Real Heiress: Flash Marriage With Boyfriend's Uncle - Chapter 300
Chapter 300: You ruined everything, Sera Chapter 300: You ruined everything, Sera Lucius finally returned to Russia with Aiden.
“You’ll tell the story to everyone, which I gave you,” he told Aiden.
“Sure,” Aiden replied though he still felt wrong about hiding the truth from everyone.
Lucius went upstairs while Aiden moved to the guest room to take some rest.
As Lucius opened the doors, he quietly walked in.
His eyes fell upon Layla, who was asleep on the chair.
His heart ached to see how Layla got affected because of him.
He had truly put her in danger, instead of bringing safety to her.
Lucius stopped right before her and lifted Layla in his arms.
Her eyes moved and she opened them only to find Lucius in front of her.
“Lucius, is that you?” Her soft, cold hand reached to his cheek as he settled her on the mattress.
“Yes, I have returned,” Lucius replied with a smile.
“Just sleep,” he whispered, covering her eyes with his other hand.
“It’s still dark.
So, just sleep.” Layla could not wake up after that and again drifted off to sleep.
He covered her with a warm duvet before sliding in too while snuggling her close.
He would be with Layla only for a week, and then he could no longer hold him like this.
‘I know you will never forgive me for lying to you, for betraying you.
And I want the same from you.
I’ll live with the memories I have made with you.
I just hope you move on because I do not know how long it will take for me to be back in your life.
Risking your career, your life will be the last thing I want to do just for my selfish feelings and love.’ Lucius shut his eyes and tears escaped from their edges.
He tried to get some sleep and eventually fell asleep.
In the morning, when Layla finally woke up, seeing him by her side shocked her.
Her mind and heart were finally at peace.
“Lucius,” she murmured, placing her hand on his face, caressing it tenderly.
Lucius’s sleep eventually broke and he met her eyes.
Pulling her into a hug, he placed his hand in the back of her head, resting her face on his chest.
“Layla, I am back.
Aiden is well too,” he said.

Her curiosity piqued and she pulled up to gaze into his eyes.
“Who kidnapped him?
Was it Tsar?
Or was it someone else?” she questioned.
“It wasn’t Tsar,” Lucius lied.
“I’ll tell everything later after freshening up.
I am sure others must be waiting for the answers,” he asserted.
“Sure.
But if you want to rest more, then just sleep.
You don’t need to wake up.
You traveled so far,” Layla stated, wanting him to take a proper rest.
“I slept enough.
I feel fresh now,” Lucius replied and got off the bed.
However, before heading to the washroom, he just cupped Layla’s face and kissed her, closing his eyes.
Layla kissed him back but there was something unexplainable in it, which she couldn’t fathom or read.
“See you downstairs soon or if you want to take a shower with me, then…” His words trailed off as Layla placed her fingers above his lips.
“Not now,” Layla replied.
He got down from the bed and gave her a flying kiss before going to the washroom.
Layla joined her both hands in gratitude toward God.
“Thank you for making everything better.” ~~~~~ “Darius, where are you leaving at such an hour?
It’s your breakfast time,” Miriam asked her husband.
“I need to see an important client,” Darius lied.
He didn’t want to, but as Layla had told him he didn’t reveal to Miriam about Seraphina.
“Oh.
But at least, drink your tea,” Miriam suggested.
“I’ll drink later.
You should have your breakfast,” Darius said and walked out of the house.
As he stepped into the car, the driver started the engine, pulling the car out of the driveway.
Darius looked at his watch, eagerly waiting for the journey to end shortly.
Finally, after thirty minutes, he was in the residential complex, where Seraphina was living.
“Sir, this way,” his secretary guided Darius inside.
Stepping into the elevator, Darius waited for the 26th floor to reach soon.
After five minutes, the elevator stopped at that floor and they both exited it.
Heading to Room 263, Darius knocked on the door, waiting for Seraphina to open the door.
After a minute, the door clicked open and Seraphina revealed herself.
Her eyes widened seeing Darius and she tried to close the door, but the secretary pushed it away.
Darius walked in, telling him to wait there.
“Sure, Sir.” Darius turned his attention to Seraphina.
“Shall we talk?” “I have nothing to say to you.
Please leave.
If you don’t, I will call the security,” Seraphina threatened him.
“Sera, call whomever you want to, but I am here to stop you.
You have done enough damage to my daughter!” Darius raised his voice at her.
“Your daughter?
So, you’ve started considering Layla your daughter!?” Seraphina chuckled bitterly.
“How did you come out of the prison?” Darius asked.
“Why should I tell you?
You don’t own me anymore.
I listened to you all these years because I had nothing.
But now, I possess everything.
Will you now go to Lucius and Layla to tell them about me?
Don’t even dare to do that!” Seraphina said loudly, glaring at him.
“Do you think I am scared of your threats?
You have to cross me before you plan anything against Layla or Orabela.
You ruined everything, Sera.
Still, you have refused to change,” Darius gazed at her in disappointment.
This was the woman for whom he fell once and ended up destroying not only his life, but others too.
“You ruined us.
All this is happening because of you, Darius.
Orabela started hating me because of Layla.
I will ruin her completely.
And if you tried telling her, then you must see your downfall too.
I’m not giving you false threats.
You should know, Darius, you can’t do anything to me anymore.
Now, leave if you don’t want to lose your own life!” Seraphina pronounced, pointing her hand toward the door.
