Chapter 325: Ch 325: Won’t you apologize?
‘Great! I did it! I made those dogs mad enough to attack that newcomer and that arrogant Zhu Li! This should teach them a lesson about taking their safety for granted! Why should they get to have all the fun while people like us have to suffer?’

The man tried his best to keep his happy expression in check, but he could not help but chuckle after successfully getting the dogs to do wild.

He had decided to make his escape once his work was done quickly, but he decided to take one last look at the masterpiece he had created in front of him.

All he wanted was to glimpse whatever was happening in front of him. But instead, he crashed into a solid chest before him when he tried to escape his hiding spot.

“Hey, Big Brother! I think we need to talk to each other. No! Don’t try to get out of it without saying anything! I want you to know that you can trust us.”

Fear choked the man as he tried his best to hold his fearful scream inside. The presence of the female standing behind him was too much.

The alpha glaring at him front in front has a gaze sharp enough to kill him if he wanted to.

‘I-I am going to die at this rate! I need to do something, but what? Shit! My mind is blanking at the moment!’

It must be the pressure of getting to him because this man swore that he would never have done things as stupidly as he did then.

“I’m sorry! I did not do anything! You can have my life or anything you want! Just let me live. I have a girlfriend I want to marry before I die!”

The beta confessed as he bowed before the pair, pressuring him. The pair did not say anything to him, but their gazes simultaneously made him feel hot and cold.

Finally, the female spoke, but her voice was cold and charmless. It was sharp enough to cut this man, and he flinched as soon as he looked at the cold green eyes looking at him.

“Oh really! Then, you won’t mind apologizing and confessing to some people I know, right? They are the ones who almost got hurt because of your prank. So, it’s only right that they also receive your apology, right?”

The female alpha crossed her fingers before resting her face on her palm. Her calm and collected look made the beta flinch, and he shook in his place before nodding.

“O-Of course! You are right! I should apologize if I almost hurt someone.”

The beta agreed, causing the female alpha to turn to her silent companion.

“You heard him, Dami! We can drag him out now. Do what you want to, and let’s head back now.”

The male alpha did not say anything, but he did reach out to grab the beta by the scuff of his shirt and drag him back toward the storehouse he had exited.

The beta felt his heart skip a beat as he was forced to head back to the place he had messed up. He flinched, knowing that the dogs would remember him and his betrayal.

“W-Wait! Can we change the locations we are heading toward? I promise I will apologize, but can we do it elsewhere?”

The man asked in a terrified voice. He could imagine a hoard of dogs tearing him apart in there, and it felt horrible to think about.

Being with dogs terrified him to the extent that he never wanted to see those abominations again.

“Hmm, I don’t want technique destinations. The people you hurt are in there, so you should also head in there to apologize to them as well.

Or would you prefer that ‘we’ take care of you instead? That can be arranged as well. But I doubt that it will be as merciful as going in and apologizing.”

The more the beta looked at the smiling face before him, the more he realized why it looked familiar.

‘Shit! This is Emily Steinz, the alpha heiress to the Steinz family! Then, is that another person, Damian Rodric? Fuck! Shit! I messed up! I don’t know what these two want from me, but I am dead!’

As soon as the man realized who caught him, all his will to live and escape ran away from his body. With shaking legs, the man entered the building he was being guided toward.

“Make sure you smile, and don’t let Rika know we threatened you. If our friend makes an annoyed or embarrassed face, you are dead! Do you understand me?”

Emily asked before she pushed the man inside the door. He immediately noticed how calm the dogs were, but then he saw the two figures sitting in the middle, and he paled.

“Here, I caught a gift for you! Do what you want with him. Rika, do let me know if you need any supplies! I will make sure to accommodate you for anything you might need.”

Emily promised, and the affection in her voice made the beta shake.

He realized where he had messed up.

‘Shit! I should not have gotten involved with that girl! I thought she would be an easy target to bully since she was unremarkable! I never expected her to have ties with such high-profile people!’

The beta should have known better! Their boss would never bring an ordinary person into their fold and ask them to care for her. Rika had been meant to be here since the start, and there was no way to deny this truth!

“Hey! Hurry up and apologize! We don’t have the whole day to get to it. Do you know how busy I am and how much I need to do before returning? The more you make me waste time, the angrier I will get with you! Do you understand what I am saying?”

Emily Steinz asked in an annoyed voice, but her tone was cold enough to make the man want to run.
