Chapter 704: Solo Show Chapter 704: Solo Show As Tyler finally met Xu Feng, his emotions and expression became a complete mess.

Even a fool could tell that they were trapped in this zone, unable to escape besides confronting the Vanguard Guild head-on.

However, the disparity of player numbers between them was truly laughable.

On the Vanguard Guild’s side, they had over 5,000 people whereas on the MIST Guild side, they only had a little bit over 1,000 people.

And with the fact that there was nowhere to run or hide, Tyler understood this wasn’t a guild war, but a one-sided bully massacre.  Taking a deep breath, Tyler composed his emotion and stepped forward.  “Why must you insist on doing this?” He then asked, his eyes staring right at the masked-like figure on the front.  “That’s quite the funny question.” Xu Feng mused.

“You ask why I insist on doing this but failed to comprehend your own action when you decided to siege my city.” “…”  Knowing that this would forever be the Vanguard Guild’s claim, Tyler didn’t bother to deny it.

Instead, he admitted to his fault while claiming, “Sieging another city is just a common thing between guilds.

It’s all about profits and benefits in the end.

But what will you accomplish if you remain adamant about persecuting us despite our willingness to compensate for the action?” “You speak as if I’m the villain.” Unfazed by Tyler’s struggle, Xu Feng’s patience wore thin.

Without hesitation, he simply gestured his finger to signal for his people to attack.

“This isn’t about compensation but a warning of consequences that would befall if anyone were to mess with the Vanguard Guild again.

Let this be known as a lesson for future endeavors who may or may not attempt such foolish action.”  Shortly after his signal, Carmen smirked coldly in response.  She wielded her staff and controlled the summoned creatures to target the healers and damage dealers.  Naturally, the healers and damage dealers realized they were the main target of Carmen’s offensive advance.

“Cast barriers to protect the healers and prevent Lunar Wraith from advancing further.” MIST’s tanks quickly reacted and took the front in an attempt to hinder Carmen’s advancement.  “Tanks?” Carmen sneered at the sight of them.

“A bunch of weaklings want to stop me?” Without hesitation, Carmen quickly cast Instant Annihilation on the group of tanks.

Unaware of the dire situation, the tanks didn’t feel any danger and before they knew it, their health points went from full to less than 10%.  “What happened to my health?” One of the tanks exclaimed in horror.  Alas, they couldn’t make another sound as Carmen continued to strike them down with some of her regular spells which were more than enough to finish the group of tanks.

From the beginning till the end, the whole fight only lasted 5 seconds, ensuring fear among the MIST remaining members.

“How did she deal with the tanks that quickly?” Tyler’s eyes widened in disbelief.

Although he knew Lunar Wraith was a freaking monster already, he didn’t anticipate his high-level tanks to be done in like that.  Not to mention, Tyler, even the others as well as those from the Vanguard Guild’s side, was dumbfounded by the scene.

“Our Guild Commander really cannot be messed with.” OneManMedia swallowed a mouthful of saliva and made his commentary.  [As expected of my idol Summoner Lunar Wraith!]  [Tanks?

You mean those squishy players?

If the target is significantly weakened or their mana is critically low (as from the effects of Void Grip), Void Devour can instantly eliminate them.

The skill takes advantage of the target’s weakened state to bypass normal defenses and deal lethal damage.

‘Void Latcher was already used before Carmen jumped into battle.’ Xu Feng sighed at how pathetic MIST was to not even be able to detect that.  Void Latcher was an effect from Void Grip, thus enabling Void Devour to work and effectively kill the group of tanks almost instantaneously.  Such perverse skills were still merely the basics for a Voidmancer.  ‘Good thing I’m an Origin Cleric now.’ He breathed a sigh of relief, no longer having to fear Carmen.  Of course, it wasn’t like Carmen would actually harm him, but just in case for that very abysmal possibility of it happening.

And no, this was not him raising flags.  A few minutes later, Carmen killed 75% of healers and 60% of MIST damage dealers.

“Guild Leader, I don’t want to sound rude, but you made it a big deal of this being a guild war.

Why does it feel like our Guild Commander’s solo show instead?” OneManMedia twitched his mouth and asked Xu Feng.  “Hmm, what do you mean by solo show?” Amused, Xu Feng turned to him and continued, “Those people that Lunar Wraith killed will soon be revived and our people could proceed to kill them again.”  “Eh, you’re going to revive them one by one to kill?” Startled, OneManMedia couldn’t imagine how much time they must wait to complete such an action.  After all, the revive cooldown was quite long and if they needed to constantly wait- even with their healer numbers, it would still take a substantial amount of time to do so.
