So he never bothered about changing his equipment to lower grades just to mask the smell of the trap he set along with Zhao Kai.  However, these two couples of Colossus seemed to be a mutated one-or more specifically, the one with the left thigh mark.  They appeared to be sensitive to smell and pointed out that he had the fragrance left behind in the trap.

And precisely so, Xu Feng could determine one thing.

As he channeled a powerful raw amount of Origin, the Colossuses instantly became alerted.  This was especially true for the female Colossus who sensed the danger emitted from the current Xu Feng.

They roared and constructed a blockade of walls and seemed to be signaling for their companion to flee.  However, Xu Feng was not a saint to let them go this easily.

He activated Phantom Step and quickly closed the gap between them.

He appeared in front of the male Colossus and was ready to launch a devastating attack.

Alarmed and startled, the female Colossus hurriedly cast their support and defensive spells to the male Colossus.  As soon as a massive-like transparent barrier shrouded the male Colossus, the female Colossus breathed a sigh of relief.

Except that relief was only for a split second when they sensed a presence behind them.

“Surprise.” Xu Feng snickered and unleashed his full combo on the female Colossus.

His target was never the male Colossus from the start, but this female Colossus.

Stunned, the female Colossus could only use its durable body to tank the hit.

It had already used all defensive spells to protect its companion.

Shortly after the blast, the female Colossus’s health point dropped by 20% and became weakened by the Origin’s effect.

“GROWL!” Having witnessed its beloved receive such a heavy hit, the male Colossus’ rage soared to a new height.

Like a raging bull, it charged after the main culprit: Xu Feng.

It tried to warn the male Colossus not to tear the plants apart.

The flame ignited upon contact, and the female Colossus screeched in pain.
