Real Heiress: Flash Marriage With Boyfriend's Uncle - Chapter 109
Chapter 109: Don’t stop me tonight Chapter 109: Don’t stop me tonight Layla finished knotting Lucius’s tie, giving it a final, gentle tug.
Lucius’s eyes lingered on her, his gaze warm and appreciative, as he watched her turn toward the kitchen.
But before she could take a step, he grasped her wrist, pulling her back against him.
“We’re in the– Mmmh…” she gasped softly, her words melting into a low moan as his lips pressed insistently against her neck, his hand resting firmly on her waist, anchoring her close.
Just outside the living room, a couple of maids paused, catching a glimpse of their intimate moment before quickly turning away, giggling quietly to each other.
Lucius turned her to face him, his arms circling around her, drawing her even closer until their breaths mingled.
He tilted her chin up, his lips capturing hers in a fervent kiss, as though he couldn’t bear to let her go.
Layla clutched his shoulders, her fingers digging in for support as she kissed him back, her breath hitching as his kiss grew deeper and more urgent.
Just then, Roger burst into the living room, his voice loud and hurried.
“Boss, I received big news!” he announced-then froze mid-step, his eyes widening as he took in the scene.
“Oh, I… I’m sorry!
Please, continue,” he stammered, quickly turning and dashing out of sight.
Flustered, Layla tried to push Lucius back, but he only held her closer.
His lips found hers again, more insistent this time, his hand pressing against her lower back, drawing her fully into him.
Her soft moans were swallowed by his mouth as his tongue traced along hers, tangling together in a passionate rhythm.
She felt the intensity of his need, the heat radiating between them, and with every second, stopping him seemed less and less possible.
When they finally broke apart, both were breathless, their chests rising and falling in unison.
Lucius’s thumb gently traced her lips, his gaze smoldering as he leaned down to trail kisses along her jawline and down her neck.
“Lucius, we… we already had an audience,” Layla murmured, half-heartedly, as her fingers tangled in his hair, unwilling to push him away just yet.
She took a step back, but he followed, keeping her firmly in his hold, his lips grazing her skin.
“Roger seems to have a talent for intruding,” Lucius murmured, his voice a low, frustrating growl.
His fingers deftly undoing a few buttons of her shirt, sending shivers down her spine.
Layla caught his hand, her voice a soft whisper.
“We… we need to stop.” Lucius paused, taking in her flushed face and sparkling eyes.
A slight smile tugged at the corner of his mouth as he gently fastened her buttons back up, then pressed a lingering kiss to her cheek.
“Then don’t stop me tonight,” he murmured in her ear.
She bit back a smile, her cheeks still warm.
“I won’t,” she promised.
“But now, you should call Roger in.
He had something urgent to tell us.” Lucius chuckled, an unbothered look crossing his face.

“Breakfast first.” Without waiting for further debate, he took her hand and led her toward the dining room, a mischievous glint in his eyes.
~~~~ “I’ll take you to your company,” Lucius said, opening the backseat door with a respectful nod.
“It’s my Dad’s company, not mine,” she answered.
“Maybe one day it will be yours,” he pronounced, gesturing to her to step inside.
Layla stepped in, and he joined her, settling beside her before turning his attention to Roger, seated in the passenger’s seat.
“So, what was it you wanted to tell us earlier?” Lucius asked casually, his arm resting comfortably along the back of the seat.
Roger glanced back hesitantly before speaking.
“It’s about Orabela, Boss… She attempted to take her own life.” Lucius chuckled darkly, dismissing it with a wave of his hand.
“Another one of her stunts, I’m sure.
Don’t waste our time with news about that bitch,” he muttered, irritation flashing in his eyes.
Layla’s brow furrowed at the news, wondering what was Orabela upto now.
“My apologies, Boss,” Roger replied, his tone contrite as he faced forward, clearly hesitant to say anything further.
Lucius exhaled, closing his eyes for a moment.
“Just focus on the tasks that actually matter, Roger,” he ordered.
“I’m sure she’ll find a way to blame me for her situation,” Layla muttered, her voice laced with frustration.
“She’s a master at emotional blackmail,” she added bitterly.
Lucius raised an eyebrow, intrigued.
“You think she’ll use this to reclaim everything she’s lost?” “Without a doubt,” Layla replied, her gaze distant as she recalled past incidents.
“Every time she failed at something, she turned the tables and blamed me.
Then, she’d swoop in and take whatever she wanted.
I wonder what she’ll try to get Dad to hand over this time.” Lucius had a sinking feeling he knew exactly what Orabela would demand.
Being named chairwoman of the Rosenzweig Group-and eventually, declared as the family’s official heiress.
Just then, Layla’s phone buzzed in her purse, snapping her back to reality.
She reached in she pulled it out to check the screen.
“It’s Dad,” Layla murmured and answered the call.
“Good morning, Dad.” “Morning.
You should come to the hospital.
Orabela attempted to take her own life.
Her condition isn’t good,” Darius said from the other side.
“Sorry, Dad.
I have an important meeting to attend.
I’m sure you people are there for her.
I may come later when she will open her eyes,” Layla said and hung up the call.
Lucius was quite surprised with her action.
She usually would turn soft but today she didn’t.
As if Layla read his thoughts, she said, “I don’t want to ruin my day because of her.
I know Orabela pulled a stunt of taking her life.
It’s better for me to stay focused than wasting my time on her.
But what fear me that she’ll do a comeback with what she has pulled.” “That won’t happen,” Lucius pronounced with a confident smirk.
“Don’t involve yourself,” Layla urged.
“It’s necessary to teach a lesson to Orabela,” Lucius stated.
