Kings in attendance, I believe we are no longer waiting on anyone else, correct?”
“That’s right.” Caesar turned his back to her, shifting his sharp gaze toward the grandstands below. “Everyone is here now—except for the guest of honor!”
“I personally ensured the message was delivered two days ago,” Theo interjected, his voice calm yet certain. “He was informed of the exact time. There is no doubt he will arrive soon.”
Zara, however, let out a quiet chuckle at their seriousness. “Hehe~ You’re all acting like this is an ordinary event. My father isn’t just the guest of honor—he owns everything here. He can take as long as he pleases. Even if we had to wait for hours, it wouldn’t be an issue.”
“Did I say otherwise?” Caesar smirked, shaking his head. “Though, I doubt Durger and Divos will be patient for long. The first looks so furious he probably wishes the earth would swallow him whole, while the other… is he… falling asleep while sitting upright?” Caesar narrowed his eyes slightly, then suddenly called out at Divos, “Hey, you over there—wake up!!”
“They don’t exactly have a choice here,” Richard muttered, his tone casual yet laced with amusement. As he spoke, he casually flicked a glance toward Durger. The serpent’s body stiffened. A sudden, invisible pressure pressed down upon him, sending an involuntary shudder through his massive frame. Without hesitation, Durger quickly averted his gaze, as if looking anywhere else would save him from Richard’s suffocating presence.
“Ladies and gentlemen,” Emily spoke once more, her voice cutting through the charged atmosphere. With a calm yet deliberate motion, she adjusted her glasses again before continuing, “since all the guests have arrived and the preparations are complete, may I ask one thing…?”
She paused for a moment, as if carefully considering how to phrase her next words. Then, finally, she asked:
“Who, exactly, will be conducting the ceremony?”
