Rebirth of Billionaire's Wife - Chapter 296
Chapter 296: I love you so much, Eve Chapter 296: I love you so much, Eve “Come, there’s another place I want to show you,” Gabriel muttered against her forehead, and she agreed before the two decided to depart.
Gabriel covered Eveline’s eyes shortly after they arrived on the rooftop, but before they could go inside.
“Hn, Gabriel what are you doing?” Eveline, astonished by his actions, queried.
Gabriel whispered next to her ears, “Just hold on for a minute before we get in there.” She swallowed and nodded hesitantly.
Gabriel smiled at her warm face and pecked it before instructing her to do what he said.
Once inside, Eveline could feel a cold air brush against her skin.
She knew where they were, but Gabriel’s continued covering of her eyes, preventing her from seeing ahead, making her restless.
“Can you now let go go of my eyes?
Gabriel.
I really need to see what you’re up to,” she complained, as he let go of his hands and took a step back.
Gabriel smiled as he saw Eveline gently open her eyes.
The horror on her face was entertaining to behold, but what he did next took her by surprise.
Gabriel down on one knee and pulled out a velvet box for her.
“I know it may be too early for you, but I just couldn’t stop myself from making you mine” Eveline blinked as she saw him open the box and bring out a diamond ring.
“Gabriel this..” “I know you weren’t expecting, but I simply want to be sure that you won’t leave me or the least think of of leaving me” Gabriel murmured.
He had never felt nervous, but he was thinking about proposing to Eveline.
Despite being conscious of their love for one another, a part of him desired to bond her to him for eternity.
He was aware of her dreams, her desire to fly and have freedom, and he was willing to offer her everything, but all he asked in exchange was her unity.
“I’m not sure how they do it, and I haven’t written a speech.
But all I know is that I love you Eveline now, tomorrow, and forever.
You are the only woman in my life and always will be.
My wife, my life and the mother of my children.” Eveline couldn’t help but chuckle at his final remarks.
She had always known Gabriel was the one and had fallen madly in love with him.
A misunderstanding pulled them apart, finally leading to their permanent separation.
However, this chance in life opened their eyes to numerous things they had overlooked in their previous lives.
If she had known that the guy before her loved her more than his life, she might not have despised him as much.
However, experiencing this life with him and getting to know him the way she wanted cleared up all of her misunderstandings about him, and she eventually fell in love with him again.
“So tell me, will you give me the honor of spending my entire life with you, because there is no way I will ever let you leave me again?” Gabriel carried fear, which he could not totally forget.
Eveline continued to stare at him, taking in the expression on his face that was steadily turning dreadful.
“I will,” she answered, putting an end to his concerns, and like a flower blooming, his smile broadened as his eyes glistened with joyous tears.

Eveline extended her hand, and he slipped the ring onto her finger before rising up and hugging her.
“I love you so much, Eve.
“You have no idea what you mean to me,” he muttered, pulling back and looking into her deep blue eyes.
Before their minds could process it, Eveline was leaning forward and sealing his lips.
She wanted to transmit her sentiments through her actions, wiping away all of his anxieties and reassuring him that she was his and would not leave.
The couple was so engrossed in one other that they ignored the surrounding decorations and continued to taste each other as if there was no tomorrow.
They backed off when they ran out of breath.
“Let us eat something before we continues.
I don’t want you to get tired in the middle” Gabriel said, caressing her slightly swollen lips and kissing her.
Eveline nodded, and the two moved toward the center table.
It was like a date, with everything flowery and gorgeous with candles everywhere, and it warmed Eveline’s heart.
Eveline had grown to enjoy Gabriel’s romantic side.
The way he made her feel special demonstrated how much she meant to him, which was enough to prove that nothing could ever separate them.
While Eveline and Gabriel were enjoying some quality time together, Ella and Mischelle were having conversation with Stefan’s parents at the Hayes Mansion.
It was a treat to speak with them.
People with such high social rank were so kind to Mischelle that they never made her feel inferior.
They were exactly as Ella described them: nice and loving.
“You didn’t need to bring so much, Mrs.
Stewart,” Nancy commented, glancing at the gifts they brought for them.
“They’re not much, but I hope you enjoy them,” Mischelle said with a smile.
The family talked and got to know each other.
Mischelle could tell Stefan and his family admired Ella.
A mother’s greatest joy was finally seeing her daughter genuinely happy.
“Come, let’s go somewhere,” Stefan said, grabbing Ella’s hand and leading her away.
They quickly entered his room and he locked the door.
Ella saw him leaning against the wall, his lips twisted into a naughty grin.
“Do not give me that look.
You aren’t getting anything,” Ella said, rolling her eyes and looking away.
“I wasn’t asking anything, darling; you assumed it all,” Stefan replied as he approached Ella, who was now admiring the place.
She had previously visited his house, but solely for work.
She had never seen him or his room before, so being here made her understand how artistic Stefan was.
Everything in the room was tailored to his taste.
A shelf full of trophies and another containing all tech-related CDs.
There were a few portraits hanging on the wall too that left her curious.
“I never knew you were into art?” Ella inquired, surprised to discover him stand behind her.
As soon as she turned to face him, he flung his arms around her and buried his face in her neck.
“You don’t know a lot about me, baby,” he mumbled.
Ella couldn’t help chuckling in response.
“Our parents seem to get along quite well,” she explained, and Stefan murmured before placing his lips against her skin.
Ella shuddered as shivers spread across her body.
“Yes, they do, and I believe they will announce our marriage date after this meeting,” Ella said, opening her eyes and giving him a puzzled expression.
“Marriage?
That soon?” she inquired.
Stefan scowled at her reaction and questioned.
“Why don’t you want to marry me?
Do you prefer live-in?
I don’t mind anything,” he replied.
“Seriously, you sometimes make me doubt my decisions,” Ella replied, and he pouted.
“I assumed you would not want to marry so early.
You still have to graduate,” she whispered, as he snuggled deeper into her.
“So what if I still have to graduate.
I can still marry you,” he continued, and she smiled at his assurance.
The couple remained in one other’s arms until Ella brought up a matter.
“Have you told your parents about my-” she paused, looking at him with contemplation, and he straightened up.
