When Natasha asked this question, the whole room seemed to have stopped breathing. Everyone wanted to know the answer.

But the alpha in question was stubborn and decided to show his importance by moving around and not answering Natasha’s question.

Instead, he spotted Rika and decided to annoy her instead.

“Wow! I don’t think I’ve met an omega like you before. You are beautiful, and you also look refined. How about you and I go and have some fun before we have to return-”

Damian did not like the small joke the unknown alpha was making toward Rika, and he twisted the hand reading for Rika before it touched her.

It made the alpha cry out in pain, and he quickly pulled his hand back and cradled it close to his chest since it hurt so much.

“Ouch! You almost broke my bone! This is not cool, man! If you have a problem with people approaching your omega, you should brand her neck and make her yours. You cannot fault me for going after free property.”

The atmosphere had been tense before, but now it was deadly. Everyone felt triggered by this alpha’s words, and the alpha realized he would die if he did not say anything right then.

“Hey, wait! I think there has been a misunderstanding here. My name is Henry Morgan, and I am here to get Suzie Goodwill back. She seduced me into marking her, and when I told her she needed to take responsibility, she ran away.

You cannot just send me back because you don’t like me. Your daughter ruined my life.”

Henry made a bug claim that left everyone flabbergasted.

Mark was the first person to move, and it looked like he was having difficulty holding his temper back and not snapping at this man.

“My sister seduced you, huh! Is that why there is a massive bite mark on her neck? Because she seduced you, and you were not able to control your instincts? Do you think I am a fool who would fall for such a trick? You bit her, and now you are here to pin all the blame on her.”

It was a huge accusation to make, so Mark decided to defend Suzie.

He expected Henry to be taken aback and stumble over his words. But Henry held his ground, and he looked back at Mark with an unmistakable look in his eyes.

“Look, man, I don’t care what you say to me; the truth of what happened will not change. I have proof against your sister.

And if you don’t believe me about what happened, you can also call her here. She will also say that ‘she’ was the one who went into heat. The law will hold her accountable for what happened.”

Henry was right, and Mark bit his lip to stop himself from cursing him out.

Suzie said she had suddenly gone into heat, but Mark did not want to believe her. He still had hope left in his heart that this was not Suzie’s fault.

But the more he heard people speak about it, the more unsure he was about it.

“What do you want? Money? Property? Hurry up and name your price to leave Suzie alone. I know scums like you. You are here to take advantage of my daughter, right?”

Natasha yelled back, annoyed. She was on Suzie’s side, and Mark knew that his mother would take care of this man for him.

Henry only smiled in a way that made Mark want to break his face and neck. He did not like how Henry looked at this mansion and evaluated its value.

“Alpha Goodwill, how can you say that to me? I want you to acknowledge this bond between me and your daughter. Please give me Suzie Goodwill’s hand in marriage so we can live together peacefully.”

Henry asked as he held his hand out.

He was a no-name person who had no fortune or money in his name. All he had was a bite mark that connected him to Suzie Goodwill.

No one in that room planned to let him meet and be with Suzie. But this man was stubborn and did not move even when he sighed an explicit rejection.

“You are bold, but I disagree with your decision. Head back now. I will not allow you to meet Suzie.”

Natasha made that final decision, but Henry did not.

“Are you sure you want to do that? Why don’t you ask your daughter once if she wants to see me? I am sure she will have much to say about your decisions.”

Henry proposed, but Natasha had no intention of involving Suzie in this mess.

After all, her daughter always made foolish decisions that never suited anyone.

Mark decided to listen to this man and involve Suzie. It was her right to know what was happening here, so he decided to speak up.

“Fine! I will ask Suzie if she wants to talk to you. But if she says she does not want to meet you, you better leave and not show your face to us ever again. Do you understand?”

Mark asked in a terrifying voice. He tried to intimidate the other man, and it seemed to work.

“I got it! I promise I will not go after Suzie Goodwill if she doesn’t want me to. But if she agrees to be with me, you cannot interfere. Is that fine?”

Henry asked in a clear voice. He seemed confident that Suzie would choose to be with him.

Mark wanted to smack this man in the head and leave him to suffer. But he had promised to ask Suzie first what he should do.

‘Fucker! He is causing a mess, and he knows it. All I want to do is kill him this very second. But I need to calm my mind and heart.’

Mark needed to find Suzie first, and everything else could wait until now.

But once he had Suzie’s refusal to meet this man, he could handle the situation how he liked.
