Chapter 121: N°2’s murderer
Afterward, whenever Naomi had to kill someone, he would freeze them, and the bald man would pass by to destroy their bodies while under the spell, the news would then be silenced by the dean.

If just another incident gets out we will probably be discovered as well, and that could lead to full-on persecution from the Association.
