“Is it about time for that?” Carmen asked the moment she entered.  Nodding, Xu Feng calmly said, “Yes, it’s time to make a declaration of war against MIST.”  Despite saying so, Carmen’s expression was rather complicated.

It appeared as if she was doubtful or confused about something.

Very naturally, Xu Feng could perceive such emotion based on his experiences alone.
