“There,” He said, showing her that his phone was ringing, indicating the number imputed was real.

Satisfied, Zhang Jingyi proceeded to send him a text message with all the relevant details.  “Okay, now you know.” She exclaimed, turned around, and walked toward the exit.  However, she made sure to inform him something before leaving officially, “By the way, I voted for your victory, so don’t make me lose money.”  Just like that, she gave him zero chance of responding as she exited the main venue.  Meanwhile, the whole ordeal was witnessed by Zhao Kai, who held a dumbfounded expression.

“Holy crap, what did I just witness?” Zhao Kai clasped his chin and glanced at Xu Feng.  “Did I see you just got picked up by her?

She even swindled your number.” He continued, seemingly in disbelief.  “What’s so shocking about that?” Xu Feng was confused by his act.

“I just bluffed and you fell for it.

Blame yourself and only yourself for being naive.”  “Ugh, I’m going to return the punch from earlier now!” Frustrated and ashamed, Zhao Kai rushed forward and wanted to return the favor.

However, Xu Feng’s eyes suddenly narrowed.
