Middle Child Syndrome - Chapter 432
Chapter 432: Ch 432: Her end
‘How did my perfect life come to this? I was supposed to live a dazzling life but look at me now. What am I? Henry’s babysitter?’
Suzie slammed the door open to her mate’s room, only to see him snuggling up with two other omegas Suzie had come to know the past few days.
She felt jealous and anger boiling inside her, but she remained calm. She waited until Henry noticed her, and the alpha cringed when he saw Suzie’s face.
“Suzie, what the hell are you doing in my room? Didn’t you say you don’t want to be touched by me? I am keeping my end of the bargain, so you should not barge here as you please.”
The sex-addict alpha spoke as he tried to stand up. But the omega lying on top of his body pushed him down.
The female omega Suzie had not bothered to learn the name and looked at her with teasing eyes, and that look made Suzie’s heart boil. She felt like she could murder someone if that omega kept looking at Suzie like that.
“Oh, come on, Suzie! Learn to live a little. Henry doesn’t only belong to you. He belongs to all of us. He bit all of us, so we are in the same league now. You don’t get to make such a face as if you are being robbed here.”
The omega was bold. She kept her position on top of the alpha and covered the room with her pheromones.
Suzie flinched at the omega’s declaration but knew there was not much she could do.
She could try to get Mark involved, but he was too busy with his wedding preparations.
Plus, his wife-to-be did not like Suzie.
Usually, that would not have been a problem since Mark usually took Suzie’s side, but this time it was different.
Whatever magic Mark’s wife had done on him made him change. For the first time, he tried to oppose Suzie and tell her ‘no’ when she asked if she could come over to his house for the time being.
Mark had not said ‘no,’ but the look his wife had given him and Mark’s lack of response made it clear that he did not favor Suzie hedging over to his house.
“Get out! Get out of my house right now! Don’t forget who owns this place and all these facilities you enjoy. You better start treating me right, or I must ensure you learn your place.”
Suzie looked downright demonic as she looked toward Henry and his partner. Under normal circumstances, the alpha would have been scared of her, but he knew how pathetic Suzie was now.
“Ha! Are you trying to scare me? Fine! Try to throw me out of them! You won’t be able to since you have no backing. You are nothing more than a ruined princess right now, and I made you like this.”
Henry looked at Suzie with a smirk on his face. He was not even hiding his disdain for Suzie now.
His words made Suzie feel cold, but she controlled her emotions and decided not to say anything.
Behind her eyes was a smile that only a killer had.
She was making plans to kill this alpha and then live a life with a half-bond. That way, she would force all these worthless omegas to suffer the same fate as her- being neglected and being without a life bond.
‘Soon, I will be rid of this annoying feeling of dependency on my alpha! Then, I will make a spectacular comeback like no one had seen before. Everyone would be left in awe of my power. Ah, I cannot wait to make it all happen.’
The omega felt giddy as she thought over her plan once more.
But she bided her time and did not say anything to Henry or his other partners for now. Suzie allowed them to feel safe and secure in this place.
And then, at night, it was her time to shine.
Suzie woke up in the middle of the night and opened all the valves. She quickly went out and headed toward the car to her mother’s house.
The smell of gas filled the house, and as soon as someone turned the lights the next day, the house would combust.
All the servants had already returned home, so the only ones in that mansion right now were Henry and his bitches. It would be a good lesson that he should have never crossed her.
That night, several media outlets reported what happened to Henry and the people in the mansion.
And when the police came for Suzie, she did not deny the charges nor admit to them. She was sure that her family would bail her out of there. And then did…only for Suzie to get locked in the mental hospital instead.

The doctor had diagnosed her with a condition Suzie did not have, and she did not want to live in this prison-like place.
But her will seemed inconsequential in front of what she had done.
“I am not a madwoman! Those people just had it coming! They ruined my perfect life! My perfect life! It was destroyed by them all! Mother, father, it is not my fault.”
The pair looked at Suzie with a look that said they felt sorry for her condition and pity.
Suzie did not like to be pitied, and anger filled her heart instantly.
“This is not right! This is not my fault! How dare you lock me up like this! I will kill you both as well next. You and that darn Rika! And Mark’s partner and then this world! No one deserves to be happy if I am not happy!”
Suzie yelled from behind the glass as she had a mental breakdown.
The doctor kept speaking to Suzie’s parents, but she knew this was wrong. She was not some madman who needed to be kept behind the glass like this. Suzie was all right in the head.
No, she was more than alright. She was….
‘No, don’ leave me here. Please don’t leave me here.’
Suzie called out, and for the first time in her life, no one listened to her please. She truly felt alone now.
“Miss Goodwill, I will head in now. I know you are unstable because you lost your bond and stability, but we are just trying to help you here. Can I reach out to you?”
The man hesitantly reached out toward Suzie, and she remained calm until that man came in the biting distance of her.
Once he was close enough, Suzie grabbed his offending arm and bit it.
The doctor immediately shot Suzie with a tranquilizer that made her feel lethargic. But she refused to let the doctor go for daring to treat her like a lab rat.
When Suzie looked back, blood covered the lower portion of her face. But the omega did not seem to care about it a bit.
“Heh! How dare you-! How dare you try and touch me? Do you think you can keep me here? I will not allow you to. I would rather die-”
Suzie complained as she finally fell to the effects of her medicine and fell unconscious.
The doctor sighed as he looked at Suzie before helping her on the bed.
He could tell that this patient was too far gone. Suzie needed a lot of help but might never recover and return to human society. Her bond-mark breaking had been too violent and traumatic for her.
“It will be better for humanity if someone like Suzie Goodwill is detained all alone and has no way to harm the world. I will need to keep an eye on her in the future.”
This was how the story of Suzie Goodwill came to an end. She spent the rest of her days mostly intoxicated so that she could not harm herself. Her memory deteriorated, and just after a few months of isolation, she returned to her child-like state, where she seemed oblivious of what was happening.
Of course, that is a story for another time, and Suzie’s fate ends up giving her a far worse end than she deserved.
However, not everyone can choose how their stories end, and Suzie’s karma chooses this end for her.
…
“Rika, do you want to see Suzie one last time? I heard that she set her house on fire last night, and the police took him in. This might be your last chance to tell her whatever you want to.”
Emily asked Rika the following day, but Rika shook her head as unfavorable.
“I would rather not meet Emily right now. I don’t think it will be good for my mental health! Or good for the mental health of the baby I am carrying. I would rather have nothing to do with her if I can help.”
Rika assured the pair who were with her with a smiling face that they had dropped this topic.
