Gracey who was unaware of what Eveline had mixed in them, smiled proudly.

“So that’s been said, let begin the game.

I’ll go first” she said and turned towards Daniel.

Daniel then turned toward Gabriel and asked,” Never have I ever stalked anyone?” he grinned flaunting the question.

Gabriel noticed his mischievousness’ sneered before giving nodding.

“Who did you stalk?” Eveline grabbed his collar the moment he agreed and questioned.

Who else will I ever stalk” he said and she let go of him causing everyone to stare at Gabriel with stupor look on their faces.

He was like that loyal puppy before Eveline that left everyone shock.

They were aware of Gabriel’s love towards Eveline but in public it’s been for the first time they had saw the doberman turn into a golden retriever before his owner.

“Okay let’s continue” Stefan voice drive everyone attention back on the game and now it was Gabriel’s turn to ask Eveline the question.

“Have you ever liked anyone else apart from me?” he asked despite knowing the answer.  Eveline nodded snatching the proud smile from his face.

“Yes I did and I still do” she said leaving everyone curious.

Stefan grinned watching the paleness on Gabriel’s face.

“You have a competition my friend” he said adding salt to his wound.

If yes, then fine” he asked getting irked by the thought of her even accepting having someone else in her life.

Daniel who sensed the drop in the temperature rubbed his arm and scooted closer to Gracey.

“It’s getting cold right” he muttered and she gave him a strange look.

“Who is it?” Gabriel asked and pouted.

“Tristan Knight the male lead of my favorite novel” she spoke leaving everyone dumbstruck.

“Hahaha..” Stefan burst into laughter holding his stomach as he felt an extreme delight to see the shift in Gabriel’s expression.

“Yes, I like that fiction character” she pointed finally breaking the layer of ice form around his heart and he smiled in relief.

“What did you think?” Eveline furrowed as she sensed something was off with the way he was grinning.

“Okay now my turn.

Eveline ask me the question” Ella diverted their thoughts back on the game.

Eveline turned to look at her and nodded.

“Okay, never have I ever had a one night stand?” she asked leaving Stefan choking on her question.

“Hahaha…” it was now Gabriel’s turn to laugh at Stefan who was earlier enjoying his miserable state.

Stefan smile vanished and so did Ella’s.

She turned to look at Stefan who gulped and she passed the question.

“I will drink” she said and quickly grab the shot and gulp it down.

“Hmm…

why does the juice taste so strange?” she muttered looking at the empty glass and placed it back on the stand.

Eveline shared a look with Ella to which she gape in realization and she started coughing.

“Babe, what’s wrong?

Are you okay?” Stefan quickly came to her aid and started caressing her back.

“Yeah it’s perfectly fine” she said once feeling better.

The game continued with boys answering their question without any filters whereas girls skip a few and took the punishment.

“I will take the shot” Gracey said as she missed another question and reached to grab the drink.

Once finished, she looked at the glass and giggled.  “That’s tasty…” she slurred and put it back on the stand.

“Okay…now my turn…” Daniel furrowed as he sensed Gracey’s behaviour weird.  She kept on smiling foolishly and even her cheeks were flush as she hunched a little to look at him.

“Gracey, are…

you okay?” Daniel inquired as he found her gaze unfocused but she was attentive to what he said and nodded.

“Yes…

I am perfectly fine!

Don’t distract me to get spare by my question” she scolded surprised Daniel by her rudeness.

“Daniel!…what did they mix in the drinks” Stefan shouted from the side causing Daniel to tilt a little to see Ella too intoxicated.

He gape and the shot his eyes on Eveline who seemed to be sleeping in Gabriel with flush face.

“I don’t know.

It was Eveline who got the drinks” Daniel mentioned as he quickly dashed to see the shots that were fairly empty but there were few amongst which he picked up to smell and then take a sip.

“Damn…she mixed bear in it.

it’s gross.

How did they even swallowed it” he said.

Gabriel who took noticed the weirdness in their actions looked down at Eveline who just slept holding him tight.

“I think we should take them in the tent.

Let them rest” Gabriel said as he picked Eveline in his arms and walked towards their tent.

Stefan who was also worried did the same and took Ella with him.

Meanwhile Daniel kept staring at Gracey who sat still with her eyes closed as if she were sleeping.

But the second he touched her shoulder she jolted up.

“Okay!

Let’s play” she shouted clapping her hand like an excited child leaving Daniel with no choice but to sit there with her.

“So tell mee Daniel, never have I ever felt my heart flutter ” Gracey giggled as she questioned him.

It was splendid to see her so happy but also sad that it was due to her intoxication.

Gracey round eyes looked into him making his heart flutter and he nodded.

“I do” the words slipped out of his mouth right away.

Gracey clapped her hands like an excited kid and waved him to come closer to her.

Daniel on the other hand,furrow as he couldn’t get her and the next second she crawled to him, almost falling onto him and whispered.

“My heart it flutters too” The smile on her lips did leave despite pulling away.

Her eyes glassy shining brightly at him.

“It flutters when you look at me like that” she said almost stopping his breath.

Her face was just an inch apart and he could feel her eyes on him.

Her expressions serious as she observed him keenly.

“Your eye, they are beautiful.

You nose it perfect.

And your lips, I just want to kiss them” Daniel felt like he was thrown into the pool as her words flattered him like nothing else.

She was soft and kind with her words and despite being intoxicated it felt sincere.

‘They are sincere you idiot’ his subconscious mind screamed.

Daniel looked away, his breath finally exhaling from his lungs before he returned looking back at her.

“Gracey, let’s go inside.

You need to sleep” he tried to pursue her but she decline.

“No, I am not going anywhere unless you hear me out.” She grabbed onto his collar and pulled him closer.

“You were trying to impress me weren’t you.
