Simon was about to say something, but then Admiral Rudra and Ashkar vanished into Hyper Plane as everyone saw hazy lights moving past the material plane.

Everyone could observe inside Hyper Plane as the battle began with Ashkar’s eyes bursting a laser beam of utter destructiveness.

Admiral Rudra turned into a blinking blue light trail, reaching Hyper Speed 2 while the laser bent and followed him.

Appearing behind Ashkar, his punch roared forward, but Warhorse Agramon arrived at Hyper Speed 2 at impeccable timing like a meteor, smashing against Admiral Rudra’s fist.

Agramon was blasted away, but Ashkar already swung his monstrous sword as it made flaming arcs around.

Admiral Rudra’s gauntlet pulsed with lights before they unleashed a burst, one fist striking the sword before he spun instantly with his other fist striking Ashkar’s face.

Simon watched with his mouth agape before Almond’s voice snapped him out.

“Admiral Rudra can maintain Hyper Speed 2 for an hour of prolonged combat. He has an Emperor-rank Prana Art with a Prana Art Spirit awakened, so his recoveries are solid.”

“And his combat ability is something you are witnessing right now. You have already inspected him, so you know the stat boost he has. It’s within the Immortal Emperor’s realm. With supplies maintained, he can fight at the frontlines with only short breaks.”

Simon nodded without question. ‘His will is in the third stage, so mental exhaustion will be far slower as well. What kind of monster is he?’

‘Moreover, he has an Emperor-rank Prana Art. I could sense it within those two, but this guy is quite good at manipulating himself,’ Simon thought as he observed Admiral Rudra.

‘His Arcane Constitution is quite impressive…’ Simon thought as he observed Admiral Rudra, who had a higher Arcane Constitution than his opponent.

Simon’s eyes focused on Ashkar as he spoke: “You didn’t say you had an Immortal Emperor in your ranks, but what exactly is he?”

“He is Infernal Knight Ashkar, my summon,” Almond said with a smile.

“A summons?” Simon’s gaze moved to Almond, his eyes glinting. He wanted to ask more about the summon, like how he got it and whether it was his Ability Tree or something else, but he refrained and turned his head back to the spar.

“I see; a summon of this rank is quite an aid. Quite the Ability Tree and combat arsenal you have, especially that Bloodline,” Simon said as his eyes swept at the other seven people. ‘All of them have this Bloodline, but with minor differences in foundation.’

‘A bloodline power that remains active constantly and manifests physically like that,’ Simon’s pupils flickered. He wanted to peek into the structure of that full-body armament Admiral Rudra had worn, but he couldn’t.

“Alright, that’s enough,” Almond suddenly said.

Simon felt Almond was calling him out and stopped pushing, but when he saw Almond, he was looking at the battle happening in Hyper Plane.

But Almond suddenly turned to Simon and said, “That’s enough of a verification, I guess. Let’s move to the next member of this group. My wife, Lily Regalon Darkwood.”

Simon could swear he felt the intent of the first ‘That’s enough’ from Almond directed at him.

‘To trace my consciousness merely based on that…’

Suddenly, his attention was forcefully shifted as a new aura surged.

Lily stood up; her abyssal black long-frock assassin dress flickered slightly before changing into semi-metallic slender full-body black armor with edged extensions at joints. It had sharp and harrow-invoking patterns of purple and red, which pulsed and changed, each time resembling a different monstrous silhouette.

Simon’s pupils rapidly constricted as he sensed and measured her aura’s identifiable aspects. ‘What the hell?’

Shortly, Almond arrived before Lily, his get-up already changing into a rather rough but dashing ‘L’ belt fit across his chest over the white T-shirt and waist of his black jeans while a golden glittering sword appeared in his hand, dripping with sparkling gold liquid aura drops that scattered into colorful micro lightning before redirecting back into the sword.

‘When I see their Regalon Spirit Armaments, I feel like trash,’ Liang said with a sigh. ‘I want to upgrade mine already.’

‘We are getting that chance soon on this battlefield,’ Bianca commented plainly, but everyone could feel a hint of resolve in the tone.

‘Almond isn’t even using his full Armament. That brat, just how powerful is he right now?’ Paloma wryly smiled.

Meanwhile, Simon hadn’t felt shaken like this in a long while, as merely the pulse of power from these two, clearly infused with their will, was oppressing him and completely blocking him as he tried to inspect them!

Seeing Almond turning to him, and his eyes looking directly into his, Simon involuntarily straightened his back.

“Allow me to introduce myself since you didn’t deem the need to know us,” Almond faintly smiled.

“I am Almond Regalon Crowshade, the ruler of the House of Regalons.”

“And I would like for the three of us to be placed in the ranks of Immortal Emperors.”

Simon calmly took a breath and gestured to them, “Please sit. Since you three will be coming to the front lines, let me fill you in on the rewarding aspect.”

Admiral Rudra, Almond, and Lily went back to sit while Infernal Knight Ashkar went back into the Spirit Realm, one of the abilities of Almond’s Spirit Animation Ability Tree.

“You know about the Grimworld Quests, right?” Simon began as Almond and the other two sat down. “Grimworld randomly issues quests to random individuals or a large number of people, or some people in a particular place, and so on, related to situations.”

Almond and others nodded. All of them had received a quest or two from Grimworld so far during the past six months here.

“The three ruling forces of this cosmos also received a Grimworld Quest, a very large one and rewarding at that.”

“Oh?” Almond blinked. “And I suppose this quest only applies to Immortal Emperors?”

“Nope,” Simon smiled.”It’s about Griminion Emperors.”

“That’s great,” Lily couldn’t help but speak. “What’s the reward?”

Everyone figured out the quest when Simon said Griminion Emperors.

“Once the Tide reaches here, the quest will begin and a leaderboard will manifest for those who kill Griminion Emperors. The rewards will be given to the top 100 people in the leaderboard with the most kill-count of Griminion Emperors.”
