Chapter 665: Strength Chapter 665: Strength As the glass piece was thrown at a fast rate, the bodyguard was caught off-guard, unable to dodge in time.  They could only raise their sturdy arm to block, but the glass piece easily pierced through their tough skin, leaving behind a noticeable cut.

Soon, blood began to seep out from there.  “How dare you sneak attack!” Another bodyguard yelled in fury.

However, that was his greatest mistake.

Since he had been distracted by his fellow comrade’s injury, he failed to notice Xu Feng managed to close the distance between them.

“Sneak attack?” Xu Feng snickered and channeled his Energy Force on his punch.  And in the blink of an eye, the punch connected to the bodyguard’s chonky stomach.

“Heh, what a weak punch-” Just when the bodyguard wanted to taunt the weak punch, he suddenly felt an unknown force churning in his stomach.

Before long, his eyes started to widen from the intense pain.

He coughed aloud and got propelled backward by the delayed force.

Due to his huge build, the guard crashing managed to do a ton of damage on a few tables behind.

What was worse was that his eyes had turned white from the pain and seemed to be out cold.  Everything happened so fast.  In fact, it was so insanely quick that Zhao Kai was still shouting for Xu Feng to bash them up.

By the time he realized what happened, Zhao Kai’s mouth was left agape.  “Huh?

Is this a martial arts movie?” He uttered in shock, unable to fathom that Xu Feng had managed to injure one guard, and knocked out another guard already.  As for the remaining guard, he began to sweat profusely.

From start to finish, he had yet to make another move but his two comrades were already toyed with by Xu Feng.

The statement he made earlier seemed like a hilarious joke.

A Kid?

If that was a kid, then what were they?  A toddler?  The atmosphere turned deadly silent upon the display of strength from Xu Feng.  The employees nearby who wanted to sneer also changed their expression to ghastly pale.

Clearly, they didn’t expect the bodyguards they hired from a famous security company to be dealt with so easily.  While everyone was still in a daze, Xu Feng stretched his neck and glanced at the last guard who wasn’t injured.  “So, do you still want to continue or do you wish to be hospitalized for a month?” Xu Feng asked calmly.

The nonchalance he evoked made it apparent that despite the maneuver, he wasn’t tired one bit.

The guard even speculated they didn’t serve as a proper warm-up for Xu Feng.

‘This is definitely an expert.

Why did the Boss tell us to provoke an expert?’  With the guard staying silent, Xu Feng smirked and shifted his gaze to the upper floor, or more specifically, the camera.  ‘Want to test me?

You’re still not eligible to do so.’ He then turned to Zhao Kai.

“Let’s go, Kai.

I doubt we’ll need to pay for our things given the great courtesy we just received.”  “Heh, agreed.” Although still startled slightly by Xu Feng’s ability, Zhao Kai quickly got over it and left the main venue with him.

When the duo walked past the employees, they either lowered their heads or shifted sideways to avoid making eye contact.

It was only when the employees could no longer feel their presence anymore did they breathe out a sigh of relief.

“Ahh, this is crazy.” One of them plopped to the ground, their forehead drenched in sweat.

“Are you sure that’s a youngster and not some old man in disguise?” Another one was forced to drink some water to cool themselves.  “Just look at the guard.

He’s still motionless.”  When one of them pointed out how the guard still remained motionless, they became confused and checked up on him.

“Hey, the danger is over.” They called out.  However, when they finally arrived in front of the guards, their expressions turned ashen white.

“Holy crap…” It was at this moment they realized the guard didn’t move because he was still scared.

But rather he had fainted on the spot in a standing position.  As one of them gave the guard a light pointy touch, the guard quickly collapsed to the ground, causing some dust to gather up.

Meanwhile, on the camera that captured the moment, most of the people in the spectator room were rendered speechless.

“Miss Janet, we underestimated this youngster.” Wendy’s expression was rather complicated.

She didn’t anticipate the ignorant and rude youngster to be that capable of a fighter.  “Are you talking about his unexpected strength?” Janet asked calmly, her eyes glancing at the replay scene that failed to physically capture Xu Feng’s movement.  The camera was of high quality and should have been able to capture many frames in a millisecond.

Yet the result still came out as a blur, which goes to show just how insanely fast Xu Feng was.  “Yes, his movement and the strength to render all three guards useless is almost like-“  Before Wendy could finish her words, Janet helped complete it.

“Almost like he was the suitable candidate for the upcoming City Competition, right?”  Wendy nodded in agreement.

As hateful as it sounded, if any of the city higher-ups were to witness this clip, then they would do anything to recruit him.

“No wonder why he said we will regret it.

He was concealing his skills all along.” Wendy clicked her tongue, clearly annoyed and irritated by Xu Feng’s action.  However, much to her dismay, Janet disagreed with her.  “Rather than skills, it’s more like his mind was superior.” Janet corrected.  “He had these cards in his hand, but instead of playing them.

He purposely soured our mood and repeatedly provoked us openly.

I sent those guards merely to teach them a lesson that there would always be a higher mountain, but it backfired instead.” She continued, feeling amused by the situation.  Maybe others might have been frustrated by this kind of development.

But not for her.  The more someone behaved out of the box and surprised her, the more curious and intrigued she would be.  ‘I supposed he studied me thoroughly to know how to entice my attention.’ Janet sneered inwardly.
