His attention was then drawn to the mysterious rainbow colored box that he had gotten from the highlands when he was advancing.

This box, painted rainbow all over, gave Chiron the feeling that it was made of gold. In fact, it felt like gold, but the color was off. It had the image of a dragon on each side and had the image of seven people that some how reminded Chiron of the rainbow deities.

These deities seemed as if they were in battle. When Chiron looked a bit too long at the still images, there seemed to mysteriously move as if desperate to tell their story.

This box gave off a presence that was both eerie and inviting at the same time.

He frowned as he looked at it.

At this moment, Chiron could not help but remember and old tale from his former world. It was a story that was told to kids warning them about the dangers of curiosity.

Pandora’s box.

The mystical artefact of the gods that brought plagues and calamity to man kind. This box almost seemed as if it was one such item.

Nevertheless, Chiron did not care about the world one bit. As Long as things benefitted him, then he was okay with it. Even if the entire world was to burn over, as long as he could grow in strength to achieve immortality, then he was good with such arrangement.

Chiron did not think in the least that his goals made him a bad guy. In fact, he could argue that he was purest of heart amongst most people.

He looked around the box a bit as he tried to figure out how to open it. He found a small hole. This resembled a key hole.

“Fuck it!” he cursed. he had the Fate change system. He did not believe that he needed any key.

Instantly, he asked the system for a way to open the box.

Chiron was left speechless at such a discovery. The five million fate points was not a problem for him. What was the real problem was the fact that he had to be a Bronze rank 6.

This was the peak rank of the Bronze rank. It had been hell climbing so far in power. And he had literally destroyed an entire ecosystem just to climb up to the rank of Bronze.

Going even further was going to be another kind of Hell.

“I dreamt this place as a child and I wrote this book!” Chiron whispered to himself as he chuckled.

Of Course, the issue with this mysterious rainbow box was something the protagonist of the book did not experience, after all, it was an incredibly big world.

Considering that Chiron had change a bunch of things with his vigorous pursuit of power, he was bound to meet new things.

There was after all a saying in his old life: If one pursued a dream with the whole of their might and ability, then the universe in its infinite mercy will give them as they wish.

Chiron knew certain places with certain gifts. Most of these places were heavily guarded, or were destined for certain people.

The greater the danger, the greater the prospect of reward.

This was just the way the universe operated and Chiron had no arguments with that. Even if he had to die to accomplish his goals, then he would do it either ways.

“Forbidden fog of Unbounded Demise!” Chiron massaged his jaw softly. He had plans for that place for a while now. Now that he had entered the bronze rank, he was better confident that he could protect himself in such a place.

Even though it was a known as a Cardinal Forbidden Zone. A place that no human had ever gone in and made it back out alive.

After all, Chiron had a secret weapon. In his army was the one that carried the Wild Untamed master S-grade Dantain. The person that had such an incredible gift was none other than Dylan.

Cardinal Forbidden zones were dangerous. But Chiron was one to mess with Fate. He had done it again and again and he was going to do it now.

Dylan was the key. However, what good was a toy if its mind could be manipulated by other factors except the will of the puppeteer?

He would need to remove certain obstacles from his path. In the initial time line of this world, Dylan was supposed to nearly give up, biut was motivated by the death of a friend.

That friend was Deamon.

Chiron had already made incredible effort to be close to Dylan. However, some bonds were stronger than others. He would have to break the bond that Dylan had with Deamon, while at the same time he eliminated Deamon.

So far, Chiron with his observant eyes had noticed that Deamon was the corner stone of common sense in the life of Dylan.

Chiron needed to take this fellows position. That way, that plan that he had for that place will be secured.

As Chiron made his plans, he thought it necessary to train a bit. A great mind would only be slowed down by a great body.

He needed both sides to be in peak form. After all, it would be an unspeakable disaster if his mind was able to react in time, but his body was greatly lacking behind.

Thinking this far, he decided to enter into the training room of the system.

He had a lot of points to spare and did not mind paying for a very high level room. This training room was a simulation.

It was actually of the time he had faced Sheyi the Bronze rank knight that had been sent by the Holy Church to get him.

The loss to Sheyi was one of the most terrible losses that Chiron ever faced. If it was not for the arrival of Commander hardstone, he would have died.
