Chapter 208: Ch 208: Out like a light
Had Suzie not been so influenced by her emotions, she would have realised the stupidity of her situation.

The vial she had been given was designed to torment omegas and did not affect betas and alphas.

Driven by her desire to incriminate Rika, Suzie decided to open the vial.

However, she underestimated how potent that drug was, and her body shuddered as soon as the smell hit her. The situation had turned ten times more dangerous because of her actions.

“W-What the heck is this? Shit! Why is this drug so powerful? What kind of drug is this?”

Suzie complained as cramps made her body shudder, and the heat made her melt from the inside.

This heat did not feel natural, and Suzie’s instincts told her that she would be unable to calm down unless she sought help from an alpha.

“Suzie, you fucking idiot! Where did you get this drug? And why would you unveil it like this? Do you want to die?”

Rika asked with a worried expression on her face.

She looked at her sister’s expression, but it was clear that Suzie was too out of it even to recognise her.

The way Suzie’s body shuddered and her eyes watered, it was clear that she was not in the right state of mind. She was even humping the floor and forming a pool of slick under her body.

But none of it got to Rika as much as the smell of omega pheromones got to her.

Her body heaved, but this time, there was something that came up to her throat.

The only reason Rika had not gone into pheromone shock was because she had taken medicine to prevent it minutes ago.

“H-Help me out! Please! It hurts. My body burns so badly.”

Suzie complained as she grabbed Rika’s shirt and tugged at it. Her pheromones stuck to Rika, causing the beta to suppress her disgust.

“Fucking hell! Suzie, calm down for now and listen to my voice. It will all be fine! You will be fine if you do as I ask you to. Now, close your eyes and let your body relax…. this shit is not working.”

Rika tried to make Suzie concentrate on her voice and make her snap out of her attack. But Suzie refused to listen to her no matter what Rika did.

There was only one way left for Rika to force Suzie out of her daze, and that was medicine.

‘It should be safe to administer medicine into Suzie’s body, right? These are all hormones, and the medicine is made to calm an omega down. I am sure that it will be fine.’

Suzie’s situation was too dangerous anyway, and Rika was sure that pheromone suppressors would not worsen it.

So, she quickly administered the medicine into Suzie’s body, and the omega finally calmed down. Her heat scent also damped, and Rika breathed a sigh of relief.

Once she was sure Suzie was safe to be around, Rika quickly called for Rocxx to come and meet her.

The alpha reached the bathroom in record time but looked worried about Suzie’s condition.

“What happened? Why is your sister here? Doesn’t she know that it is not a safe place for her to be?”

Rocxx asked in a worried voice as he looked at Suzie. Rika did not know what to say to him, so she just shrugged and handed Suzie to Rocxx.

“Get Suzie back home and tell them what happened. I think Suzie inhaled the drug sample we were trying to track down. Ask her about it once she wakes up. I will go and look around for it.”

Rika assured Rocxx, and she patted him on the back, saying, ‘ Get going now.’

The older alpha clutched Suzie hard in his arms, but he also looked worried when he looked at Rika.

Are you sure it will be fine if I return with Suzie like this? It is unsafe to leave you alone in this club defenceless.”

Rocxx did sound worried, and Rika felt touched by his concern.

But as much as she felt touched, she knew they were short on time. Suzie’s condition did not feel stable, and Rika worried about her.

“It’ll be fine on my own. Just take Suzie back now and stop worrying about me.”

Rika assured Rocxx, but he still felt worried about her.

“Just go. I will call Zhu Li and ask him to help. Could you get Suzie back and tell Mark what happened? He will take care of things for you.”

Rika assured, and Rocxx stopped hesitating.

Rocxx remembered that he needed to tell Rika something, but his worry made him forget it and leave.

Once he was gone, Rika felt all the strength leave her body, and she felt sick. But she knew that she had to endure it all somehow.

She had only rested for about 5 minutes when someone walked toward her. The person felt like an alpha, but his presence made Rika revolt.

“Hey, do you smell that? It smells like an omega in heat! Fuck! Looks like we got lucky today. Let’s go and find that omega. We will be able to fuck a bitch in heat if we did that.”

Rika felt instant disgust as soon as she heard the alpha speak.

She did not hesitate to swing as soon as the two alphas came into focus. It knocked them both out, and Rika stepped over them.

“This is annoying. Suzie left her heat scent all over me. If anyone were to see me, they would surely think I am an omega in heat.”

Rika complained before she pushed the bathroom door to get her back inside and grab her scent masking spray.

She did not notice the hand reaching for her from behind and placing a clothe at her nose.

Rika tried to fight back, but the alpha behind her was too strong for her to break her hold. Poor Rika was knocked unconscious within seconds and was out like a light.
