Chapter 213: Ch 213: A Terrible Workspace
‘I need to keep running. The second I get caught, it will be over. I don’t think I will get a second chance to be able to escape from these kidnappers.’

This was only Rika’s second time being kidnapped, but she had done image training and had been forced to read up on things related to kidnapping by her mother before.

It helped her visualise what kind of situation she was in and how much risk she was involved in.

Rika’s chances of survival would not be great if she got shot. But she did know that she would be kept alive.

For now.

“I should hide and call someone. I will need to swap someone’s phone for this call.”

A bunch of giggling schoolgirls sat before Rika, who looked unaware of their surroundings. Swiping their phone was child’s play for Rika.

None of the girls noticed what she did, and they would likely not have noticed that they had been missing a phone for some time.

“Come on, Rika. Remember the number that you need to call. Anyone’s number would do.”

Rika had an excellent memory most of the time. She could remember all the facts and other things without fail and repeat them when needed.

But this time, all the thoughts and numbers she needed to remember escaped her mind. Rika could not recall a single person’s number who could help her.

“Fuck! What the hell was that number that I wanted to call? This is so upsetting and frustrating.”

Rika complained as she hid behind a stand to avoid being caught by her persuaders.

There, she saw something that turned out to be her salvation. It was a signboard with a familiar string of the first four numbers.

It looked the same as Damian’s number, and Rika suddenly remembered his number and made a call.

Now, the only obstacle Rika had was Damian’s unwillingness to pick up most phone calls.

Since Rika was calling from an unknown number, there was a 90% chance her call would be ignored, which would spell the end for her.

‘Come on, Damian. If you pick up the phone this time, I promise I will give you a free pass to do whatever you want. Please, don’t disappoint me this time.’

Rika preyed in her mind as the call continued to ring and ring.

When it seemed like she would have no result, Damian picked up the call.

“Who?”

The short question relieved Rika. She never thought she would feel this way in such a situation.

But just one word from Damian was enough to lighten Rika’s heart and brighten her face.

“Damian, this is Rika. I swiped this phone off a student to call you. Listen, some people currently kidnap me. I don’t know who they are, but they said their ‘boss’ was nearby. Do you think you can-”

Rika froze during her call as the banner she hid behind was suddenly yanked away.

Her kidnappers stood in front of her with an angry expression on their faces.

“No more playing around, Missy! We’ve had enough of you running away. The next time you even think of doing that, I will put a bullet into your head.”

The beta looked pissed, and he held a gun at Rika’s head.

Rika had no choice but to cooperate with him and drop the phone. The beta stepped over the phone and crushed it with his feet.

Damian could not track Rika using the phone now, but Rika was sure he would find a way to address this situation.

After all, if there was one resourceful person Rika knew, it was Damian. He was a beast when it came to doing his work by force.

“Tsk, you made us run all over this town for you. You have no idea how much you annoyed us when you pulled this stunt of yours. It makes me want to put this bullet inside your head and be done with you.”

The beta sounded angry, and Rika stayed quiet, not to ignite his ire.

‘Shit! I think I landed myself into deeper trouble by doing what I did. Damian, please hurry up and call your people. I am counting on you.’

Rika sighed, but she felt her body tense up as the gun came closer to her temple, and the beta made an annoyed face.

“One more such useless action and you are done for it.”

Rika quietly followed the pair to their car and sat at the back. The beta sat beside her while the alpha drove the vehicle toward their destination.

They entered the garage of a highly successful multinational company, and Rika was sure that she had heard the name of this company before.

‘Isn’t this the company under Emily’s mother company? I remember her complaining about the corruption of the company’s internal management and CEO. I hope she ruins them into dust once I am rescued.’

“Stop thinking about useless stuff, kid and start walking. This place will become your new home soon. Don’t worry! It will be legal employment for you as a new slave here.”

Rika made a face as she was led inside deeper into the building.

On the outside, this place looked like an average workplace, but it was not until you looked deeper that the true face of this company emerged.

There was one-way glass in the hidden section of the building, and Rika was sure that this place was not usual.

She could see a lot of omegas chained up to the wall and drugged as well. They all looked out of it and in various stages of heat.only when

“Is this an illegal pimp station? Did you kidnap all these omegas to force them into heat and entertain guests?”

Rika asked, having just now realised that this company is terrible.

She did not like what she saw happening, so she asked this question. However, the kidnapper only laughed at her question before looking at Rika with a face that said she was wrong.
