Otherwise, the building would be banned and the land would be retrieved for violating the laws.” He raised his voice and threatened.  Magnus thought such a threat would work and he would then proceed to offer something else as reward to pacify him.

After all, he couldn’t just make Xu Feng feel bitter about it which could dampen his motivation to improve the city.

However, he never would have thought that Xu Feng not only didn’t care for the threat but even returned the favor.

“If my building gets banned, then I’ll be so depressed that I will probably go to the Arcane Vein and cry.
