Looking at the system prompt, Carmen then glanced at the buffs that were on her status screen.

Health and Mana Recovery were increased by 50% and all attributes buff increased by 25%.

These buffs were mind-blowing, to say the least.

Just by staying in the town, she had such amazing buffs without needing to do anything.

“From your excitement, I supposed you loved the town.” Appearing from behind her, Xu Feng quickly commented on her state of astonishment.  “Guild Leader!” Carmen turned around and called out excitedly.

“How the hell did you manage to pull such a stunt?

If I recall correctly, a town requires a Town Certificate and a lot of money to construct.

The price also depends on the location, but I don’t recognize the surroundings at all.”  Despite her rambling, the entire point was that she couldn’t comprehend where she had teleported to.  “Haven Wind Town is located at Twilight Glades, a minimum requirement of level 35 to come here.” Xu Feng mused, subtly hinting to her that he had also reached level 35.  Sure enough, Carmen’s eyes narrowed and held an urge to strangle Xu Feng on the spot.
