Almond’s eyes flashed as he observed it.

Almond cut off the fruit and surprisingly, the tree instantly withered after that.

“So that’s the thing, eh?” Lily saw the fruit appearing in front of Almond and blinked.

Paglan Tribe had lion-headed humans, but all of them were pink lions. Various shades of pink skin and hair. Their figures were slender yet shredded with natural muscles and their average height appeared seven feet tall.

“What problem do you want me to fix?”

Almond asked their chief right off the bat.

“Our tribe has deep animosity with the Serpensha Tribe, and we have regular scuffles at Forest of Seeds, where both of our tribes go to harvest food and resources. This morning, they seemed to have prepared an ambush at our side secretly, and captured my tribe’s people,” the tribal chief clenched his fist. “They took a few young cubs of my tribe and five other people.”

“What they are asking for is this tribe’s Guardian Deity statue, but we can’t do that because if we give it to them, they will attack this tribe.”
