“My little girl sure fell hard…” Natalie whispered with a helpless laugh, brushing some stray locks out of Blossom’s face as a soft, joyful grin bloomed across her lips. “I never thought I’d see the day… but I’m glad. You look so happy, Blossom.”

“She sure is,” Blossom nodded vehemently before snuggling closer to her again.

But then something in Natalie’s eyes shifted.

While continuing to stroke her long-lost daughter’s blonde hair, she slowly sat upright, her expression becoming more focused. Calculating.

Poppy and Natalie blinked.

Quinlan chuckled, “Her body? Are you kidding me? She’s perfection itself. Her waist is thin, her tail could dethrone a thousand fashion icons, and her thighs? If wars weren’t already being fought, someone would start one over those juicy ones—if she wasn’t already mine, of course. I wouldn’t let any man dare look her direction with lustful eyes.”

Poppy’s jaw slowly began to part.

“Her stomach growls like a beast thrice her size. She once sobbed because she thought she ate up the whole pantry before her friends could eat a single bite, making them go hungry, momentarily forgetting I can just teleport to a city and buy more. Natalie’s eye twitched.

“She hugs me like her soul depends on it, as if I would ever dare to up and leave her behind. Never in a billion years! She sneezes three times in a row without fail. She tries to hide sweets in between her boobs, and I always catch her, but she keeps trying anyway. She tears up at sad stories. She believes in people more than they deserve. He leaned back, an exhausted breath leaving his chest.
