Chapter 235: Long Overdue Revenge
“How did it go?” Kent asked, watching the expression on Alina’s face.
“It went well,” Alina replied, but Kent could tell the expression on her face was that of shock. Obviously, talking with a literal god wasn’t something mere mortals could handle.
“She didn’t threaten you, right?” Kent asked, smiling.
“No, she did not. Big sister Vexthra is actually very sweet. I am just in shock and would need a few minutes to calm down if you don’t mind,” Alina said, trying to calm her beating heart.
Kent just smiled, noticing how she had started calling her “big sister.”
‘It’s only natural; she is practically millions of years old.’
After calming down, Alina looked at Kent and said, “Big sister said you captured that bastard. Is it true?” she asked.
“Yes. I have him confined. Whenever you are ready, I can take you to him so you can exact your revenge,” Kent responded.
“Good. I want to kill him now,” Alina said, clenching her fist.
“Are you sure? Take a minute to think about it,” Kent said. She had just been through a shocking moment; taking some time to calm down was always the way.
“I want to get it over with. I was weak all these years, and that was why he was able to live up to this moment. But now that I have him confined, I won’t let him keep living any longer.”
“Okay then.” Kent sighed. “Get dressed,”
Minutes later, they are fully dressed and ready.
Kent held her hand, and they vanished. They appeared in front of the Tower prison the next second. Alina turned around, looking at the place.
“Where are we?” she asked.
“We are inside my domain. It’s where I have everything under my control, including the lives of those inside,” Kent answered, and Alina nodded.
“You are full of mysteries, Kent,” she commented, still admiring the place.
“Don’t worry. After you finish what we came here to do, I will take you to where you will be spending most of your time.”
He held her hand and gently led her through the prison, heading to the lower level where the miserable heir of the Miller family was currently waiting for his suffering to end.
“Remember, he is practically docile now, so you don’t have to worry about him. Just carry on with your revenge,” Kent said, holding Alina’s hands. He then made sure she was okay before sending her to the prison cell.
“It’s you,” Turyn said the moment they entered the prison. He had been under the torture blade of the Battle Doll for the past few days and instantly recognized Alina.
Kent raised an eyebrow.
“So, you remember me, huh?” Alina asked in a tone Kent could swear was amused. That was disturbing. It caused him to raise an eyebrow again.
“Please, let me go,” Turyn pleaded, moving back. He didn’t have the strength to even stand, considering he hadn’t eaten for some time now.
“I said the same words to you a couple of years back, but your response was a slap in the face. Now you want me to let you go?” Alina said in a cold tone, making Kent raise another eyebrow.
“Please, let me go.”
Alina wasn’t listening to any of that. She took out a dagger from her space ring and moved toward the trembling Turyn.
“You know, my mom was my everything. She was a mere maid, but she made sure I was cared for, and you took her from me. For this, I will kill you, so stop begging me.”
She moved closer to him and, without any hesitation, drove her dagger through his eye. It was one swift and precise move without any hesitation or doubt.
She didn’t even look scared that she was about to take a life.

She stabbed forward, and the next second, Turyn breathed his last breath. He died just like that, and the pain she had carried all these years was finally vented.
[It’s shocking what hatred can do to a person,] Gaia said, making Kent nod.
Indeed, all this was hatred. Alina wasn’t some bloodthirsty fiend who held no value for human life. No, she was actually fragile. However, after accumulating this hatred for years, she had become numb to the pain Turyn was in.
This gave her the energy to do what she came there to do.
But now that she was done, Kent could only watch as the dagger in her hand fell to the ground and then her legs gave out.
He appeared behind her and caught her body.
She passed out.
Kent lifted her into a princess carry and vanished. The next second, she was sleeping on the large bed inside the harem tower.
Kent sighed and teleported back into the prison. He tapped into his Creator Necromancer class, and the gate opened. Turyn’s body vanished into it, and then it closed.
“That is my first human body. I want my undead to possess human bodies, so with this, I need beast corpses and some other resources to create quality undead.”
[The master is indeed fortunate. Too bad the Pill Saint escaped death. Her poisoned body would have been a good material.]
“Indeed. She was fortunate. I just pray she comes after me again; that way, I will be able to kill her,” Kent said, still recalling the events with the Pill Saint and her disciple.
Had it not been for Spear Saintess Neomi, she would have died, and he would have acquired a good body for creating his undead army.
“No worries, I will get another chance. I need to use the memory key right now,” Kent sighed. “By the way, how does it work? Will I enter some sort of dream and relive these memories?”
[No. They will just flow into you. However, that is just for the memory keys. Some other ways will take a different turn, but those are for when you start remembering more of your past.]
“Okay then. I will handle that now so I can start my sword training. After the auction, I will go on my first mission, so I better prepare.”
