Chapter 208: Conclusion of Thoughts, Blood
“So that’s what happened,” Natalia smiled as she finished watching Almond’s interaction with Valentina.
Natalia demanded to watch all interaction, and Lily also got interested and shifted her irritation to a level down, so Almond showed them the interaction.”
The duo looked at Natalia, waiting for her to speak.
Clearing her thoughts, Natalia smiled and said, “Well, it’s pretty understandable that girls would have hots for Almond once they get to know his combat power plus appearance. Deadly combo for girls these days.”
“Still,” She snorted and continued. “This Valentina is a piece of work. To steal a kiss like that. Almond also didn’t show any signs of being interested in her, but she was at her own pace and was dripping for him.”
“…”
“…”
“Anyway, so yeah, killing her is still a no-no, shit will get serious.”
“Of course,” Almond wryly smiled.
“Yeah,” Lily nodded. “But I am satisfied to know that we both would harbor killing intent towards such a person. If we were in a lawless world, we would kill for each other.”
Almond nodded as he leaned back and breathed in relief, “Yeah, this is good. I would have killed if it was a lawless world, but there won’t be a second for her now that she got my clear answer.”
“Geez, you think she will still make a move after you burned her like that with your response?” Natalia snickered.
“Normally, I wouldn’t think so, but this Valentina,” Almond frowned. “She is a fucking oddball. Like…well, like Lily, but not like her at the same time, if you know what I mean.”
“Oh…yeah, I got it. So she has a screw loose,” Natalia nodded. “Understandable.”
“You think I have a screw loose?” Lily harrumphed.
“Yes! Isn’t that great?!” Natalia burst out laughing and quickly ran away.
“Wait, you little bitch!”
Almond looked at the duo and smiled.
Cracking his neck, he soon lay down on the bench as he looked at the sky.
“Gotta make sure something like this doesn’t happen again. I don’t want to kill for something like that, but I likely will if a situation like that occurred, and…”
“…I will willingly do that despite knowing it’s not just.”
Almond sighed.
Lily suddenly arrived above him from the pillar’s shadow and lay on his chest with a smile and kissed him.
“Indeed, darling. Let’s make sure a situation like that does not arise.”
“Well, the current question is,” Almond grabbed her buttcheeks and pressed them as he grinned, “Do you want to arise in our bedroom or not?”
“You don’t need to ask when doing a great deed.”
Using Espada Ad Grimveil, Almond teleported with Lily to their bedroom on the second floor as a passionate battle soon began between the duo.
…
22nd December, morning seven o’ clock.
Almond and Lily woke up within an hour’s interval.

They had talked about their Weapon Arts last night and learned that both of them had a hard time in the training.
It was clear that mastering even the first stage of their Weapon Art could take an indefinite amount of time.
Almond’s trip to the S-rank dungeon also confirmed something for him.
Power of Intent.
He could feel that power of Intent from all three old monsters, Damian, and even faint traces of it in others except for Valentina.
He possessed one, the intent of his Whispering Knowledge passive skill, so he could tell.
Although he hadn’t mastered that intent, he managed to get a whisper of knowledge from one medium, and that completed the training as he acquired the Legendary passive skill.
He also confirmed that his Weapon Art contained an intent, or rather the first stage of his weapon art containing an intent that he had to grasp before he could learn it.
Almond shared this with Lily, and she felt the same after listening to him.
As such, both decided to put the Weapon Art to learn for later.
There were other things to learn first.
Lily had two insight stones, two more Advanced scrolls, and one insight scroll of 20Hr and Elemental Imprint (SSS)
Almond also had two insight stones, and he had yet to open the last Advanced skill scroll he got from the party chest. Aside from that, he had an Elemental insight selection slab and Elemental Imprint(SSS).
As such, the duo decided to focus on their Elemental Imprint next.
Almond had chosen the Lumeir element, But Lily was still undecided because of the tough choice.
She confided to Almond about this, and he laughed. “Didn’t you focus on the Imprint’s option to get more information about the Advanced elements?”
Lily had finalized two options.
First—Gloomire element.
Second—Blood element.
“I can do that?” Lily was startled. “I didn’t know. I wanted Blood, but no one has Blood elemental mastery, so I was leaning towards Gloomire since it sounds interesting.”
“True, not a single person has Blood elemental mastery in this world as far as we know, but I had one in my previous life’s world, and I have memories,” Almond smiled. “But first, focus on the elements to see what these two Advanced elements are made of.”
Lily nodded and quickly focused on the imprint’s option, willing to get more information.
In the next second, the additional information appeared.
“So Gloomire element is a mix of Darkness and Water.”
“But Blood…” Lily was astonished!
“That’s right. Blood element is crazily powerful,” Almond grinned. “Because it is a combination of Water plus Life element!”
“I didn’t know Life was an element,” Lily muttered while her eyes began to shine brightly. “Life element should be powerful, so this is awesome! Blood element might be crazy, right, darling?”
“Indeed it is,” Almond smiled. “It’s perfect for you. Lucky for you, I was a bit close with that Blood Elemental expert, and he was one of the most powerful ones out there, if not the most.”
“From what I know, Blood Element can get very powerful. It can be the toughest, sharpest, and most combustible fuel energy out there, not to mention other esoteric powers of Blood element that I don’t know in detail myself. Only you will know once you reach a higher level in it.”
“It has the power of great vitality characteristic of Life element and abundance of Water. Now imagine all other attributes of these two elements combining into one.”
Lily was thrilled just thinking about it.
“Blood it is! Let’s start training now,” Lily grinned. “Since we are allowed to use our Elemental Imprints indefinitely until we reach its limit, we’ll stop training after 24 hours.”
“Good. Then let’s wake up tomorrow morning.”
