Re: In My Bloody Hit Novel - Chapter 441
Chapter 441: Chiron’s Visit 2
The chamber became a scene of horror as senators fought and killed each other in their frantic bid to please Chiron. Their primal instincts for survival had been awakened, and in their desperation, they turned into savages, willing to do anything to avoid the fate that had befallen the guards.
Amidst the carnage, some senators thinking they were smart, attempted to flee. Panic-stricken, they ran towards the gates, but their escape was short-lived.
As they reached the threshold, arrows flew with deadly precision, striking them down. Bodies fell, lifeless, blocking the path to freedom. All the arrows had struck right in between the brows, sending them on their way to the afterlife.
Chiron chuckled darkly, his voice dripping with amusement. “Oh yes, I forgot to tell you. I have my men surrounding this place. If any of you attempts to leave without my permission, you are dead.”
The senators froze, their hopes of escape dashed. Fear and resignation settled over them like a shroud.
Soon, they found Nora, dragging her forward in chains. As they approached Chiron, still standing imperiously on the dragon’s back, they hurriedly removed her chains, eager to comply.
One senator, emboldened by desperation, suggested using Nora as a hostage against Chiron. But before his words had fully left his mouth, an arrow whistled through the air and pierced his skull.
His body crumpled to the ground, lifeless. The senators looked up in shock and horror to see figures disguised as Cat beast people surrounding the Senate area, their weapons trained on the senators.
These were the same people Chiron had sent into the country to poison the water supply. Chiron had instructed that on this day, they were all to meet in this place.
And as such, Deamon and his team and the other team Dylan once commanded were all here.
No one dared to make another move against Chiron. The message was clear: any defiance would be met with immediate and deadly force.
The senators, stripped of their bravado and left with no choice, could only comply with Chiron’s demands, their fear of him now complete and all-encompassing.
At the same time, Nora, seeing her brother, ran towards him without fear. She rushed unto the Body of the dragon to hug him. There was no fear whatsoever in her eyes.
The moment she embraced him, he patted her head gently, “You have grown Ra’ra!” she nodded at his words and then from her eyes fell tears. She had missed him so much, his scent, his touch, and his care.
Just then, she noticed that his hands were now fixed. “You are healed.” she commented in joy.
Chiron nodded, and then, he turned to Carla, “Take care of her.”
After which he stepped forward. “I am a man of my words.” he pointed to the Senator, an Elephant man that had brought Nora forward. “I grant you… your life.”
On saying this, he waved at the man to go.
The man did not believe it. He paused, and then he turned to the others. He looked around to be sure that it was him that was being spoken to.
Chiron nodded, “Yes, You! You may go.”
On seeing this, The man turned about and ran through the gate to his freedom.
Chiron smiled, “okay, now that is done. It seems the rest of you should die for your incompetence.”
All of a sudden, one senator, a Rat man rushed forward, “Wait. Please wait. I… I want my life.”
“Hmmm! And what can you exchange it for?” Chiron asked. his words like a caring older uncle that was giving another chance to spoilt brats.
“I… I…” The rat man thought had, and then he remembered something. “I… I know. I know who suggested that your sister be kidnapped.” The moment he said this, the other senators also voiced the same thing.
“I… I know!”
“I also know who suggested it. He is a very vile man.” Another one cursed. And then even before Chiron could say a thing, Jericho and his son, Gerric were pushed forward.
Chiron gazed at the pair, a look of curiosity rather than malice on his face. “So which of you brought up the idea?” he asked.
Before Gerric could answer, Jericho interrupted, shouting that it was all his doing. Chiron’s eyes flickered with understanding. He saw through the father’s attempt to shield his son, recognizing the unspoken truth in the young man’s eyes.
A dry smirk curled Chiron’s lips. “I am the judge here, and only those I deem guilty are guilty. Even the devil is not guilty until I say so.” His words hung in the air, heavy with ominous authority.

He observed the bond between father and son, noting the depth of their love for each other. A cruel smile played on his face as he contemplated their fate. “Good. Rejoice, Jericho. I shall let you be eternally with your son. In fact, you will be one with him forever, and I’ll still spare his life.”
