MY 10,000× DIMENSIONAL SYSTEM - Chapter 185
Chapter 185: I’ll Help Too
I’ll Help Too
‘That went well.’ Titus thought with some surprise as a convoy of ships filtered into the stronghold.
Since the last time, they had made contact with the clans, about five different vassal clans came to their stronghold, and while some were a bit defiant, they all ultimately concededtofollkwing the instructions of the fortress to not cause any trouble.
In fact, this last group that just looked like a group of demi-humans seemed quite eager to even assist their group and their seer revealed that their intentions were pure.
As such, Titus was in a reasonably upbeat mood. Moreover, they had installed the item Aisha gave them into the tree, so now whenever any of those ‘entities appeared’, they would be able to fight back.
‘It shouldn’t be long now.’ Titus thought as he looked at the blizzard again. It was almost upon them.
Titus shifted his gaze to the outer ring of the base where the ships of the different vassal clans were being kept. He had used one of the different enchantments of the base to increase its size by a decent amount so that there was more room, and his soldiers were making sure to keep an eye on the vassals, though they were still making their preparations.
He turned his gaze to the distance where the incomprehensible massive blizzard loomed, at this rate, it would be upon them in little over an hour, and the oppressive feeling it brought with it was even more pronounced now.
‘Master is in there somewhere.’ The thought was jarring.
Titus always found power to be such an interesting thing. Someone at a certain stage could accomplish a certain feat and be considered powerful at their level. For instance, his feat of killing a weaker god-ranked beast at his stage caused many to consider him to be powerful. Yet the moment one looked at Christopher’s cohort, from silver to Azure, their abilities would cause anyone, including Titus, to call them powerful, and his feat would pale in comparison to theirs.
However, there was then Christopher, whose feats dwarfed all his subordinates combined, and despite being a single rank above them, the same rank of beings Umbra had killed multiple of in a few minutes, they simply couldn’t even hurt Christopher, which was astounding.
Then there was the one that created this hidden realm in the first place. The natural disasters this place could unleash were so devastating that even Apex-ranked beings could be threatened, yet this hidden realm was still formed as a result of that being’s death.
‘It just goes on and on.’ The thought would discourage many, but Titus hadn’t a different outlook. He was curious to see just how high up the ladder he could climb, so instead of feeling discouraged, was driven to do his best.

“Deploy the formation,” Vazar instructed the moment he and his entourage entered the second trial area.
The trail was meant to send an enemy of similar prowess to the one that entered, and the more people there were the stronger the enemy.
The foe was a brown mammoth as large as a moon, and its Aura seemed to be at the absolute peak of the Apex rank, surpassing even Vazar. Yet the Corruptionists weren’t concerned.
By his order, a formation was created with him and each of his subordinates acting as the different nodes within it.
In an instant, the formation activated, and in its place was a massive grey serpent. It looked extremely lifelike, but the reality is that it is a construct with each of the Corruptionists acting as a key point in its structure.
The serpent utterly dwarfed the mammoth, and when it appeared, it shot forward like an arrow, its sheer speed creating devastating explosions that devastated the ‘arena’
The mammoth let out a powerful bellow and titanic shields of ice emerged from the ground to halt the advance of the serpent. Yet it simply opened its mouth, revealing its terrifyingly large ivory fangs which spewed out a grey liquid that sliced through the shields like a hot knife cutting through butter.
In an instant, the serpent reached the Mammoth and the two collided, resulting in a horrific clash that caused the arena to almost shatter under the pressure.
Both of them fought with unmatched ferocity, the snake trying to bite into the Mammoth’s hide and the Mammoth trying to pierce the snake’s scales using its tusks.
The key word was ‘trying’ because both sides possessed impressive defenses that made it difficult for them to harm each other. So this battle was bound to take a while.
Or so it would have seemed.
Not even a few seconds later, the Serpent’s teeth sunk deep into the Mammoth’s hide causing it to let out a pained bellow.
The Serpent had been releasing a grey substance from its skin that when rubbed against something, caused it to dissolve. It had gotten quite a bit on the Mammoth as they fought, and this weakened its defenses enough for the Serpent to sink its teeth in and release a torrent of vile venom.
The Mammoth roared and a beam of blue light erupted from its tusks and smashed into the Serpent, sending it flying until it hit the far side of the arena, causing the barrier to flicker dangerously.
The attack did decent damage as a bunch of the scales on the snake shattered and it started ‘bleeding’. It wasn’t blood but was actually just the corrupted Mana flowing out of its body.
However, it didn’t seem perturbed and simply watched the Mammoth that started charging at it with fury in its eyes. However, it didn’t move.

Just as the Mammoth was about to reach it, its eyes rolled back and its body lost its strength, causing it to collapse and raise a bunch of snow, its momentum fading just in front of the serpent.
From the bite wound, a grey color had started to spread across the Mammoth’s body, and wherever it passed, that part of the mammoth turned uncomfortably soft.
At that point, the poison had spread and reached its heart, killing it.
The serpent vanished into a wisp of grey smoke revealing the group of Corruptionists. Besides some of them seeming a bit pale, they looked alright for the most part.
“Let’s go.” Vazar didn’t even spare the Mammoth’s corpse a glance as he led his group toward the barrier that would lead to the next part of their trial. His sense of urgency had increased, causing him to want to get it over with as quickly as possible.

“This is interesting.” Christopher smiled a bit as he sat at the top of a mountain. Azure was by his side and Prism was hiding within one of the many reflective surfaces around.
They seemed exceptionally calm, but the tide of powerful beasts rushing up the mountain to devour them said something else.
When they reached this point, information appeared in their minds, and that was to stay alive and defend the top of the mountain for ten minutes.
This seemed like a monumental task as Christopher sensed more than a dozen Apex-rank beasts charging up the mountain with even more god-rank ones trailing behind them. In total, Christopher counted about 6,437 beasts, and he had a feeling that more would be coming.
However, he was unperturbed.
When the beasts were about halfway up the mountain, Azure suddenly stabbed her sword into the ground and shook her hand which carried her shield. As she did so, the shape of the shield changed from a kite shield to a tower shield.
As she did so, she stepped away from Christopher a bit before planting the shield into the ground.
Immediately she did so, her Mana surged out like a tide, and something miraculous happened.
On top the mountain, towering walls of crystalline ice rose and connected to each other. The walls were then covered in spikes, but it didn’t stop there.
The spike went to the base of the walls before emerging on the surface of the mountain, and they kept going like an avalanche until they reached the beasts.
Several beasts were impaled in an instant, and the number of dying beasts simply rose.
Moreover, more walls appeared like layers down the wall to stop the beasts and their advance.
However, Azure had another purpose for creating so many spikes and walls.
Inasmuch as the mountain was covered in snow, it wasn’t a crazy amount, so Prism didn’t have as flexible a sphere of influence as normal. So Azure had created so many spikes that could reflect light to make it so that Prism had more than enough space to maneuver and use her abilities, which proved to be vital.
Prism Immediately summoned all the reflections she had of the Yeti and they unleashed powerful roars as they dived into the chaotic fray of beasts.
‘I guess I’ll help too.’ Christopher thought and snapped his fingers.
High above the mountain, several massive magic circles that were red and brown spawned in the sky. And from within them, powerful meteors started to rain down on the creatures. It was mayhem.
