Pan Meijia was silent after hearing his words. For a moment, her heart tightened, and Ling Yun’s face suddenly appeared in her mind. She quickly pushed the thought out of her mind. They were just friends and there was no romantic relationship between them.

“I know, why are you so naggy?” She said with a pout.

Houzi only glanced at her and said nothing. As a man, he knows what men are thinking. If her friend wasn’t interested in her, he wouldn’t ask her for help at all. It’s not like he doesn’t know where the black market is. Asking her for help was just an excuse for him to have a way to interact with her. Only his dense cousin would believe that a man would approach her without any purpose.

After paying for the items, Pan Meijia left the black market. It only took her an hour and a half to go to the black market and back. Back in the village, she rode her bicycle to Lu Jueyu’s house.