Jericho’s confusion was evident, his mind struggling to grasp Chiron’s meaning. But Chiron’s next words left no room for ambiguity. He turned to Carla, the demon girl standing behind him. “Skin the father,” Chiron ordered maliciously.
Carla’s eyes gleamed with a sadistic delight as she stepped forward. Her claws extended, transforming into deadly blades. With a swift, fluid motion, she seized Jericho, who struggled but was no match for her demonic strength. Gerric watched in horror, his eyes wide with terror and helplessness.
Carla’s claws began their gruesome work, slicing through Jericho’s flesh with precise, practiced ease. The screams of the father echoed through the chamber, a symphony of agony that seemed to stretch on endlessly. Blood poured from his wounds, pooling on the floor as Carla meticulously peeled away his skin, layer by layer.
Jericho’s pain-filled eyes locked onto Gerric’s, filled with a mixture of love, regret, and resignation. He mouthed words of comfort, trying to soothe his son even in the throes of unimaginable pain. Gerric, paralyzed by fear and sorrow, could only watch as his father was brutalized before him.
As Carla continued her horrific task, the senators looked on in horror, their faces pale and sickened. The air was thick with the stench of blood and the raw, visceral terror that gripped them all. Chiron watched with a cold, detached satisfaction, his eyes never leaving the scene.
Finally, Carla finished, stepping back to reveal the grotesque result of her work. Jericho’s skinless form was a macabre sight, his body trembling in shock and agony. Chiron’s smile widened as he addressed Gerric. “Rejoice, Gerric. Your father will always be with you, and you shall carry the memory of his sacrifice forever.”
Gerric’s sobs filled the chamber, a heart-wrenching sound that spoke of a broken spirit.
Chiron suddenly waved his hand, removing his coat with a flourish. “You know, I once learned how to knit. It has been a while, I hope I am still good at it.” His tone was almost casual, as if discussing a mundane hobby, not the gruesome act he was about to commit.
With a swift movement, Chiron pinned Gerric to the ground. Despite his strength, Gerric was no match for Chiron’s power, augmented by his Bronze rank. The young tiger beast man struggled, but Chiron’s grip was unyielding, his strength overwhelming.
Before the horrified eyes of the senators, Chiron took the skin of Jericho, freshly flayed, and began to prepare it. He shaved off the fur from Gerric’s body, leaving the young man’s skin raw and exposed. Gerric’s breath came in ragged gasps, his eyes wide with terror and disbelief.
Chiron’s movements were methodical, almost surgical. He positioned Jericho’s skin over Gerric’s body and began to sew. Each stitch was deliberate, piercing both the father’s skin and the son’s flesh with a brutal precision. Gerric’s screams filled the chamber, a raw, primal sound of pure agony. His body writhed under Chiron’s hands, but the prince’s strength held him in place, forcing him to endure the torture. Chiron was bronze ranked. There was no way to fight back.
The pain was unimaginable. Each needle puncture felt like a searing blade, the thread pulling through his flesh like fire. Gerric’s nerves were ablaze with pain, his mind struggling to comprehend the sheer torment he was experiencing. The weight of his father’s skin, heavy and slick with blood, pressed down on him, adding to his suffering.
Chiron worked with a twisted form of artistry, his hands steady and practiced. He hummed softly, a chilling contrast to the gruesome task at hand. As he sewed, Gerric’s screams grew weaker, his voice hoarse and broken from the relentless agony.
The senators watched in stunned silence, their faces pale and horrified. Some averted their eyes, unable to bear the sight, while others were frozen, morbidly fascinated by the grotesque spectacle. The air was thick with the metallic scent of blood and the overwhelming stench of fear.
Finally, Chiron completed his macabre work. Gerric lay on the ground, his father’s skin sewn onto his body in a grotesque patchwork. His breathing was shallow, his eyes glazed with pain and shock. The young tiger beast man’s body was a horrifying testament to Chiron’s cruelty, the fresh stitches glistening with blood.
Chiron stood, surveying his work with satisfaction. “Rejoice, Gerric. Your father will always be with you, and you shall carry the memory of his sacrifice forever.” His words were a cruel mockery of the love between father and son, a final twist of the knife in Gerric’s broken spirit.
The chamber was silent, with even Chiron’s men feeling cold sweat run down their spine.
