They were at the very bottom, and from the looks of things, this nexus ruin was supposed to be explored upward.

“How big is this?” Natalia muttered.

“Fairly big,” Krala said as his scouting eyes spread around and went up, exploring. “At least 50,000 kilometers of height.”

As the nexus ruin finally took shape at the very top, everyone heard a notification from the chaotic dimension’s will.

[ Nexus of the Fallen Aone Star Ruins has been completely unearthed with 100 floors. Enter the spatial cracks leading to the forgotten dangers and rewards, and rise up. You can only go up one floor upon successfully entering a spatial crack and winning the challenge. At the very top lies the Aeon Star Treasure Chest containing the most valuable of resources for one to increase their arsenal of powers and get strong.]

[The leaderboard displaying the top 10 rankings will be accessible with a thought. Every 10 floors cleared will allow you to challenge a person in the leaderboard. If the challenger wins, the loser will drop down ten floors below and the winner will go up five floors.]

[To uphold fairness in the duels, the stats will be evened out, including Arcane Constitution, and both combatants must choose an entirely new arsenal of powers from the options, except for Bloodline powers.]

At another hall, Joran and other people of team Trelfjor also began exploring the first floor.

There were broken exotic halls, strange shattered rooms, and everything floating with spatial cracks positioned at various places.

Kexell was about to enter a spatial crack, but an Immortal King from the opposing team also arrived in the same room where the spatial crack was.

“That’s mine,” Kexell blinked and streaked at the spatial crack.

The immortal king of Frelfjor Clan snorted and vanished.

Attacking each other was impossible due to government laws, so they could only compete on who touched the spatial crack first and get to the challenge.

Alas, Kexell lost the bout as the opponent touched the spatial crack first and vanished.

Entering a spatial crack sent one to a battlefield in a face-off against a powerhouse that was stronger than them in terms of stats by at least 50%, so the difficulty remained the same, except there wouldn’t be any way to bypass the challenge by letting a teammate intercept it with a duel challenge.

So this was a race. The first one to reach the 100th floor by clearing 100 challenges would get the most abundant and valuable resources in the treasure chest.

On the 5th day, Almond broke through his Space mastery to the last realm of the second layer—Ascent-rank.

He was also close to making his Space a variant, which was the main goal of this chaotic dimension—Space of Oscillation Echo.

Almond could feel it was uber-powerful, and once he learned it, his combat power would become two-fold directly after applying this to his other arsenal of powers.

He was close to achieving this variant.

On the other hand, Lily also broke through her Blood elemental mastery to Ascent-rank, as well as gained the variant—Ichor of Dreadblood Eidolon.

Her chaotic dimension had hazy and ghastly silhouettes of blood, manifesting as they resonated with her mind while she meditated to understand this chaotic dimension’s powers.

Almond’s chaotic dimension had echoes and waves of space that were utterly Chaotic but had order in them, and they were also dangerous.

The dangers of training were obvious as the chaotic dimension’s phenomena would naturally attack them, but such threats were negligible to Almond and Lily.

Instead, they welcomed more attacks and assaults from phenomena so they could understand the powers more.

Just like that, time passed and days went by.

Only one day remained until the chaotic dimension closed and nobody had reached the 100th floor yet, but some were near.
