Chapter 507: The Grim Massacre
Kent appeared atop a particular five-star hotel.

It was one of the hotels he had stayed in during the annual auction, so he left a marker there, allowing him to stand at its peak and overlook the vast expanse of buildings below him.

It was around 6 p.m., and the sun was almost set.

The moment he emerged, he pulled up his status window and looked at his stats…

Name: Kent

Age: 18

Bloodline: Primordial Chaos Dragon

Class: Alchemist (Grandmaster)

SubClass:

⟪ Swordsman [Grandmaster] ⟫

⟪ Soul Cultivation [Tier 10] ⟫

⟪ Body Cultivator [Gold] ⟫

Cultivation: Root Ascension – Lvl 3/9

⟦ STATs ⟧

Physical Strength: 137,650

Physical Agility: 138,260

Physical Stamina: 137,625

Spiritual Strength: 442,275

Mental Strength: 154,665

[Attribute Points: 543,000]

[Tower Points: 41, 100,000]

[Skill Upgrade Points: 211,100]

“At this rate, I can already tell even a Level 8 Core Formation expert can’t handle a slap from me,” Kent laughed, exaggerating his strength.

But while it was indeed on a level even he couldn’t measure, he knew Core Formation experts—or at least the ones he had met—wouldn’t be able to do anything to him.

His stats had shot up to this stage due to two factors. The first was that his body had entered the Gold Rank, making him several times more powerful.

This affected the stats he earned after every level-up.

The second was the limit he had broken. It was like opening a whole different window for him. And while he could tell he was close to breaking the second limit, he wasn’t confident yet.

However, he had indeed become a monster worth fearing, and now, this tiger wasn’t even done.

“Gaia, kindly add 100,000 points to Strength, Agility, Stamina, Mental, and 143,000 to Soul Strength,” Kent gave the order, and Gaia did as she was told.

The moment the points were added, Kent took the soul bead from his space ring and decided to use it, considering Vexthra was now inside the Tower, and he no longer needed the bead to power the compass since he could easily do it with his soul essence.

He shattered the bead and let the essence flow into him. It contained about 500,000 soul essence, and since he was nearing the Tier 11 stage, the moment all 500,000 entered, the message he had longed to see appeared.

“Finally, I’ve entered the 11th Tier,” Kent smirked, feeling his soul strength grow several times monstrous.

He then spread his superior soul over the city, scanning every hidden spot worth searching.

After a few minutes, he retracted his soul energy and decided to greet those destined to die soon. He blinked away, heading to his first location.

Several individuals could be seen dining and talking inside a particular inn as they spent their evening. The air inside the inn was very lively, making almost everyone laugh now and then.

It was the Dawn Dinner Inn, one of the hotspots in Vastport City.

Many went there to eat, but when Kent stepped through the gate, it became a place where many would witness the chilling side of an angry dragon who was a step away from unleashing chaos everywhere.

When Kent stepped through the gates, bringing his presence with him, everyone quieted down and instinctively turned in his direction.

“Salutations,” Kent said, waving at everyone.

“I am Kent Madson. Yes, that Kent Madson. However, I didn’t come to introduce myself or dine with you all. I am merely here to kill this guy, that guy, that one, and this one,” Kent pointed at four figures who immediately went for their weapons.

However, before they could draw them, Kent spoke:

“Stop breathing.”

Under the agonizing gaze of everyone, the four figures tried their best to resist, but they could only hold on for a few seconds before their eyes rolled backward and they fell down, dead.

Kent waved his hand and collected their bodies, bringing them outside. Then his sword came out of the sheath, swinging a few times in the air.

Three words were left on the four bodies when it went back inside the sheath:

“Fuck the Hand”

Kent retrieved a pouch and threw it to the innkeeper. “Sorry for the inconvenience.” With that, he vanished and appeared several kilometers away. He came and went like the wind, silent and deadly.

The same thing happened in the next place we went. He walked into a restaurant and told five people to stop breathing.

After they dropped dead, he branded them and moved to the next. Within 25 minutes, Kent killed close to 30 people in Vastport City alone, and then he left.

In under an hour, news of Kent appearing at random places and killing people spread in Vastport City and started spreading to the nearby cities.

However, it didn’t take long for news to start coming from other cities saying similar things.

Of course, this was all Kaizo and company doing. Kaizo went to Eldorath Kingdom, and within two hours, he visited three cities, killing about 35 people.

Their master was resourceful, so he ensured they had everything they needed. This gave them the means to travel several miles within minutes.

Thankfully, he was long gone before the King’s Guards could close in on him. The last person to kill was dead 15 minutes before the King’s guard made their move.

This was the same in the other three kingdoms. They all wanted the perpetrators dead, but they were one before they could get their hands on them.

Somewhere in Kyrrith, fifteen people could be seen embedded on several sharpened trees. Their limbs are broken in several spots, showing just how chilling the killer was.

Naturally, this was Sylara’s doing, as she made sure whoever saw this and held any animosity toward her master would have second thoughts.

The chilling nature of how she left the dead bodies was plain as day. This made all those who saw it break into cold sweats.

Then in the Athena Kingdom, Saden and Nyxira also made their way through three cities, killing to their fill.

Vaelros and Zareth also had their fill, and while the news kept traveling back and forth, their unholy mission was almost complete.

At 6 a.m. the next day, every last member of the Clawed Shadows was killed, sending the four kingdoms into a great spiral that left them wondering just what was happening.

But while they continued to handle that, news of Kent Madson started to spread yet again—only this time, he made everyone aware of what would happen next.

People from other kingdoms started wondering if what he said was true.

But since they had yet to receive concrete evidence that their kings and queens were under the thumb of a secret organization, they could only wait and see what would happen.

Of course, the next phase of Kent’s plan was already in motion long before the last person was killed.
