Kent nodded with a smile, hearing Vexthra’s words. He had indeed reached the Profound stage in both sword qi and sword intent.

This raised his comprehension of the sword to a whole different level.

“It’s all thanks to the push I got from your true name awakening,” Kent said, taking Vexthra’s hand. He pulled her closer to himself and kissed her.

“How are you feeling?” Kent asked, and Vexthra smiled.

“I am more than fine. A lot has happened to me that I have yet to come to terms with.”

Kent smiled, watching the happiness on her face. He kissed her forehead before walking toward the bathroom. When he was at the entrance, he turned and looked at Vexthra, who blushed and ran after him.

They bathed and spent some quality time together before walking out. Kent didn’t want to say it, but he was happy he had finally gotten the true name awakening out of the way.

Now, they can focus on the next plan, which is to awaken their primordial spirits while he works on his three paths, too.

While bathing, he discovered Vexthra had already formed her own Dao, the Dao of Hatred and Resentment. This means she is now in control of everything related to her divinity.

Before her awakening, she was just a god who inherited the Dao of Hatred and Resentment when she chose to awaken that divinity.

This made her someone akin to a worker for the Dao. However, her divinity has now transformed and has become her own.

Second, you have a chance to save your skin in the end. But that will depend on your answers, so I entreat you to answer me truthfully.

Trust me, I will know if you lie, and you wouldn’t like the first punishment for lying to me. Also, the cutting of body parts isn’t the worst I can do to you,” Kent smiled slightly before raising a finger.

“What is your name?” It was a basic question, but he asked anyway.

“I am Shax Homet.” The demon responded, not daring to even think before answering. Looking at the lineup behind Kent, he knew lying would be foolish.

“Good. Looks like you understood the trend.” Kent smiled. “Now, which among the six are you working for? I know the Shadow Demons don’t need the Blood Heart stone for anything, but I can’t speak for the others.”

“I am working for six demon states. In return, they will help me become the next shadow demon king.”

Kent burst into resounding laughter, hearing his reply.
