MY 10,000× DIMENSIONAL SYSTEM - Chapter 186
Chapter 186: More Complete
More Complete
‘Finally.’ Constella fell on her back the moment all the ships made it past the barrier into the first trial area.
She looked… less than ideal. Her clothes were shredded in more than a few places and she was missing skin on many parts of her body, revealing her muscles that looked to be made of starlight.
The worst thing was her side where her kidney was supposed to be, it was missing a chunk, it wasn’t bleeding, and the injury seemed to be carved out perfectly like it had been erased or deleted, which it was.
She turned her head to the ships that made up her entourage and grimaced. All of them had varying degrees of damage, some worse than others, but what pained her the most was that about 5 ships were missing, lost in the blizzard. Despite her best efforts, she couldn’t protect everyone.
“Milady.” Her handler was the first person to get to her with a box in his hand.
“Leave it, Ivan.” She said quietly, but the Handler, Ivan, ignored her and opened the box, revealing items that one would find in a first-aid box, but were augmented to help people at the Apex rank.
Constella just sighed and decided to let him work. She didn’t seem to be in any pain, but that was because she turned off her pain receptors to stop herself from feeling any pain. The reality was that her situation was a lot worse than what could be seen, and if she allowed herself to feel pain, her effectiveness would have dropped significantly, and she would have lost more of her people.
The blizzard had been dreadful, and despite their best efforts, they didn’t have enough resources to continue defending against the existence erasure, leaving the ships vulnerable.
Constella and the other Apex ranks immediately did their best to defend against the blizzard, but they could only do so much. Then there were the entities that proved to be a huge issue, and besides the ships, they lost three Aoex ranks as well.
Constell ended up taking the brunt of the assault and nearly died. The injury in her side was meant for her heart, but her quick reflexes saved her life.
Now, they had finally reached the reached the first trial area.
‘I wanna sleep.’ Constella thought with a sigh and grimaced. Even if she stopped herself from feeling pain, she was fully aware of how Nad her condition was.
‘No wonder Jenny was injured, the blizzard is no joke, and those things…’ She sighed. If there was one saving grace, it was that her regeneration speed was abnormal.
After all, she wasn’t a human, and her idea of nutrients and body regeneration was different from humans. In her case, she could directly draw nutrients from the surrounding space and use said nutrients to boost her regeneration speed. As things stood, she’d be mostly healed in a few hours at most.
‘Though, there’s the question of if I have that much time to begin with.’ She snorted. She had guessed that Vazar somehow had a way of braving the larger blizzard, so she wouldn’t be surprised if he was ahead of her and her group. Such a thing frustrated her, but there wasn’t a lot she could do about it besides increase her speed.
When Ivan had finished treating her wounds which resulted in her looking like a mummy, she stood up and sighed.
“Gather everyone up, we’re abandoning the ships. And tell them not to bother trying to walk and to just use their magic to quickly get past this area.” She instructed Ivan. They had arrived in a place where their information was relevant, so similar to Vazar, Constella had no intention of wasting time to get past the first trial. Instead, she focused on getting through the trials as quickly as possible.

“That was fun,” Christopher said and stretched before looking downwards.
In the end, the ‘siege’ as he decided to call it resulted in half the mountain getting vaporized, and every beast either received the same treatment, was turned into an ice sculpture, or had their bodies taken over or copied by Prism.
Christopher realized that he needed to let Prism fight battles like this more as she could increase the amount of reflections and bodies she had at her disposal. From this battle alone, she had attained about a dozen Apex rank reflections, wholly abusing the fact that she had hundreds of soul fragments with the strength of her original soul.
There were also the many weaker beasts that she managed to take over their bodies. As for where she stored their bodies, she kept them in the mirror world. Apparently, she could store her reflections and claimed bodies in mirrors and reflective surfaces with more ease than she could with ordinary beings, so she had a convenient ‘closet’ as he liked to call it.
With that settled, they decided it was time for the next trial, but not before receiving their reward this time, and surprisingly (or not), it was another one of Azure’s fragments. And when she absorbed it this time, the difference was a lot more prominent.
When Christopher fought her the first time, he thought she was merely a construct with high intelligence. After all, her armor looked like it had been carved from ice directly and he couldn’t ascertain her gender until he broke her helmet.
Even now as she fought, she looked like, well, a knight, but he wouldn’t have known she had a gender unless he looked under her mask.
However, when she absorbed the second shard, the change changed that.
Her armor shifted and no longer looked as rough. Instead, it went from looking like it had been cut from ice to looking like it was forged by an exquisite craftsman using a special sort of ice as the base material. The armor was heavy which fit her role as a ‘shield’ as well.
Moreover, despite its appearance, it fitted her figure quite well, and her breastplate morphed to accommodate her now larger bust. But it wasn’t exactly arousing and instead made one feel like they had no hope of hurting her.
Which would be true for most.

Moreover, she got a cape!
An icy blue cape appeared at her back and fluttered in the wind. It was designed in such a way that would prevent it from interfering with her combat, but it was large enough for her to wrap herself with, so Christopher had a sneaking suspicion it served another purpose besides simply looking cool.
Her helmet also changed a bit and became slightly more angular in certain places, making it easier for the piece to defect attacks, and a white plume appeared on top of her helmet.
Moreover, it seemed like when all this happened, a strange resonance appeared between the armor, her sword, and her shield. Christopher instinctively knew that her armor had become something akin to a soul weapon at that point as well.
Lastly, her Aura changed. It didn’t grow, but it became deeper, like a palpable weight pressing down on the world around them.
“Impressive.” Christopher nodded with satisfaction. The stronger she got, the better things would be for him.
He then sensed the surrounding reflections shift a bit, and for a moment, he sensed a bit of competitiveness from them. Clearly, Prism felt threatened seeing Azure grow stronger again.
He just laughed in his mind.
‘Good, be spurred to work harder.’ He felt satisfied with her attitude. It seemed like his plan of placing a target for his subordinates was effective.
‘Rah! Master I finally got a connection!’ Aisha’s voice suddenly appeared in his mind and Christopher was surprised.
‘Oh? You got past whatever was causing the interference?’ He asked, sounding impressed.
‘Yes. It was stressful, there seemed to be a strange influence that made our connection a one-way street where only you could speak to me but not me to you. But I figured out a workaround so I can speak to you now.’ She said sounding relieved and irritated.
‘Oh, well good job.’ He said genuinely and Aisha was silent for a moment. If someone saw her in person, they’d see a bright smile on her face at the praise.
Still, she kept her composure and spoke.
‘Thank you, Master. However, that’s not the reason I was urgent to rebuild the connection.’ Hearing this, Christopher wasn’t surprised.
‘Alright, let’s hear it.’ He gave her the go-ahead and he heard her take a breath.
‘The hidden realm is… shifting.’ She said slowly and Christopher raised a brow.
‘Elaborate.’ He said simply and she sighed.
‘It’s a bit difficult to explain, but in summary, the realm is shifting its layout. To be clear, the blizzard had hit everyone by now, and we’re handling it well enough. But I noticed that the entire realm and its interior is changing. I don’t know why or how, but I can’t tell that it’s not for a good reason.’
