Chapter 362: 362- Predict The Future
It had been days since Nina met Sheila. Gradually, they got closer, and Nina could see how invested she was in her little family.
Once she told Nina how Shane wanted her to live in a proper big house, but she was happy here. Nina lied to her that she didn’t belong to Sangua and came from another city.
One fine day, Nina stood in a boutique, asking the salesgirl in frustration if they had more styles in black.
It was a huge hub for branded dresses and was reserved for elites. That day Nina decided to go for a boutique and make her name in the fashion industry.
A cover to let everyone know that she was no longer interested in Shane’s property. Of course, the initial investment required Shane’s help but after that, she was on her own. She hired an expert team and started her brand.
Her clothing line was also for the elite class, her designers used to go to rich women’s places to take measurements and show the garment samples.
From the outside, she was happily busy in her life but from the inside, she was burning with rage. She needed to plan everything too carefully.
There were so many people who took advantage, and she needed to quench her thirst.
The thirst to take revenge.
The thirst could only be quenched by someone’s blood.

She was sitting in her office to give shape to her plans when her manager told her that someone was there to meet her.
Nina didn’t like meeting people. But she had to as she needed witnesses, how she was enjoying her work and was busy with her clients.
The door to her office opened and Nina saw who she was.
“Naila?” she got up from her seat. They weren’t friends anymore but right now she was her customer.
“I never expected you to become a businesswoman,” Naila took another seat opposite her. There were pleasantries but no hugging or cheek-to-cheek kissing.
“Yeah. Life got boring so I thought why not do something with my free time?” Naila relaxed in her chair and regarded Nina with a measured glance.
“Why don’t you try for babies, Nina?” the bold question caught Nina off guard.
“Babies?”
“Yes, it’s the only way to keep your husband with you,” Nina didn’t know if Naila was talking about Gabriel or Sheila.
“I don’t usually glue my man with the help of an umbilical cord, Naila. So don’t worry. We will plan the baby when we feel like it.”
The smile on Naila’s face didn’t fade, “Yet you are still after my husband,” she said with a raised brow that made Nina chuckle.
“You never questioned me when we were having an affair and now when nothing is going on, you are here to accuse me. Nice!”
This time Naila did seem surprised, but she was quick to mask it.
“Nina. You two are still meeting and …”
“Yeah… just like you are meeting that girl … Sheila,” she glanced at Naila with a fake smile, that made Naila turn her head sharply toward her.
“W-What?”
Nina nodded at her with that same composed smile, “It’s good to know that you are friends with her. How consistent you’re with Shane’s women.”
Naila’s face paled while Nina’s hardened.

“By any chance, were you ever interested in Shane, Naila?”
Naila was taken aback by the line of questioning and accusations, “Shane? God! No!” she chuckled as if she was horrified by the thought.
When she left, Nina enjoyed the encounter thoroughly. With deep thinking lines on her forehead, she picked up the receiver of her phone and spoke just one word when her call was received, “Tonight!”

Shane was getting ready to go to Sheila. He needed to buy a toy truck set and a pack of Legos for Alexander.
His son was a very smart kid, and Shane didn’t know how he led a life without kids. His life was intertwined with Sheila, and he couldn’t think of living without her.
Just a few days more and the lawyer had promised him to close a deal with Nina. Once she found that Shane had a son, she would back off.
He was now willing to pay her from his property as he couldn’t live without his small family. They needed to live with him, in this house.
Though Sheila didn’t want to leave the countryside, but Shane knew he could easily convince her.
She was the love of his life and now he couldn’t imagine his life without her.
There were no pictures of his family in the house because he didn’t want Nina to know about them.
Now this was the right time.
He needed to kick Nina out of his life and marry Sheila. She was satisfied with the current living arrangements, but Alexander deserved it.
He was growing up fast and needed his father more than ever.
With a smile, Shane checked his bag and the suitcase and called his chauffeur with a big grin on his face. That smile was a part of him whenever he was about to meet Sheila.
For him, she was already Sheila Sinclair, married to him. Without her, he felt she was a missing piece of his heart.
“I love you, sweetheart,” he talked to her in his head and couldn’t wait to reach her.
“Ready to go?” Shane found his father in the living room, busy reading a newspaper. Shane nodded with a smile.
Miles sensed a weird feeling in the pit of his stomach, “What is it, Dad?” Shane asked him when noticed discomfort on his face.
“Nothing, son,” he shrugged, “Maybe gas!” Miles’s eyes stayed on his son’s face, as he saw him instructing the servant about his room.
This weird feeling was so overpowering that he had this sudden urge to stop Shane from going anywhere.
As a good father, he knew where he was going. And Shane was also aware that his father knew about his little family. He couldn’t wait to bring Alexander to meet his grandfather.
“Bye, Dad,” he squeezed his lips and Miles spread his arms to pull his son into a hug.
If Miles Sinclair was capable enough to predict the future, he would never let his son leave the house that day.
