Emily’s teeth were sharp, and it felt painful to be bitten by her. But despite the pain, Rika’s body jolted in pleasure as soon as she felt the harsh bite.

It was going to leave a wound, and a deep one at that.

‘I…..What kind of marking is this? I thought Rika meant a scent marking. Why did she bite me?’

Emily’s brain stopped thinking, and her body went lax at the pleasurable sensation she was feeling.

Her lax face looked up at Damian’s annoyed face, and Rika knew he would bite her as well.

Just as she thought, Damian did not even hold back for a second before his fangs sunk into Rika’s other shoulder and made a profound impact.

Emily was licking the wound she had made on Rika’s shoulder, but her hooded eyes made sure to look at Rika when she did that.

All this attention made Rika’s body suddenly in pleasure.

“W-What did you do to me?”

Rika’s words came out in the form of broken slurs.

She was not ignorant enough to think that this was normal behaviour between friends. Somewhere, another line had been crossed between her and the pair in front of her today.

But Rika lacked the courage to ask what this friendship was evolving into. She feared the answer, even if it was the one she wanted to hear.

“Don’t think about it.”

The relaxed and calm voice commanding Rika belonged to Damian. He held Rika’s body in his arms, and Rika swore she could feel his chest shifting when he took a deep breath.

“He’s right! You don’t have to think about anything much, Rika. Just let your tension out, or you will hurt yourself. Can’t you tell just how tense your body was seconds ago? You should take better care of yourself.”

That…did not sound right. But at the same time, Rika could not comprehend why a part of her was protesting.

It felt…nice to let go of all worries and be warped up in an alpha’s embrace. It soothed her inner self and relaxed Rika’s body and mind.

“You can rest in Damian’s arms until we reach your home. As jealous as I am of him for having you, I will surrender you to him for now. I want to get to the lunch without dying, after all.”

Emily spoke, and Rika wanted to reply. But as soon as she opened her mouth, a yawn left her mouth instead of words.

It was all warmth and comfort from there on.

Even the push of pheromones felt nice, and Rika could bask in it and enjoy it.

A hand was moving through her hair and playing with her ear. It should have been unpleasant, but Rika felt more and more relaxed by the second.

It was almost as if she couldn’t care less about what happened to her at that moment. All she needed was that mixture of pheromones to stay happy forever.

“Rika, wake up! We are here. Do you want me to carry you inside?”

Emily’s voice asked, and when Rika opened her eyes, the other female was right before her.

It made Rika reach out to Emily, and she was sure that her pheromones were also calling out to the alpha. Damian’s arms tightened around Rika, which indicated that he was being affected by her.

‘This feels good. I want to be with my alphas for a long time. Should I try to take things further? The bond is still not secure…’

“Miss Steinz, Master Rodric, it’s a pleasure to meet you. Is…Miss Rika, alright? If she feels unwell, I can show her to her room.”

A fourth person was in Rika’s space, and she did not like it. She almost attacked him when the concentration of pheromones around her fell, and she came around.

Rika immediately noticed where she was and what she had been about to do. It made her feel flushed, and she immediately pushed herself away from Damian’s arms.

Well, she tried, at the very least. Damian did not give Rika any chance to pull away from him.

Emily intervened when she noticed Rika trying to escape Damian’s hold.

“Dami, let Rika go. I think she is feeling better and wants to stand up.”

Rika was thankful for Emily’s help. It was beginning to feel odd being in Damian’s arms like that, especially with her previous state.

‘W-What was that? It felt like I had lost my mind back there for a second and let something take over my body. It was scary…almost like I was not myself. I must keep a tighter rein on myself from here on out.’

Rika looked at the only beta in her household, but the butler was not convinced that Rika was alright.

He tried reaching for her, only for Emily to grab and squeeze his wrist tightly.

“I said that Rika is fine! It will serve you well to listen to me and behave. Also, I am not in a good mood today, so don’t go angering me any more than necessary, alright?”

Emily’s expression was smiling, but her eyes were not. The butler recognised her aggression and did not push her for anything.

But his look spoke volumes to Rika about how she was being blamed for all this.

‘Great! I did not even do anything, and I still get blamed somehow. How is this fair?’

Complaining never improved the situation, but it made Rika feel much better.

When Damian touched her eyes, she was about to straighten herself and pull herself together.

“Stop worrying about it. You do not need to bother with the butler.”

Rika immediately grabbed Damian’s hands and tried to take them off her face. But she could not move it an inch.

“I understand, Damian. But why did you have to cover my eyes like this? It served no purpose.”

Damian finally let go of her eyes, but he did not even give Rika a second to relax before covering her ears instead.
